Chapter 60 Young Master Song is a professional shield, and the arrogant cat settles its scores on the spot.

Police Station

The young policeman was somewhat surprised to see the cat and said, "Oh, you're a relative of Jiu Yebai?"

Cat nodded. She remembered the young policeman; he was the one who took her statement last time. However, she was more concerned about what Jiu Yebai had done. "Who did Jiu Yebai fight with?"

The young policeman said, "With a bunch of petty thugs."

Just then, Jiu Yebai was released, his face bruised, and a bloodstain on his beautiful phoenix eyes marring his good looks. Upon seeing the cat, he immediately smiled and approached, but his smile was very ingratiating. "Jiu Cat, I didn't mean to come home late..."

"Call me sister!" Cat stared at the bruise at the corner of his eye, her tone stern.

"Sister..." Jiu Yebai called out, looking down, not daring to argue now.

"Sign here and you can leave," the young policeman said. "Miss Jiu, you should also advise them in the future. Young boys are hot-blooded and don't know their own strength when they fight. They don't know who their opponents are either. This can easily lead to them getting hurt or even causing a big disaster. Fortunately, a passerby called the police this time, otherwise the consequences might have been very different."

“Okay, I will educate him,” the cat said seriously, and signed the document.

The young policeman thought to himself, "Look at this lady, beautiful inside and out. She comes from a wealthy family, yet she's so down-to-earth. What a kind person! Sign this too."

"Hmm?" The cat looked at the policeman in confusion.

The young policeman was even more confused, "What's wrong? Isn't this your younger brother?"

A head squeezed past Jiu Yebai and said obediently, "Yes, yes, sister, you can't be biased."

The cat trembled when it heard "sister"!

She turned her head and saw a rather handsome guy wearing a leather jacket and a baseball cap upside down on his head. "Where did I come from..."

The boy didn't let her finish speaking and quickly added, "Sister, if you don't rescue me, no one will take care of me. You wouldn't be so heartless, would you?"

As he spoke, the boy looked melancholy, as if he were extremely heartbroken.

This is true acting skill! How can it be so natural!

"Song Ci, stop being so disgusting." Jiu Yebai kicked Song Ci from behind, but the latter just kept looking at the cat with such melancholy.

The cat narrowed its eyes and signed another bail form.

She had just stood up when she saw a group of about fifteen or sixteen people walk out. As soon as they came out, they glared at Jiu Yebai and Song Ci in a provocative manner.

"You all better behave yourselves!" the young policeman shouted sternly, and only then did they quiet down a bit.

The cat, who was about to leave, suddenly stopped and asked Jiu Yebai beside her, "Are these the thugs you fought with?"

Jiu Yebai grunted an "Mmm" for a moment, his face pale, clearly still displeased.

After leaving the police station, and waiting for Jiu Yebai and Song Ci to get into the car, Maomao didn't rush to drive away.

Her gaze fell on the police station entrance, and she asked Jiu Yebai casually, "You two fought against more than a dozen people? Because of one girl?"

Jiu Yebai ran a hand through his hair. This was a common occurrence; they'd fought many times before. But for some reason, he was too ashamed to bring it up in front of Mao Mao. "This..."

Song Ci, sitting in the back seat, eagerly chimed in, "Hey, sister, those thugs were bullying a girl from our school, and we caught them in the act. As righteous young people under the red flag, do you think we can just ignore something like this?"

The cat turned its head to look at him, but gave a cold snort, "Overestimating yourself."

Song Ci choked, his bright smile freezing slightly. Everyone knew that no one had ever directly attacked him like this.

Jiu Yebai glanced at Song Ci with schadenfreude, thinking, "Serves you right for being so eager; you deserve to run into trouble."

"You lost?" the cat asked again.

Song Ci quickly explained, trying to salvage his image, "That's because there were more of them."

The cat glanced at the person who had answered first, and said coldly, "A loss is a loss. What's there to argue about?"

Song Ci choked again. He could feel the contempt in the cat's eyes; it was incredibly hurtful! It wasn't just for show; it was utter contempt for him from beginning to end!

Jiu Yebai's depressed mood finally lifted a little. He had been annoyed that Song Ci had darted into their car like a rabbit, but now he thought it was a good thing. It was all fate; Song Ci was here to help him out of his predicament!

Suddenly, the cat stared at Jiu Yebai, her delicate brows gradually furrowing.

Jiu Yebai's heart jumped. "Sister... why are you looking at me like that?"

Cat pretended to be getting something from the sidelines, but actually picked some mint leaves from her life space and handed them to Jiu Yebai, saying, "Chew them up and put them on your eyes."

I happened to have planted some of this stuff; it has anti-inflammatory properties and it'll help a bit.

Jiu Yebai paused for a moment, then chuckled and quickly took it, "Okay!"

Song Ci suddenly felt a pang of envy, gazing longingly at the adorable mint leaves, and couldn't help but ask the cat, "Sister, do you still have any of these? I need some too."

The cat said, "I see you're perfectly fine."

Song Ci replied, "My butt has been hurting lately; it must be bruised from being kicked."

The cat said calmly, "That's all."

Jiu Yebai's face darkened, and he turned around abruptly, "I'll fucking kick you a few more times, I'll make sure you're in pain for a month! Go lie in bed and rub it yourself!"

Song Ci raised an eyebrow at him, "Rude!"

Just then, the cat suddenly started the car!

Jiu Yebai stared ahead and soon noticed something amiss. "Cat, are you following Tiger and the others?"

Tiger is the thug who fought with them today. Outsiders call him Brother Tiger. He's not very old, only in his twenties. He didn't go to university and has been messing around in society for a long time. But Jiu Yebai and his gang of rich kids wouldn't let them call him Brother Tiger, so they made him sound forty years older.
