"Okay," the cat said.
Jiu Yunchi was clearly dissatisfied with her ambiguous statement and waited for her reply.
Cat waved her hand impatiently, "Okay, you've convinced Cat!" Then she muttered, "You're like an old man."
Jiu Yunchi was relieved.
He returned to his desk, grabbed only his phone, and prepared to leave. "I have a schedule later, so I'll leave two bodyguards for you."
Cat nodded, then suddenly asked, "Is Ah Jin a member of the Eight Gates? Is she from the Mu family?"
Jiu Yunchi stopped in his tracks. Instead of answering the cat's question directly, he asked in return, "Do you like Mu Jin?"
Cat thought for a moment, feeling that Jiu Yunchi's question was unnecessary, yet there was some deeper meaning she didn't understand. She said, "Of course I like A-Jin!"
Jiu Yunchi looked at her intently and said, "The Mu family is the Feng Clan, now the head of the Eight Clans. If you still want to pursue Mu Jin, don't reveal that you are a member of the Jing Clan."
Cat didn't quite understand. She wondered, "Can an angel turn into a devil because of amnesia?"
By the time she came to her senses, Jiu Yunchi was already gone.
"Why are you walking so fast?" Cat asked, still wanting to ask what "chasing Mu Jin" meant...
Since Jiu Yunchi had left, Maomao no longer needed to stay in this dull office. She made a brief appearance at Jincheng Entertainment, and then took Chen Doudou on a tour of most of the city to the largest agricultural and sideline product purchasing and sales base in the suburbs.
Chen Doudou stared at the cat in disbelief. "Boss, you're not really planning to start a side business, are you? And such a down-to-earth one at that..."
The cat gave her a disdainful look. "What do you know? This is something that humans can never get rid of. You can't see it growing from the ground, but it will appear on your dinner table. Humans can only stop eating grains if they become immortals."

As he spoke, the old man led the cat out through the back door and into a greenhouse. However, this greenhouse was clearly much more luxurious than a normal one! "What's going on?" Cat looked at the people in confusion.
Old Man Ye said, "These seedlings are very fragile. If the environment changes even slightly, they may change their nature."
As he said this, the old man gave the cat a meaningful look.
Cat happened to receive that look and thought to herself, "Is the old man trying to test me?"
She squatted down and examined the seedlings carefully.
Chen Doudou squatted down as well and asked in a low voice, "Boss, what does 'change of nature' mean? What properties can seedlings have?"
The cat glanced at her and said simply, "If they are not taken care of properly, they will become just ordinary seedlings outside. If they are taken care of properly, they will attain enlightenment."
Chen Doudou was still completely bewildered, even more confused than before.
But the old man's eyes shone brightly! He laughed heartily, "That's a good explanation! You've attained enlightenment! Little girl, you really are a person with good fortune."
The cat didn't make a sound.
She was quickly writing a script for herself.
