Mu Jin didn't go back to his guest room, but instead took the cat to her bedroom.
He lay back on the bed, pulled the cat up a little, and asked with a deep gaze, "Cat, do you think our perfect match is a towel or a golden retriever?"
"A towel, of course!"
Cat firmly believes this point; otherwise, what would be the point of her working hard to earn money?
With a smile in her narrow eyes, Mu Jin coaxed, "Then do you know the difference between a towel and a golden retriever?"
Cat: "The difference between me raising you and you raising me."
“No,” Mu Jin said.
He found his phone, operated it with one hand, his slender fingers skillfully swiping across the screen. He found two pictures and turned them over for the cat to see.
The room was dark, so the light from the phone was very bright.
The cat squinted slightly to block some of the electronic light, then looked at the screen.
The image features two anime characters, but they are drawn in a very distinctive way. The female protagonist is drawn based on her image, except that she has a pair of cat ears and a long, thin tail.
The male protagonist is depicted in the image of Mu Jin.
In one picture, the cat is sitting on Mu Jin and whipping her, while in another picture, the cat is under Mu Jin with tears streaming down her face.
The cat's eyes widened. "Who drew this?"
Mu Jin seemed to know a lot about it and explained to her, "These are couple drawings circulating online. It's because of these two pictures that the towel and golden retriever couples came about."
"Don't be angry, because you can't be angry. Just browse through any CP community, and you'll see pictures like this everywhere, and even worse ones."
As Mu Jin spoke, he turned off his phone and tossed it aside.
The cat looked down at him and blinked gently. "I'm not angry... I think it's drawn very well."
Mu Jin paused.
"Ah Jin, you actually care about our relationship so much." Cat was unexpectedly happy.
Mu Jin looked at her and gradually smiled, "So you understand now? If you insist on standing with the towel, then you... will have a very hard time."
The cat looked like it had just realized something.
However, she quickly went to tug at Mu Jin's clothes, muttering, "It must be a towel, the cat isn't afraid of hard work."
