"Hmph, I'm not your friend. I'll send you back right now. If you dare to complain, I'll make you wish you were dead when I get back too."
When the man realized that the cat was really going to throw him down, he cried out in panic, "No, no, no! Cat, it's her business if my mother harms you! I absolutely did not participate, and I will not help her harm you."
Believe me! Cough cough, let me tell you, after you caused a huge disturbance at the Immortals' Banquet, you've stirred up a lot of trouble, and many people want to capture you. Don't think you're safe just because you're in the mortal realm.
"Take me with you, I'll be your shield!"
"I don't need it," the cat said coldly, suddenly lifting him up, leaving half of his body suspended in the air.
“You don’t need it, but Jin Shen does! He took that devastating blow for you, almost losing his soul. This life is crucial for him, and I can help him avert disaster!”
The cat suddenly stopped.
Two seconds later, she suddenly pulled him back and let go of him.
"Cough cough cough..." The man coughed for a while, his face becoming even paler.
"Kitty, I'm so sad. Why do you always go to Jin Shen? I'm a god too, what makes me inferior to him?"
"You talk too much nonsense." Cat Cat had finally met an old friend, but she wasn't happy. Instead, she wanted to kill him. "I hate it when people lie to me."
"I'm not lying to you!" The man raised his head and stared at the cat. "Everyone in the entire Heavenly Realm knows that I am the youngest son of the Queen Mother of the West. How would I know, but you are the only one who doesn't?"
"I took you to visit the Kunlun Immortal Mountain and to find the God Jin because I truly liked you. Later, when you got into a fight with a deity at the Immortal Banquet, I went to help you, but my mother locked me in the Treasure Pavilion."
By the time I finally broke free of the seal and escaped, it was all over. I thought you and Jin Shen were both dead. It took me many years to finally get the truth from Venerable He Yin: you were locked in Hell, and Jin Shen entered the cycle of reincarnation.
“A few days ago, Venerable Crane Hidden got drunk and let slip that he had personally released you. I immediately sealed my body in the Treasure Pavilion and sent my soul down to find you. Unfortunately, time was short, so I could only be reborn into this sickly ghost.”
As he spoke, he coughed heavily several more times, as if he were about to cough up his lungs.
The cat frowned at him, and his expression grew increasingly worse.
Just then, someone knocked on the small door to the terrace.
The cat reached out and opened the door latch.
The door slowly opened, and Mu Jin looked at the cat, "Come here."
The cat obediently passed by.
Mu Jin held her tightly in her arms. "You know him?"
The cat shook its head, but quickly nodded again, "Mmm."
When she first arrived in the Heavenly Realm, she encountered a person who was imprisoned and kept slashing at the barrier with his sword. She casually broke the barrier that imprisoned him and asked him if he knew the way to the Azure Rainbow Palace. He said he did.
She asked him to lead the way, and he took her around many nooks and crannies of Kunlun Immortal Mountain. Only when she got angry and wanted to kill him did he take her to Qinghong Palace.
Unfortunately, Ah Jin was not found in the Azure Rainbow Palace at that time. She returned to Kunlun Immortal Mountain and encountered the Feast of Immortals.
She only learned about this person when she was locked back in hell; his name was Xi Yuan, and he was the youngest son of the Queen Mother of the West.
"Your Highness, Your Highness, wake up!"
The group of people outside rushed in and hurriedly laid Xi Yuanping on the ground, feeding him several pills.
They were all extremely nervous.
The cat looked up from Mu Jin's chest and glanced at that spot.
Mu Jin said calmly, "Is he about to die?"
The cat nodded. "It seems so."
Xi Yuan opened his eyes and looked weakly at Maomao and Mu Jin. Yes, he was furious!
"Let's go." Mu Jin turned around and took the cat with her.
Xiyuan watched helplessly as the two of them walked away without looking back, and finally couldn't hold on any longer and fainted.
...
On the way to Cat Food No. 1, Cat was looking out the window thinking... If what Xi Yuan said was true, then she could let Xi Yuan continue to stay in the mortal world.
But what if Xi Yuan is lying to her? After all, those gods are all very wicked.
Except for Ah Jin.
A short while later, the car stopped outside Cat Food No. 1, and the two went inside together.
The kitchen staff quickly brought over the food that the cats had ordered.
"Jiu Maomao, do you still have old friends?" Mu Jin suddenly asked. Even he didn't know what happened after Maomao went to Kunlun Immortal Mountain.
When he noticed something amiss with the cat's soul tablet and forcibly left the seclusion, the battle between the cat and a group of gods had reached a fever pitch.
Mu Jin only realized now that perhaps, Maomao had met other people.
At least Xiyuan is one of them.
The cat drank a few sips of soup, then looked innocently at Mu Jin with wide eyes, "In a past life, we met once."
After she finished speaking, she stared intently at Mu Jin.
Although Ah Jin knew that she was no longer the original Jiu Xintian, they had never seriously discussed where she came from. She explicitly mentioned her past life, trying to provoke Ah Jin.
However, it didn't seem to have any effect. Ah Jin's expression was normal, and she simply asked her, "Is it just a one-time meeting?"
"Were you attracted to his good looks?"
After she finished speaking, Mu Jin stared at her intently.
Cat shook her head quickly, "Absolutely not! He wasn't as good-looking as Ah Jin in his past life!"
She froze after saying that! How could she have blurted this out! If that's the case, wouldn't Ah Jin know that she was already clinging to him in her past life?
