He said it directly.
"Will you share nearby resources with me?"
Su Bai asked expressionlessly.
“Resources…” Southeast Wind paused, then said, “Of course, whoever has the capability can mine them. What I mean is, I can provide you with protection.”
He patted the Templar Knight beside him.
"Third-tier units, ever seen them? With me protecting you, you can focus on developing your economy."
He boasted.
"Protection? You mean I have to pay you protection money? What if I don't need it?"
Su Bai raised his eyebrows.
"It's alright, you'll need it," Southeast Wind chuckled.
He pointed behind Su Bai.
“You come from the north, so your territory should be in that direction, right? Even if you don’t tell me, I can find it quickly.”
The implication behind his words was already quite clear.
Are you threatening me?
Su Bai's face darkened.
"Heh." Southeast Wind simply stopped pretending. "If you joined the Azure Dragon Society, I might not touch you out of consideration for our alliance. But a lone individual without strong martial arts skills, thinking you can survive on this island, isn't that too naive?"
"How do you know I don't have strong fighting skills?"
Su Bai looked up at him.
"Hmph." Southeast Wind sneered, "I see you won't learn your lesson until you see the coffin, but it's alright, you'll understand eventually."
"Charge! Kill them all!"
He coldly commanded the Templar Knights.
The latter immediately sprang into action. The burly knight, clad in armor, moved with heavy steps like the beating of a drum. Suddenly, he bent low, gripped his sword with both hands, let out a roar like a raging bull, and charged forward at full speed!
