The man first fell face-first into the mud, and before he could react, Yin Chun kicked him, instantly sobering him up considerably. He sat on the ground, looked up, and saw Yin Chun's tall figure blocking most of the sunlight, exuding an imposing aura.
He swallowed hard, gave an awkward laugh, and said in a slightly ingratiating tone, "Ma'am, we just bumped into each other by accident, please don't be angry..."
"An accident?" Yin Chun sneered, hands on her hips. "You're this drunk, and you still dare to wander around the streets? You bumped into someone and didn't even apologize? And you dare to say it was an accident?"
After saying that, he stepped forward and grabbed the man's collar. The man was sitting on the ground, and the pull caused his neck to be choked, making it hard for him to breathe. His face turned red, and he pointed at another man and said intermittently, "No, it's not my fault. It was him. He pushed me."
Yin Chun loosened his grip, and the man fell heavily to the ground again, clutching his buttocks and howling in pain.
When the other man saw Yin Chun's gaze turn to him, he trembled with fear and quickly pointed at Huang Cui: "It was...it was her who tripped me, it had nothing to do with me..."
Huang Cui rolled her eyes, and without saying a word, grabbed his outstretched finger and twisted it backward forcefully: "What? I was walking along the road, and you were drunk and couldn't stand properly, and you still want to frame me? I think you're asking for death!"
With that, she raised her foot and kicked him. The man, not expecting Huang Cui to be so fierce, immediately cried out, "I misjudged! I lost my balance! Please, gentlemen, spare us..."
After Huang Cui had kicked him enough, she released her grip and sneered, "Hmph, then why don't you get lost? Are you really waiting for me to drag you to see the officials?"
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry, we were blind..." The other man quickly smiled apologetically, trembling as he pulled the person next to him away, bending down to run away.
Huang Cui and Yin Chun exchanged a glance and couldn't help but laugh out loud.
Meng Zhao stepped forward, a hint of approval on her face: "You two have quite a good understanding."
Huang Cui smiled smugly: "That's right, we've been together for so long that we can tell what the other is thinking just by looking at each other."
Yin Chun also laughed and chimed in, "Shopkeeper, there's no point in reasoning with this kind of person. The best way is to go up and beat him up a couple of times to vent your anger."
Meng Zhao gave them a thumbs up, "Well done, I'll order you two a couple more dishes later as a reward."
Huang Cui and Yin Chun exchanged a smile and said in unison, "That would be wonderful!"
