Chapter 40 Mad Dog Hotel
Meng Feiqin heard Lu Qi and Lü Shi'an's broadcasts. They broadcast two messages: one was a speculation that not eating for a day could lead to canine parvovirus, and the other was a warning not to approach the floor where the conference room was located.
As soon as Tian Miaoying heard the broadcast, she went to press the doorbell of apartment 2602.
There was no response, and she grew anxious. "Sister Lu went to the conference room, and I don't know how she is now. I have to go find her."
“Wait a minute, Xiaotian,” Meng Feiqin called out to her. “The opposition is all over there. If they find you, it’ll be troublesome.”
“But Sister Lu…” “I’ll go.”
Tian Miaoying exclaimed, "That won't do! It's too dangerous there!"
“Calm down, kid,” Meng Feiqin stood up and took out her hiking stick, which had been with her for many years. “After the monster massacre of humans, humans will become even more extreme in their attitude towards non-humans. Your identity is more dangerous than mine. Besides, someone needs to stay here, just in case they come back on their own.”
Tian Miaoying murmured in confusion, "Professor, aren't you scared at all?"
From the moment the ghost story began, Meng Feiqin remained remarkably calm; she showed no panic, nor even a hint of anxiety.
Meng Feiqin raised an eyebrow. "Do you like dogs?"
Tian Miaoying was stunned for a moment, confused: "Huh?"
“I like it.” Meng Feiqin smiled and reached out to stroke the Samoyed’s head. “Dogs are my life’s work. I’m happy whenever I see them.”
“Let’s take an example,” she said. “We’ll be happy if we buy something worth a thousand dollars with a hundred dollars, but we’ll be frustrated if we buy something worth ten dollars with a hundred dollars.”
"For me, trading the rest of my life for contact with these incredible T dogs is the former. You don't need to worry about me; in my opinion, this is a rare experience."
Tian Miaoying was touched. "Professor, I know about your escape from the hyena pack and that you once lived with African wild dogs. But the dogs here are not ordinary dogs; they are different."
“This is exactly what I’m going to explore,” Meng Feiqin said calmly, her eyes clear.
She looked through the peephole, pushed open the door, and pulled a necklace from her pocket. "Don't worry, I have this to cheat with."
It's more like a pendant than a necklace.
A yellowish canine tooth, resembling a wolf's, hangs on a thin string; it was a collectible from one of Meng Feiqin's field trips.
She first rang the doorbell of room 2602 to make sure Lu Qilulu wasn't in the room, then headed towards the floor where the conference room was located.
Meng Feiqin did not take the elevator. If any unexpected situation occurred, the two of them might not have time to squeeze into the elevator.
To avoid missing it, she went down through the emergency exit.
The large hotel has two security exits. Lu Qi came down from the east side both times, while Meng Feiqin came down from the west side, which was also the side where the opposition was chased into by the security guards.
On the last two flights of stairs leading to the conference room, Meng Feiqin stopped and squatted down with a solemn expression.
Dozens of corpses lay scattered across the stairwell, creating a gruesome scene of escape.
Meng Feiqin squatted down, gripping the handrail, and examined the nearest bodies.
Without exception, all of them were bite wounds, concentrated on the limbs and neck. The bite marks were deep, penetrating the skin and flesh, and causing bone damage.
Meng Feiqin frowned and checked them one by one.
Disembowelment is an instinct for most dogs, but the corpses are usually killed instantly. Only the top few have their chests and abdomens torn open, missing some internal organs.
This indicates that, compared to instinct, the [security guard] prioritizes the order to kill, pursuing efficiency in the killing process.
"A monster?" Meng Feiqin shook her head to herself.
Animals that obey rules and possess logical thinking cannot be called monsters; they can only be called unnamed species.
She cautiously stepped over the corpses on the two floors and entered the building, quickly finding the conference room with its door half open.
The situation in the conference room was not much different from that in the corridor. Meng Feiqin searched among the corpses for any familiar faces.
She carefully used her trekking pole to pry open the heads facing down and identified them one by one.
When the hiking stick cleared away the body in the far corner, Meng Feiqin gasped in shock.
That was the most unusual corpse; it had no head, and the muscles and skin of its neck were torn apart, as if the head had been ripped off its neck by brute force.
This is a thin, headless male corpse, lying face down on the ground.
Turned around by the trekking pole, it revealed its front view.
The corpse's abdomen was cut open, and a bloody Shiba Inu head was embedded in its belly.
The dog's head, stuffed inside her stomach, stared at Meng Feiqin with its long mouth agape and unfocused pupils, resembling the face of a ghost in a dark temple.
Meng Feiqin solemnly squatted down and reached out to touch the blood-stained dog's head.
She seemed to touch a trace of warmth—Meng Feiqin immediately touched the exposed flesh of the corpse, and indeed, it was still warm.
The thing that killed it just left!
She turned to look behind her. The way this Shiba Inu died was too unusual. Either it was killed by something else, or the security guard hated it particularly... No, it wasn't the security guard. It had its head inside its belly and was deliberately placed face down. This wasn't how an animal behaved.
Even a lioness whose cubs have been killed by a hyena will not give the hyena's corpse a special makeover when she seeks revenge.
This is a very typical human behavior.
Its head was pulled off and hidden inside its belly.
Perhaps the perpetrator had special feelings for it; perhaps it was to conceal its identity, not wanting people to immediately recognize that the dead person was a dog-headed man; or perhaps it was both.
Meng Feiqin had contact with Huang Zhenyi, who had transformed into a dog-headed man. Judging from his behavior during this period, Huang Zhenyi's behavior was no different from that of an ordinary dog.
According to Lu Qi, after the Shiba Inu turned into a dog-headed man, it was tied up in the conference room. It couldn't leave and couldn't do anything bad. The opposition who came to kill it were all dealt with by the security guards. So who killed it?
Who would go to such lengths to treat a dog?
The uneven cut on the corpse's neck was still bleeding, where muscle fibers and bones had been torn apart.
Inside the dissected abdomen, the internal organs were not removed; a head was forcibly inserted, causing the internal organs to deform and rupture.
The slightly open mouth of the Shiba Inu looked a bit strange. Meng Feiqin pried open the Shiba Inu's mouth and her heart sank.
Its tongue was ripped off by the roots and stuffed upside down in its mouth.
Meng Feiqin examined it carefully and found a little white food residue on the side of the tongue.
It's a tiny speck, hidden in a crevice, and you can't tell what it originally was; it might just be tartar.
Aside from that, Meng Feiqin still felt something was off.
She stared at the bloody dog's head, then realized what was wrong—
She reached out and pinched the Shiba Inu's ear.
Both ear bones were broken.
The erect ears were abruptly folded down, lying helplessly in the thick fur.
In social situations, dogs with erect ears and tails are often at a disadvantage and are easily misunderstood by other dogs.
Every action taken against this Shiba Inu was malicious.
Meng Feiqin intuitively felt that the Shiba Inu was most likely killed by a "dog," whose methods were vicious yet straightforward, with each wound having a clear purpose. This was the logic of an animal's thinking, rather than the methods humans use to torture and kill for pleasure.
Just like these ears.
Human abusers often cut off the ears of dogs or pierce them with toothpicks or needles, while the perpetrator simply kept the erect ears flat.
It's as if it's saying, "Be polite, you should respect me."
Animals wouldn't handle corpses like that; that's human behavior.
The corpse presented nothing but contradictions. With no new clues and Lu Qilulu not present, Meng Feiqin prepared to leave and search elsewhere.
...
Lu Qi had just closed the door to the control room and hadn't even taken a step when Lulu bumped into him.
He bent down, his nose almost touching hers, his dark eyes staring intently into hers.
"You seem a little nervous, Lu Qi."
Lu Qi would find it difficult to fake his work in front of a hunting dog.
“I saw him leave safely, and I also saw you come back, so I came out to go back with you.” She looked back at him, not lying, but holding back a little.
Lulu tilted her head. "Is that so?"
“Yes.” Lu Qi walked right past him and continued forward. “Let’s go.”
Her reaction was extremely unnatural: tense, deliberate, and her walking posture was somewhat stiff.
Not long ago, she was determined to get rid of that Shiba Inu, but now that her wish has come true, she remains expressionless.
Lulu stared at Lu Qi's back, remained silent for a moment, then smiled and followed him.
He said, "Okay, Lu Qi."
It doesn't matter.
She's still willing to talk to him, willing to let him walk beside her, and she's still here safely, so it doesn't matter.
Lu Qi was unsure whether Professor Meng would return to his room immediately after inspecting the conference room or choose to go downstairs.
If Professor Meng continues the search, and they happen to run into them, Lulu is very likely to smell blood on Professor Meng, thus deducing that she had been to the conference room.
She needs to buy Professor Meng some time to transfer Lulu away.
Lu Qi walked out of the corridor and returned to the hall.
She stopped and looked at Lulu. "Where's that plum blossom?"
She remembered that when Lulu came back, she brought a plum blossom. After seeing Lulu let the Shiba Inu sniff her butt, she threw the flower aside.
When she heard her ask about it, Lulu said in a guilty voice, "I lost it."
His reaction caught Lu Qi off guard.
If a man were in front of her, how would he react to her question?
He would probably sneer and retort, "Yeah, you don't care about my stuff, so I'll just throw it away."
She expected this response, so she prepared to apologize and coax Lulu, but she didn't expect Lulu to look at her anxiously.
A hunting dog that loses its prey is like a child who has lost money; it feels like the sky is falling.
It seems like this happened once before.
At that time, she didn't know that frisbee had to be thrown in a way that a dog could catch. She thought it was like human competition, where the frisbee had to be thrown in a tricky and challenging way. Lulu never criticized or complained about her technique and cooperated with her in the game.
That time, Lulu didn't catch the frisbee; it went into the courtyard wall on the first floor.
It clung to the wall over which the frisbee had flown, barking and scratching, almost crying in its distress.
Unfortunately, the family wasn't home. Lu Qi rang the doorbell for a long time but no one came. She had no choice but to take Lulu back home.
Lulu didn't eat dinner that day. She was deeply hurt and buried her face in Luqi's arms, sobbing.
For the next two months, whenever Lulu saw a disc-shaped object while taking a walk, she would rush over to it, grab it, and refuse to let go.
As a hunting dog, losing prey made him restless, and Lulu felt ashamed no matter the reason, whether it was a frisbee or a club.
Remembering what he looked like as a child, Lu Qi's heart softened instantly.
She reached out to Lulu, "Let's go pick another one."
Lulu looked up in surprise, quickly stepped forward, and took Lu Qi's hand.
“You’re so good,” he kissed the corner of her lips. “Lu Qi, you are the most considerate and kindest girl in the world.”
Lu Qi felt unworthy of such an honor and dared not accept it.
She pushed away Lulu's passionate kiss, saying with a hint of guilt, "Alright, alright, let's take a walk."
She pulled Lulu away, glancing behind her out of the corner of her eye, hoping that Professor Meng would have a good time and return to his room as soon as possible.
It was the brightest time of day, the sun was warm, and after walking for only ten minutes, Lu Qi felt warm all over.
A small patch of plum trees was planted in the hotel grounds. Even without snow, the plum blossoms alone created a beautiful scene.
Sparse shadows cast obliquely, the fragrance of plum blossoms soothes the soul.
Scattered plum branches blocked the way. Lu Qi raised her hand, but before she could touch them, Lulu brushed the plum branches away from her forehead.
Lu Qi looked at him, and the handsome young man gave her a gentle and romantic smile.
As he said, he walked ahead of her to detect danger and to keep a close eye on her situation.
There's no need to say much about the man who picks flowers for the lady, but if it's a puppy that's parting the flowers, then it deserves praise.
Lu Qi's expression softened, and she reached out to ruffle Lulu's blonde hair. "Thank you, you've been a great help to me."
Lulu smiled and asked, "Am I a good dog?"
"Yes, you are the most considerate and kindest dog in the world."
Lulu's Adam's apple bobbed; he seemed to be trying hard to suppress something, and the way he looked at Lu Qi made her blush.
Even though Lulu's eyes were clear and innocent, he was, after all, a grown man taller than her, and she loved him deeply.
When Lulu was still a dog, circling around her would bring Lu Qi joy and tenderness.
Now that he is gazing at her with such fervent eyes, it's hard for her to remain unmoved.
Lu Qi guessed that this was because Lulu's body size had increased, so the amount of canine hormones she emitted had naturally increased as well.
“I love you, Luqi,” Lulu tried to suppress his emotions, but his efforts were in vain. He couldn’t help but lower his head and rub his nose against Luqi’s. “You’ve become even cuter and sweeter in the sunlight, Luqi. I want to do something impolite.”
Lu Qi's face flushed. "No, we agreed that we could only smell each other in private..." "I want to put my arm around your shoulder."
The two spoke at the same time, and Lu Qi choked.
Lulu looked at her expectantly. He had already tried putting his arm around Lu Qi's waist, and she didn't object to him putting his arm around her waist. What about her shoulders?
Lulu was unsure.
It was too close to their necks; they had just sniffed each other, so the request was a bit abrupt, but he hoped Lu Qi would agree.
Lu Qi apologized for his momentary filthy thoughts.
"Yes, you can." She closed her eyes in shame. "You can also touch my head."
Lulu was taken aback, but then a bright smile bloomed on her face. "Thank you. Thank you, Lu Qi."
He politely extended his hand, placing only his fingertips lightly on Lu Qi's shoulder, strictly adhering to the rules of gradual social interaction, and did not go so far as to touch her head directly.
Lu Qi suddenly realized that Lulu had never pounced on her, as she could barely feel any weight on her shoulders.
Perhaps because it was paralyzed in its hind limbs as a puppy and couldn't stand, it's not used to jumping on people as an adult. In any case, it really is a very polite little dog.
Lu Qi felt a little warmth.
He kissed her forehead, like a plum blossom brushing across her brow.
Lu Qi pursed her lips, belatedly realizing that she seemed to have inadvertently encouraged something.
As soon as they entered the hotel, Lu Qi noticed that Lulu reduced the frequency of licking and kissing her chin and began to linger on the upper part of her cheeks.
This is a sign of increased authority, meaning he places himself in a higher position.
He made many tests, constantly confirming his status and rank, and she acquiesced to his tests each time.
Now, Lulu, who wouldn't normally pounce on someone, has gotten her permission to put her arm around her shoulder.
When Lulu believes she is superior to her, will she still listen to her? Will she turn around and demand that Lulu obey her orders?
Lu Qi was vaguely worried, but it was too late to change her mind now, and forcibly pulling Lulu's hand off would be too hurtful.
She held onto a sliver of hope, thinking that since Lulu could talk and communicate, she couldn't simply treat him as a dog, and Lu Qi could no longer treat Lulu purely as a dog.
When he, in human form, gently and expectantly asked if he could put his arm around her shoulder, Lu Qi instinctively agreed. For a human, it was a trivial request, and she had no reason to refuse.
"The taste of a sandwich."
Lulu's murmur came from above. Lu Qi looked up and asked, "Hmm?"
"Did you eat that sandwich?" he asked her.
In an instant, all the tenderness and romance vanished, and Lu Qi nodded cautiously, "Yes. That Shiba Inu was very wary and refused to eat what I was holding. Was it afraid I would poison it? Or did it not know it was food? I ate half of it in front of it before it was willing to eat it."
Lulu lowered her eyes.
"So that's how it is..."
He had already smelled the sandwich scent on Lu Qi's lips; when he went to deal with the Shiba Inu, he also smelled the same scent on its mouth—
That was the food he brought to Lu Qi, so why did this stray dog have Lu Qi's taste on it?
Did it steal Lu Qi's food? Did it lick her? Or...did they intimately share the sandwich together?
Regardless of the reason, Lulu was uncontrollably enraged.
Now he knows the answer, and it's the third one he finds most unacceptable:
Lu Qi shared her food with a stray dog.
When he was a dog, she never let him touch her food.
Lulu was glad she had agreed to Lu Qi's request to send the Shiba Inu away.
It is a shameless scourge, and it must never remain in their territory.
The two walked a little further, but Lulu's mood had clearly soured. He had had enough of the walk and stopped. "It's time to go back, Lu Qi. We should eat."
Lu Qi quickly glanced at the hotel.
Only fifteen minutes had passed, and Professor Meng might not have returned to her room yet; she needed to buy as much time as possible.
"Lulu, there are some things I want to ask you." She looked into the distance and pointed to a bench under the shade of a tree. "Let's go sit there for a while."
Lulu wanted to go back and share food and water with Luqi, to make up for the loss caused by the Shiba Inu.
But Lu Qi looked serious, so he compromised and asked, "What is it?"
Lu Qi sat down on the bench, not just to stall for time, but because she genuinely had many questions for Lulu:
What is the afterlife like? Why did he become human? Can all the dead return to the present world? Did he see her parents?
Amidst the numerous questions, she spoke first, addressing the one she cared about most: "Will you feel uncomfortable?"
Do you feel uncomfortable when the sun shines on you?
Lulu smiled, and her troubled mood vanished instantly.
He smiled and said, "No, I only feel uncomfortable when I can't smell your scent."
"Are you serious?" Lu Qi asked suspiciously, unsure whether Lulu was telling the truth or just sweet talk.
“Seriously.” Lulu nodded. “When we parted, my intestines, ribs, and head were all in pain.”
Lu Qi opened her eyes.
It was her fault; she was the one who caused him to be beaten to death...
"I'm sorry." She lowered her head.
“Look up, Luqi.” Lulu lifted her chin again. “You are a very precious little girl. You can’t be downcast. You should always hold your head high and be proud of yourself.”
Lu Qi pursed her lips; these were the words she had said to Lulu when she encouraged her.
Lulu has every reason to be proud of herself. She struggled to survive in an illegal kennel, survived parvovirus, overcame paralysis, and endured syringomyelia. She should be proud of herself.
She's different from it; she has nothing to be proud of.
“Can you tell me about it?” she asked softly, “What happened after you… you died? What’s the world like over there? Have you ever met my parents?”
Lulu smelled a certain scent, a scent that seemed to indicate a need for a hug.
He tentatively put his arm around Lu Qi's shoulder and gently pulled her close.
"Of course, Lu Qi, what else would you like to know?"
Lu Qi caught a glimpse of the hand resting on his shoulder out of the corner of his eye.
She had realized that she couldn't let Lulu continue to overstep her bounds; but he was in pain, he had died tragically for her, and he said that he wouldn't feel uncomfortable if he were near her.
Whether what he said was true or false, she couldn't pull his hand away.
Lulu, strong Lulu, poor Lulu...
Let her bask in the joy of regaining what she lost a little longer; perhaps soon she will break his heart.
A gentle breeze carried the fragrance of plum blossoms behind them.
They sat there until the sun set, when only a sliver of sunlight remained on the horizon.
"I'm hungry." Lu Qi rested her chin on Lulu's shoulder. "I don't want to move. I want to go back to sleep. Can you go to the cafeteria and get me something to eat? And buy me a milk tea too."
Lulu didn't dare to rest his chin on Luqi's body yet, as that would be an extremely rude and provocative act, and he wouldn't force himself on Luqi in such a brutal way; but when Luqi did rest his chin on him, Lulu's heart softened and bubbled with tenderness.
What an adorable chin! She stretched her delicate throat toward him and rested her cute little head on his shoulder.
What a romantic way to express love.
"Are you tired?" Lulu immediately picked up Lu Qi and carried her to the bed in the bedroom.
He took off Lu Qi's shoes, covered her with a blanket, and then gently bit her nose, which was cold from the wind. He frowned with affection, saying, "Poor little bread, you got tired after sitting outside for just a short while."
Lu Qi shrank into the blanket. "I'm not too tired, but my stomach is a little sore."
She had the taste of a sandwich in her mouth, and since she had eaten today, it was impossible for it to trigger parvovirus.
What else could make her stomach uncomfortable?
Lulu sniffed and gently rubbed Lu Qi's lower abdomen through the blanket. "It's coming soon, but not in the next couple of days."
Lu Qi was stunned for a moment, "What?"
"Your heat cycle."
"..." Lu Qi gave a dry "ah" without denying it.
If it's on time, it will be here in another week.
“Go ahead,” she said, turning over and lying on her side. “I’m going to take a nap.”
"Okay." Lulu stood up and kissed her hair again. "I'll be back soon."
He left.
Lu Qi lay down for a while, and once she was sure Lulu was far away, she immediately threw off the covers and ran out of the room.
She gently knocked on the door of room 2603. After a while, the door opened, revealing a surprised-looking Tian Miaoying.
"Little Lu..." She was interrupted by Lu Qi as soon as she opened her mouth.
"Shh." Lu Qi made a shushing gesture, and Tian Miaoying stopped talking. However, the Samoyed behind her, oblivious to the atmosphere, happily jumped onto Lu Qi.
Lu Qi quickly backed away. Dogs are even more sensitive to each other's scents, and it would be troublesome if Lulu came back and found out.
Tian Miaoying was confused, but she still grabbed the blood vessel and pulled the dog backward.
She saw Lu Qi looking behind her and immediately understood, "You're looking for Professor Meng?"
Lu Qi nodded repeatedly. "Is she there?"
"We just got back, we were just about to look for you," Tian Miaoying said, then added with annoyance, "This room is so soundproofed, when did you get back? I was guarding the door the whole time and didn't hear a thing. Where's Xiao Lu? Are you all alright? I was so worried about you all day, but thankfully Brother Lü called me later and said you were all okay."
"There's no time to say all that." Lu Qi tore a piece of paper from her notebook. "Take this to Professor Meng and tell her not to come out to see me. Just write your answer on it."
"Huh? Why?"
Lu Qi shook his head, "I'll explain later."
"Okay." Tian Miaoying took the paper and ran into the room. About two minutes later, she returned with the paper.
Lu Qi unfolded it and his pupils contracted slightly.
"What's wrong, Sister Lu?" Tian Miaoying asked in surprise. "Why are you suddenly laughing?"
"No, it's nothing." Lu Qi smiled and handed her the paper. "Flush it into your toilet. I'm leaving now. If anyone asks, just say I came to check on you and Professor Meng's safety, and that I didn't do anything else. Remember, say that to everyone who asks."
She gave instructions as she ran towards her room, her movements becoming bright and light.
Lu Qi ran into the bathroom, took off her clothes and put them in the washing machine, then turned on the quick wash; she then turned on the shower and took a shower to wash away Tian Miaoying's scent.
She changed into her pajamas and went back to bed. Just as she lay down, she heard the door open.
Lulu returned with the packed lunch.
He placed the food on the table and went into the bedroom.
Seeing the small bulge in the blanket, Lulu couldn't help but smile.
“Baby,” he knelt by the bed and nudged Lu Qi, “I brought the food back, it’s time to eat.”
Lu Qi, buried in the blanket, mumbled, "I'm sleepy, I'm not eating."
"But you haven't eaten much today."
"I've eaten," Lu Qi drawled. "Could you hang up my clothes for me?"
Lulu stared at her for a while, then asked softly, "I can still smell your fragrance in the hallway. Did you go out?"
"I glanced at Miaoying and Professor Meng." Lu Qi mumbled a couple of "hmm" sounds. "Don't bother me, Lulu, I'm sleepy... Leave the food here, I'll eat when I wake up."
Her voice was soft and sweet, and Lulu couldn't help but gently bite her ear.
Since Lu Qi had already eaten a sandwich today, he no longer forced her to get up and eat.
He licked the spot where he had bitten her, and said reluctantly, "I'm going to get something to eat, and I'll come back to sleep with you right away."
Lu Qi waved lazily.
Lulu stared at her waving hand, but couldn't resist. She grabbed her finger and put it in her mouth for a while.
He licked each of his five fingers one by one, and finally left satisfied. He ate bread by the washing machine, waiting for the clothes to be finished so he could hang them up to dry, and also to smell the scent left by Lu Qi.
Lu Qi buried himself in the blanket, staring blankly into the void, his mind filled with the contents of that piece of paper.
She asked, "What's in the meeting room? (Please, whatever you do, don't tell anyone you've been there!)"
Professor Meng replied, "A human corpse, and a Shiba Inu that was brutally murdered. (Okay, I understand.)"
The Shiba Inu in the ghost story died.
Outside the ghost story, a gaunt man appeared, with all his limbs intact and unharmed.
Lu Qi gripped the blanket tightly.
Her guess was correct; the security guards' method of dealing with unstable elements was not "killing," but "expelling."
The only way to escape this strange tale is through death.
Lulu didn't lie to her. He didn't "kill" anyone. He really didn't kill anyone. All the dead people returned to the real world, and those still living in the ghost stories will eventually not die.
Lu Qi breathed a sigh of relief.
Nevertheless, the experience itself was a huge trauma, and she had to get everyone out as soon as possible.
With the theoretical speculation in mind, Lu Qi will immediately put it into practice.

The author notes: "People love Labradors and Golden Retrievers because they tend to follow rules, boundaries, and limits. So even if they attack another dog, they won't kill it, but they will dominate it." —Cesamian
Lulu follows the rules, boundaries, and restrictions, but after her full moon, she hasn't socialized with other dogs; she only stays with people.
It was gentle in nature and regarded people as its own, so it did not kill the two men that winter night.
Dogs were hardly considered his kind; he not only enjoyed dominating them but also hunting them.
Conversely, hunting is also one of the survival rules for hunting dogs.
Dogs really do fit in with the strange and uncanny rules of the world.
