"Muhe!" Ao shouted urgently, and rushed over, only stopping staggeringly at the edge of the cliff, his body still a little dazed from the exertion.

"Father!" Cang Ze and Cui Heng called out, pulling him back from behind.

Aohun's body dangled over the edge of the cliff, his feet only half an inch away from the edge. He watched helplessly as Muhe disappeared from sight little by little. He knelt down with a thud, looking at the endless bottom of the cliff and wept bitterly. His broad back trembled as he looked down. His most beloved daughter had now left him!

Cang Ze gripped the corner of Aohen's clothes on the back with one hand, his mind echoing with Mu He's last words. Her words would surely make Aohen believe that Mu He died because of him. Aohen was still in grief, but once he calmed down, he would definitely attack him. After all, Aohen no longer trusted him. What if Aohen also died?

Below is the River of Oblivion. Even if Aohun doesn't die, he will be seriously injured. How can a seriously injured demon king fight against him? Cang Ze's thoughts suddenly turned, and a knife immediately appeared in his hand. Cui Heng immediately noticed and stared at him with wide eyes, but he suddenly plunged the knife into Aohun's back and then pulled it out!

That was right in front of his heart, and blood gushed out. Ao Heng felt a sharp pain in his back, so painful that he staggered forward and almost fell. Cui Heng suddenly let go of his hand. He instinctively grabbed the edge of the cliff and turned around sharply, only to see Cang Ze's cold face. Before he could even speak, Cang Ze shoved him hard!

Aohen immediately grabbed Cangze's arm and tried to fly back with a sudden force. Cangze raised his knife and stabbed Aohen's arm again. Aohen grimaced in pain, but his desire to live made him ignore the pain and desperately grab Cangze, wrestling with him.

Seeing this, Cui Heng leaped up and kicked Aohun hard in the chest, causing him to vomit blood and lose all strength. Finally, he let go and fell into the endless abyss.

Go be with your daughter! Cang Ze stood on the edge of the cliff, watching Ao's fierce figure finally disappear from his sight.

"Brother, we need to see him alive or dead. We must hurry to the River of Oblivion," Cang Ze said, still worried.

“Let’s go!” Cui Heng simply replied.

Wang Xiaoxia had sent the Bad Guys to check on Muhe's movements long ago, but they didn't return until evening.

"How did it go? Why did it take so long?" Wang Xiaoxia asked anxiously as soon as he saw the Bad Guys.

She stood up straight, but walking was no longer as easy as it used to be.

"Muhe jumped off the Two Realms Cliff, and Aohen was ambushed by Wuhuan and thrown down as well. I went with them to the River of Oblivion to search for him, but we still couldn't find Aohen's body," the Bad Guy hurriedly whispered, afraid that someone might overhear.

Now that the Demon King of the Demon Realm is gone and the border war is tense, if Aohen really dies, then the Demon Realm can only be taken over by Cui Heng or Cang Ze. If that's the case, then everything she and the Bad People have planned will have been for someone else's benefit.

"Is Wu Yan in your hands?" Wang Xiaoxia asked urgently, frowning.

“It’s with me,” the rogue said, and hurriedly took out the colorful stone.

Wang Xiaoxia nodded, then rummaged through the room and found Aohun's clothes, quickly handing them to the bad guys, saying:

"Hurry up and change into these clothes, transform into a fierce beast, and fool Cui Heng and Wu Huan first!" Wang Xiaoxia hurriedly said.

"But what if the fierce beast returns?" the Bad Guys asked with some concern.

“It’s alright. If he comes back, he’ll only thank us for helping him keep his position as Demon King. I’m afraid he won’t come back,” Wang Xiaoxia said, reaching out to unconsciously stroke her lower abdomen.

Wu Huan is ruthless. If he takes over the demon realm, she and the Bad People will likely die at his hands, and the child in her womb will certainly not be born safely.

"Alright!" the Bad Guy immediately replied, turning around and transforming himself into a fierce and ruthless figure.

Wang Xiaoxia nodded thoughtfully, then said:

"The court assembly is about to begin. You just go to the front court, and I will go to the River of Oblivion to find the whereabouts of that fierce beast."

"You must be careful while you're alone!" the scoundrel said worriedly.

Wang Xiaoxia shook his head:

"It's alright. Wu Huan will definitely come back when he can't find Ao Hen. Just focus on dealing with him. Cui Heng won't do anything to me!"

As she spoke, she gently stroked her lower abdomen. Looking at her abdomen, the man suddenly remembered that the child was Cui Heng's. He felt a little unhappy, but ultimately said nothing more.

Cang Ze and Cui Heng searched along the banks of the River of Oblivion for an entire day, but they still couldn't find Ao Heng. Logically, he should have fallen here, so why couldn't they find him? Cang Ze was at a loss.

"Wu Huan, the court assembly is about to begin," Cui Heng reminded him.

Cang Ze nodded. Now that Aohun's fate is unknown, if he seizes the opportunity to take the throne of the Demon King first, what can Aohun do to him even if he returns in the future?

If the ministers cannot find Aohun during the court assembly and are at a loss, he can then take over the demon realm in a perfectly reasonable manner when he reappears. The power that I have cultivated in the demon realm over the past year can also be put to use at the same time. Then the demon realm will become his!

"I'll go back first. You continue searching here and let me know as soon as you have any news," Cang Ze said.

“Alright,” Cui Heng replied.

So Cangze returned to the Demon King's Palace alone. Inside the palace, the ministers were still discussing the war against the Qingyi tribe when suddenly a guard announced, "His Majesty has arrived!"

Cang Ze suddenly looked up and saw that the fierce beast was indeed there. The old monster walked with agility and showed no signs of injury. How could this be? Even if it hadn't fallen into the River of Oblivion, the injury on its back shouldn't have healed so quickly! However, there was no sign of it transforming at all.

Cang Ze couldn't tell for a moment, so he didn't dare to act rashly. However, he didn't believe that Aohun could escape from the River of Oblivion after suffering such serious injuries. He stepped forward and deliberately asked Aohun, "Father, is Muhe feeling better?"

The villain remained calm, simply smiling and saying:

"Didn't Ze'er just return from He'er's place? Why are you asking me?"

Cang Ze hadn't expected him to say that, and forced a smile as he replied:

"Xiao Xu is just worried and confused. The war with the Qingyi tribe is urgent. Father should make a decision soon!"

The rogue continued to smile. Fortunately, he had previously held a minor official position, so he was well aware of these battles. He stared intently into Cang Ze's eyes and asked:

"I am getting old, and I am afraid my body cannot handle it if I personally lead the army. Could you, Ze'er, go and lead the army in my place?"

Upon hearing this, the ministers discussed amongst themselves. Previously, because the emperor insisted on a personal campaign, the ministers disagreed, and thus a decision had not been reached. Now that the emperor had relented, an old minister suddenly knelt on the ground and said:

"This old minister believes that the Ghost King is exceptionally talented and will certainly live up to Your Majesty's expectations!"

Immediately afterward, all the ministers below knelt in agreement. Cang Ze's face twitched involuntarily. He stared intently at Aohen, then smiled and said:

"Xiao Xu is willing to lead the army in place of Father. However, the Qingyi tribe is cunning and treacherous. Father, could you entrust Xiao Xu with the command of the Black Shine Army?"

The Black Shine Army is the strongest elite force of the demon race, and the Bad Guys previously served in this army.

“Ze’er, you have many elite soldiers and generals in the Ghost Realm. Just take them with you. When you’re not here, the Ghost Realm will be unguarded. Your father will leave the Black Shine Army to guard the Ghost Realm for you. Just go and fight the Qingyi Clan. Don’t worry about anything!” The Bad Guy said, pretending to be troubled.

Cang Ze smiled palely. Only with Aohun here would he have any worries. However, since this person knew so much about the demon realm, he must not be an unknown nobody. Moreover, all the ministers in this hall recognized this Aohun as the true ruler. If he made a rash move, he was afraid that he would be besieged by the demons before he could expose this person's true identity, which would be a loss.

"Father, the Ghost Realm has far too few troops to send. Please reconsider the matter of sending troops," Cang Ze said, no longer pressing the issue.

The Bad Guys finally breathed a sigh of relief, but they wondered how Wang Xiaoxia was doing.

Wang Xiaoxia went to the River of Oblivion alone. She hadn't been there for a long time. She searched along the way but couldn't find any trace of Aohun. Because of the River of Oblivion, the scent was also masked and she couldn't identify it. Unknowingly, she walked to her own grave. The wooden plaque was still lying there, with only the words "Tomb of Wang Xiaoxia" written on it.

"You've arrived!" Cui Heng's voice rang out from behind.

Wang Xiaoxia suddenly turned around. Because of the River of Oblivion and the other shore flower, she didn't notice his scent for a moment. She was startled and unconsciously took a step back. Her foot tripped on the wooden board and she almost fell, but Cui Heng caught her.

She was much heavier than before, and Cui Heng carefully helped her up, his gaze lingering on her slightly protruding belly.

"Is it already this big?" Cui Heng murmured, looking at the belly.

They hadn't seen each other all this time; Wang Xiaoxia hadn't taken the initiative to contact him, and he hadn't taken the initiative to look for her either.

Wang Xiaoxia straightened up and abruptly pushed him away. She straightened her clothes and said calmly:

"Cui Hengjun, you have been rude."

Cui Heng's joyful gaze suddenly dimmed, and he lowered his eyes to look at her with a hint of resentment:

Have you become so distant from me now?

Wang Xiaoxia looked up at him. What could she say? That she had driven Mu He to suicide, that she had stolen Wu Yan, that she intended to seize the demon race from them? She suddenly smiled indifferently, looking into his eyes and saying only:

Where is the Soul-Suppressing Cauldron?

Cui Heng's face immediately turned cold. It turned out that all of this was just her using him. She used him to sow discord between Mu He and Cang Ze and Ao Hen, and used him to steal Wu Yan to achieve her own goals.

He couldn't help but smile bitterly, mocking his own soft heart and weakness. Looking into her eyes, he still asked:

Were you just using me all along?

He wanted her to say it herself.

"What do you think? Cui Heng, what do you think my purpose is in approaching you?" Wang Xiaoxia sneered and asked in return, her gaze turning icy.
