Chapter 123

Meanwhile, the students in the class where the homeroom teacher was teaching were distracted because the teacher had his back to them and kept making faces and winking at the chubby boy. The chubby boy, who hadn't paid any attention to them, felt a chill run down his spine as the teacher unleashed his anger in front of him. He had seen the man in the DVD before, and although he had felt a chill run down his spine then, he still felt that the teacher in front of him was far more terrifying. Compared to him, even the man in the DVD seemed gentle and refined, like a gentleman.

Seeing the chubby boy's expression, Guan Wen smiled. He didn't immediately answer the homeroom teacher's question; after all, the boy was just an ordinary person, and frankly, Guan Wen could easily take him down with a wave of his hand.

After these few days of subtle cultivation, his level had already reached the terrifying level of ninety-seven, far surpassing the bottleneck he had faced around level seventy. He was about to condense an energy golden wheel within his body.

This ordinary person was no different from an ant in his eyes; he could easily incinerate him with a flick of his flame. Therefore, he didn't care about the other person at all; he only wanted to discuss the deal with the chubby boy.

"Are you going to become a chubby little boy like you or not? If you don't agree to my conditions, your parents will definitely come to the meeting and give you a good scolding."

Hearing this, the chubby boy was immediately tempted. He was right. Given what had happened today, no matter the outcome, the homeroom teacher probably wouldn't let him off the hook. He'd likely be called to the parents' house for a severe scolding, and even hung on the classroom door for a humiliating display.

Thinking of this, he gritted his teeth and made up his mind: "Fine, if you really dare to do that, I'll trade you the CD!"

Upon hearing this, the homeroom teacher behind him could no longer save face and shouted, "Are you sure you dare to do this? Are you looking for death?!"

"You noisy bastard, get out of my way!" Guan Wen moved swiftly, instantly rushing towards the middle-aged woman and delivering a powerful kick that sent her flying more than ten meters, crashing heavily into a distant wall with a loud bang that shattered the wall.

The middle-aged woman slammed violently against the wall and immediately fell silent. Blood gushed from her mouth, clearly indicating that the impact had shattered Guan Wen's internal organs.

He immediately collapsed to the ground and fainted.

"Holy crap, how can you be so strong?" Seeing that Guan Wen had actually kicked his homeroom teacher flying with a single kick, the chubby boy in front of him was immediately astonished. He hadn't expected Guan Wen to be so strong. Was he even human? Kicking someone more than ten meters away with one kick was simply unbelievable.

Although he had seen quite a few kung fu movies and science fiction films where someone could be kicked flying more than ten meters, science fiction movies are science fiction movies after all; the things in them are all fake, how could they possibly happen in real life?

Even the lightest person weighs at least one or two hundred pounds. Imagine the immense force required to kick something weighing one or two hundred pounds away. Even a regular car traveling at low speed wouldn't send a person flying more than ten meters.

It would take at least high speed to knock a person away, so you can imagine how much force Guan Wen's kick contained.

"You're not Superman, are you?" the chubby boy asked, his eyes wide. He had already received a stack of discs that allowed him to communicate directly with her through electronic screens, and his worldview had long been shattered by the characters on those discs. If a Superman or something similar appeared now, he wouldn't be surprised; in fact, he would find it perfectly normal.

"Of course I'm not Superman," Guan Wen shrugged. Kicking an ordinary person flying was nothing to brag about for him. He was a nearly level 100 fire-elemental user; if he couldn't even kick someone away, he wouldn't deserve to be called an elemental user.

"I've already taught this middle-aged woman a lesson for you. How about it? Now it's time to fulfill your promise, isn't it?"

"Yes, yes, I'll go get the discs for you right now!" The chubby boy nodded hurriedly, went straight to the middle of the classroom, opened his schoolbag, and found a basket full of discs inside. He took them all out and handed them to Guan Wen.

"I've been looking for time these past few days to play the CDs and talk to the people inside; I've already used all of that."

Guan Wen took the CDs and counted them; there were twenty or thirty in total. Hearing what the chubby boy said, Guan Wen's face showed a look of understanding. It seemed that the chubby boy already knew some of the specific properties of the CDs.

Because when the disc is played a second time, the content is no longer a man who can speak through an electronic screen, but merely a recording of his previous speech. Therefore, the content will be completely different when played again. This chubby guy must have played these discs more than once to discover this phenomenon.

That's what he meant between the lines.

Guan Wen nodded slowly, then patted him on the shoulder: "Very good, young man, it was the wisest decision for you to entrust this to me. I'll be going now."

With that, he turned and left the classroom, leaving behind a group of stunned classmates.

Guan Wen just punched and sent the middle-aged woman flying in the classroom, and many people witnessed it.

It's no wonder they were all dumbfounded when they saw Guan Wen. After Guan Wen left, the others returned to the chubby boy and said, "Kid, what were you talking about with that person just now? What did you mean by giving her these CDs? You're not selling CDs behind her back, are you?"

"Go away, go away! I'm not selling CDs! Those CDs are amazing stuff, the contents are incredible! I haven't even had a chance to tell you yet!"

"What could be so magical? Besides, that guy beat the homeroom teacher up like that, he's probably going to die soon, maybe even go to jail in a couple of days, and you'll probably get involved too."

"What does this have to do with me?" the chubby boy shook his head. "It wasn't me who hit him."

"You two were talking so loudly in the hallway, did you think the homeroom teacher was deaf? She heard everything. If he wakes up, you're the culprit. Do you even know what it means to hire someone to kill him?"

"Damn, I was careless!" Only after his classmate's reminder did the chubby boy realize something was wrong. But what if the homeroom teacher wakes up and says something like what he and Guan Wen said? He's in big trouble!

"Oh no, oh no, does this mean I have to run away too?" The chubby boy immediately started packing his schoolbag and turned to leave.

Where are you going? Do you think they don't know where you live?

"Then tell me what to do? Am I supposed to just sit here and wait to die?"

"Before you die, tell us what's going on with that disc, what's so amazing about it? This guy's like Superman! Are we going to turn into a city of superpowers with a spiritual revival?"

"You've been reading too many novels. What does this have to do with any spiritual energy revival?"
