Chapter 197 "Get lost!"

This hand definitely doesn't belong to Sui Ying.

Sui Ying is petite, and her hands are delicate.

The young girl's hands were soft, and when she got close, Xiao Jin could smell a delicate fragrance.

But that hand just now, rather than a hand, was more like bone, with long fingers and great strength, as if it wanted to crush Xiao Jin's shoulder.

Having missed his first strike, the opponent seemed unwilling to continue. Seeing this, Xiao Jin slowly lowered the hand holding the long sword and continued walking forward.

In the dim and oppressive darkness, time passed second by second, and five minutes had passed in the blink of an eye.

Xiao Jin stopped abruptly. Ever since the hand disappeared, she had been walking straight forward, hugging the wall. According to the game rules, she needed to find the middle-aged male player, but along the way, she hadn't encountered a single person, nor had she even turned a corner.

She touched the cold wall and kept moving forward, but the house was only so big, and she should have arrived long ago.

Xiao Jin took a deep breath. The surroundings became increasingly quiet, and a chill gradually spread upwards from the soles of her feet.

Left with no other choice, Xiao Jin quickly pulled out a yellowed exorcism talisman from her backpack. With a flick of her finger, the talisman was instantly activated by an invisible force, radiating a dazzling golden light in the darkness.

Immediately afterwards, a hissing sound erupted in the air, and the yellow talisman instantly transformed into raging flames, illuminating the surrounding deathly silence.

Amidst the flames, an extremely shrill scream shattered the surrounding silence. The sound was sharp and desperate, coming directly from above Xiao Jin's head, sending chills down one's spine.

Xiao Jin's pupils contracted sharply, and he looked up. A figure was hanging in the air, his head submerged in the ceiling, while his body struggled below.

Perhaps the exorcism talisman worked, for the figure screamed and vanished instantly.

At that moment, the light emanating from the talisman disappeared, and darkness once again enveloped the surroundings. But Xiao Jin could also hear the air currents surging around him and the sound of breathing.

Following the direction of her memory, Xiao Jin continued walking forward, and this time she easily bumped into the back of the middle-aged male player.

Xiao Jin didn't know how long she had been haunted by a ghost, but the moment she touched the middle-aged man, a very short exclamation came from his mouth.

Although the sound was not loud, it was very clear inside the room.

Oh no!

Upon hearing this sudden sound, the four of them simultaneously had the same thought.

Sure enough, before Xiao Jin could react, a pair of arms quickly grabbed the middle-aged male player's head from above and then twisted it forcefully.

The groans of bones twisting and tearing echoed throughout the room, and large amounts of blood splattered everywhere, some even spraying onto the ceiling.

Xiao Jin saw clearly this time that the owner of the arms was a pale-faced man who looked to be in his thirties and had a handsome appearance. Unfortunately, the fine sutures on his neck ruined his natural charm.

Just as the ghost was about to grab the middle-aged player's head and run away, Xiao Jin swung his longsword backhand, but he was a step too slow. The blade struck the roof and then fell to the ground, where Xiao Jin caught it.

Now that the person in front is gone, according to the rules, the game still has to start with Xiao Jin. She continued walking forward and soon caught up with Sui Feng.

The handover went smoothly, and we passed the fourth lap safely.

But by the fifth lap, the unlucky one had changed from Xiao Jin to Sui Feng.

Sui Feng was also attacked by a ghost. If he could talk to Xiao Jin, he would discover that the ghost he encountered was completely different from the one Xiao Jin encountered.

At first, Sui Feng felt a strange sense of fatigue creeping over him. Every step forward felt like carrying a heavy burden. The air seemed to be filled with a suffocating silence, and his heartbeat gradually quickened.

Seeing this, Sui Feng tried to adjust his breathing to dispel the sudden discomfort, but the more he struggled, the more obvious the heaviness became.

Suddenly, Sui Feng realized that he had been walking for half a day and still hadn't met A Ying!

An ominous premonition pierced his heart like ice, causing Sui Feng to involuntarily stop in his tracks, and the surrounding air seemed to freeze at that moment.

Just then, a clear, audible gasp broke the silence, and Sui Feng's expression froze, because he actually heard two breathing sounds.

One of them was his own, rapid and heavy.

Another panting sound, light as a feather yet exceptionally clear, was right next to Sui Feng's ear, carrying a chilling touch that sent a shiver down his spine.

Sweat trickled down his forehead, dripping onto the cold ground with a soft yet grating sound.

The next second, Sui Feng felt a strange sensation on his back, as if something was tightly attached to his spine, and a pair of soft, boneless arms slowly closed from his shoulders to his chest.

Sui Feng's eyes widened, his heart pounded, and he cursed as a bronze bell appeared in his hand.

Damn it, what the hell? You think you're worthy to covet my virginity? Get the hell out of here!

Sui Feng lightly twirled the bronze bell in his hand, and in an instant, a series of rapid and crisp bell sounds surged out like a tide, echoing in the surrounding space.

As the bell rang, chains shimmering with golden light appeared out of thin air. They meandered and moved like living things, their target the sinister and terrifying female ghost behind Sui Feng.

Sui Feng's expression was cold and stern. His hands, like iron clamps, tightly gripped the pair of struggling, pale arms against his chest, giving the female ghost no chance to escape. The female ghost's face was contorted with anger and resentment, but she could only scream in vain under Sui Feng's control.

The golden chains immediately coiled around the female ghost's body the moment they touched her, tightening their grip and emitting a series of chilling creaking sounds.

At this critical moment, Sui Feng suddenly felt a sharp pain in his chest. It turned out that the female ghost had somehow conjured up sharp fingernails that tore through his protective suit.

Several shocking bloodstains appeared on his solid chest, with blood slowly seeping out.

Hiss~

Sui Feng forcefully pushed against the female ghost's arm, preventing her nails from advancing even half a step further.

Shameless! They even went so far as to tear clothes!

"Hmm~"

Sui Feng's face flushed red, and gradually, he pried the female ghost's arms off. At the same time, the chains behind him tugged slowly, quickly pulling her away from Sui Feng's back.

He exhaled deeply, and the heaviness around him suddenly disappeared. Due to inertia, Sui Feng leaned forward a few steps.

When he came to his senses, everything had returned to normal, and the female ghost had vanished. If it weren't for the shredded fabric swaying in front of him, he would have truly thought that everything that had happened was an illusion!

On the other side...

At the same time that Sui Feng encountered the ghost, Xiao Jin also keenly sensed the abnormality.
