The bedside lamp flickered on and off, and the sounds of laughter and play echoed in the corridor. The first-floor warehouse was like a broken faucet, with bloody water almost flooding the entire floor.
B&B: Want to go clubbing?!
Although the game is supposed to end, it's not really over yet.
As soon as the desk lamp was turned on, the group quickly stood by the door and began to count down. Finally, the lamp went out, and everyone was just about to drift off to sleep.
Swish! The lights came on again.
It was so blatant, it seemed to be mocking Xiao Jin and the others.
That wasn't all. Accompanied by a series of dragging footsteps, the late-night snack delivery person arrived, 'tap tap tap'.
Half an hour later, Xiao Jin could no longer bear it.
She abruptly threw off the soft quilt covering her body. The movement was so swift that the instant she landed, a cold light flashed in her hand, and she pulled out the Shadow Blade.
Xiao Jin's eyes sharpened, and without the slightest hesitation, she raised the broken shadow and headed straight for the small bedside lamp.
With a crisp "crack," the small desk lamp was instantly split in two by her hand, shards scattering all over the floor.
On the carpet, the light bulb that had been shining seemed unwilling to leave, stubbornly flickering a few times before finally going out slowly, leaving behind a silence.
That wasn't all. Xiao Jin lifted her leg and landed, shattering the small platform into pieces.
Xiao Jin took a slow, deep breath, but before she could exhale, a series of urgent and abrupt knocks on the door shattered the tranquility of the room.
"Heh, here we go again." Xiao Jin's eyes seemed to want to kill.
Without hesitation, she strode toward the door, and just before the second knock, Xiao Jin suddenly lifted her leg.
With an unstoppable aura, he kicked the door open.
The door panel, unable to withstand her force, emitted a deafening roar, followed by a burst of wood chips and the sound of the door hinge breaking. The door panel flew outward at an exaggerated angle.
Outside the door, a figure stood frozen in place. It was a sickly ghost, thin and pale, exuding an ominous aura.
It was tightly holding a package in its hand, which looked to contain food.
All of this happened so fast that the frail, sickly ghost had no time to react before the door was suddenly flung open and slammed against the wall.
"puff!!"
Upon impact, the frail, sickly ghost's body slid slowly down the wall, its eyes filled with astonishment and fear, seemingly unable to comprehend what was happening before its eyes.
Just as it was about to open its mouth and let out a wail, Xiao Jin teleported in front of it and punched it hard in the head, hammering the skinny, sickly ghost back into the wall.
“You…” The thin, sickly ghost managed to utter a single word, but Xiao Jin showed no intention of listening.
"Bang bang bang~" Several more heavy punches landed, and Xiao Jin mercilessly smashed the sick ghost's face.
Without the slightest hesitation or restraint, a pungent smell of blood instantly filled the air.
With a faint sound of bones cracking, the face of the sick ghost was smashed into a bloody mess, and the entire face was caved in.
Its limbs twitched, and then it could only slide down weakly.
Seeing this, Xiao Jin let go of his hand, letting him slump in the corner.
Her eyes flashed with murderous intent. She grabbed the tattered clothes of the sick ghost and roughly pulled it out from the corner of the wall.
As she lowered her head and met its gaze, Xiao Jin's voice was low and cold: "I said I won't eat, I won't eat, didn't you hear me? Do I have to come out and tell you myself?"
Every word she spoke was like a sharp ice blade, cutting through the surrounding air and sending chills down one's spine.
The sick ghost's pupils were unfocused, and there was still blood on the corner of its mouth: "I...I heard it..." Its speech was intermittent and indistinct.
However, Xiao Jin didn't need to say much; the sickly ghost was now filled with deep regret.
What is it trying to achieve? Is it just bored with its comfortable life? Why does it have to provoke this killing god?
It's all the fault of those who stirred things up and gave bad advice...
The ghosts in the park all know what happened tonight.
In particular, Xiao Jin killed several of the most powerful ghosts in the amusement park and blew up the park's facilities into chaos.
The ghosts both hated and feared Xiao Jin.
They hated her for killing so many of her companions and making such a mess of the amusement park. They were probably worried that Xiao Jin might kill them someday, and also afraid that the park's master would blame them for not guarding the house properly.
So they thought that even if they couldn't kill Xiao Jin, they wouldn't let her have an easy time.
The few vengeful spirits lingering in the guesthouse thought for a moment, and that's when they came up with those disgusting things.
With the motto "Even if it means death, I'll still cause you trouble," they tormented Xiao Jin and the others for quite a while, within the bounds of reasonable rules.
Xiao Jin had thought that due to the rules, she would have no choice but to swallow her anger and keep quiet.
But they clearly hadn't figured out Xiao Jin's temperament.
Xiao Jin's eyes grew even colder as she forcefully tossed the body of the sick and dead ghost aside, as if she were dealing with a piece of trash.
Immediately afterward, she gently pressed the tip of the knife against the withered throat of the man who had died of illness: "Eat, eat everything in the bag, don't leave a single scrap." Xiao Jin's eyes were cold and ruthless.
The sick ghost dared not be negligent in the slightest. With trembling hands, it picked up the spilled bag from the ground, the soup and liquid inside mixed together.
However, the sick ghost dared not show any disgust. It whimpered and mechanically stuffed food into its mouth, its eyes filled with unconcealed fear.
But this was just the beginning. Xiao Jin's eyes were sharp, and he was determined to settle all accounts.
