In the scene shrouded in night, a small team of five silently appears on the street.
Each person gripped a sharp fire axe tightly, cautiously approaching a mutated monster.
Everything was normal at first, until the person at the front was only two meters away from the monster.
The monster, which had been looking up at the blood moon, suddenly lowered its head without warning and then turned its body around.
In an instant, a chilling face stared intently at the five people.

"Big brother, the monsters below don't seem to be moving anymore, but are we sure we want to make a move? These monsters seem different from the ones we've seen before."
In a five-story building, four men and one woman were standing by a window, looking down at the street below.
The four men were muscular and looked like they worked out regularly.
In contrast, the slender woman seemed quite out of place among the four.
Under the red moonlight, one could see that the streets below were filled with many Tier 1 monsters, all motionless, looking up at the sky, greedily absorbing the moonlight.
"Just kidding, we've awakened (A) level superpowers, and Big Brother's superpower level has even reached (S) level, which shows how profound his mastery of muscles is!"
"That's right, that's right. This superpower awakening seems to be related to our previous professions. My sister-in-law is a nurse in the hospital, so she awakened a (B) level healing skill. With four of us melee fighters and one healer, we can practically roam the world."
The man's words immediately drew rebuttals from the other two, who mocked him as a coward.
"Damn it! You two don't have to insult me like that!"
While the three were arguing back and forth, the most burly man walked to the corner and easily picked up a fire axe that was placed there.
There was a large black stain on the axe blade, which appeared to be some kind of dried blood.
"You three, stop your sweet talk over there! The monsters are all standing there dumbfounded, it's the perfect time to launch a sneak attack. Hurry up and come downstairs with me to get to work."
After the burly man finished speaking, he took the lead and walked towards the stairs, followed closely by the other four who also picked up a fire axe.
The five people went downstairs and carefully opened the door without making a sound.
A dozen meters ahead of them, a monster stood looking up at the moon. The other monsters were too far away to be the best targets.
'Let's go, this is our goal!'
The burly man made a gesture, and the four men immediately understood, following him little by little as they moved closer.
As he got closer to the monster, the burly man began to tighten his grip on the fire axe.
The other three were positioned on either side of the burly man's back; if the monster failed to kill them with a single blow, they would immediately rush in to finish them off.
Seeing that they were close enough, the burly man was about to make a move when the monster in front of him suddenly turned around without warning.
This sudden turn of events caught everyone off guard, but the burly man at the head of the group reacted first, kicking his right foot down and propelling himself forward.
He raised the fire axe high and brought it down hard on the monster's head.
Just as the axe was about to strike the monster's head, something unexpected happened to the burly man.
The monster easily dodged the strong man's axe by simply shifting its two incredibly thick thighs to the side.
"Bang!" "Crack!"
The axe slammed down on the cement road, sparks flying everywhere, and the axe blade even sank a little into the cement.
The enormous force rebounded instantly from the axe blade, breaking it directly at the junction of the axe handle.
"This...this! How is this possible? How can it be faster than me?!"
The burly man stared in disbelief at the piece of wood in his hand, broken into only half of the axe handle.
"Big brother, be careful!"
Just as the burly man was stunned for a moment, several anxious shouts suddenly came from behind him.
The burly man's heart skipped a beat, and he immediately looked up.
The monster beside him had raised its right hand, and the bone blade growing from its arm was now exuding an aura of death.
"Whoosh!"
Before he could react, the bone blade, exuding an aura of death, had already slashed down at him.
"Thump!"
The burly man's head rolled like a ball to the feet of the three men.
That incredibly strong body slowly collapsed to the ground, blood gushing out like a fountain, instantly forming a blood pool on the ground.
The three people behind them froze instantly when they saw the head on the ground, standing there dumbfounded, their minds completely blank.
"Ahhh... my husband... husband... ah..."
A piercing scream came from behind. The woman was so frightened by the scene that she collapsed to the ground, screaming incessantly.
At that moment, the woman's scream was like a death curse, instantly awakening the many monsters around her.
"Ahhh! Big brother! I'm going to kill you... Ahhh, I'm going to kill you!"
Enraged, one man roared and raised his fire axe, charging straight at the monster in front of him.
"Don't go over there! Don't..."!
Before the shouts from his companions behind him had even ended, the monster leaped up and dodged the man's slash.
Immediately afterwards, the monster slashed down with both bone blades, instantly severing the man's arms from his body. After landing, the monster delivered another horizontal slash, cutting the man in half at the waist.
