Gu Nian carefully examined the key; there was no marking on it. The dumbest option was to try each door one by one, but she didn't think she would definitely find the door Song Tian mentioned that way, and they didn't have the time to try them all.
The inpatient building had been thoroughly checked when the patients were counted, and the director's lounge was even checked personally, but the girl was not found.

Director Zhou looked at Gu Nian in fear.
Gu Nian obeyed without hesitation, but he didn't pull out the black thread. He just paused the action of swallowing the black mist and said calmly, "First, tell me, what do you want this key for?"
Director Zhou looked back at the key in Gu Nian's hand, a mesmerized expression on his face. "Power! I feel the purest power, right behind that door."
Gu Nian's eyes moved slightly, "That door? Where is the door?"
But no matter how many times he asked, Director Zhou just kept shaking his head. He seemed to be instinctively attracted to the key, but he had no idea what was behind it.

Gu Nian tightly grasped the key and chose not to leave. The contamination core was about to arrive, and she had to find the door. Where was that non-existent space?
The soft little bear, though worn, was kept very clean, its fur soft and rubbing against Gu Nian's hand. It was as if a little girl had hung her favorite toy on her father's key, to keep him company in her place.

Gu Nian rushed out the door, but after opening it, he didn't leave. Instead, he closed it again. Then, he inserted the key into the door lock with great care and turned it.
Click, the lock opens!
The core of the pollution has no home; wherever its daughter is, that's its home. The nonexistent door is the door to its heart, and only the key to home can open it.
Gu Nian made the right choice, but it was too late. Before she could push the door open, she heard a sharp sound of wind. Gu Nian had to turn around to avoid it.
Behind him, a huge black shadow was approaching rapidly.
Gu Nian didn't linger and turned around and ran. She had already found the way to open the door. This key did not open a specific door, but any door.
All she had to do now was to delay time.
Gu Nian was extremely fast, but the Pollution Core was even faster. The distance between the two was almost only a millimeter. After narrowly avoiding the attack of the Pollution Core again, Qi Kai finally arrived.
Gu Nian shouted, "Give me three seconds!"
Qi Kai immediately rushed towards the pollution core, almost at all costs, crashing into it. After close contact with the violent pollution core, the mental pollution he suffered almost reached critical point, and the metal on his body began to liquefy.

There lay a person, the girl they had been looking for. A girl of about seventeen or eighteen years old, lying quietly on the bed, her expression serene, as if she were asleep.
But Gu Nian knew that she was already dead.
Gu Nian thought for a moment and walked into the room. Out of caution, she stepped forward to confirm that the girl was indeed no longer breathing before she began to search the room.
The girl is the most important person to the pollution core, but that is not the purpose of her trip.
According to Zhong Xingchi, Qi Kai's strength shouldn't have prevented him from dealing with a D-rank contaminated core, and in fact, he did have the upper hand at the beginning. The man looked at her angrily, "My daughter will wake up."

The man suddenly became excited, "Really?"

The man nodded immediately. "You tell me, as long as I can do it. No, no matter what the conditions are, as long as you can find my daughter's heart, I can agree to it."
Gu Nian shook the key in her hand. "Family is important to you, and it's also important to me. You only have one daughter, but I have a father, a mother, and a younger brother. I need three more keys for this one. You give me the key, and I'll give you my heart. It's a fair deal."
The man looked at Gu Nian seriously and asked, "Do you guarantee that you can find my daughter's heart?"

"Okay." The man turned and left, then quickly returned and handed Gu Nian three keys. "These are the keys for our family of three. They're all yours."
Gu Nian took the key solemnly and put it together with his own.
Then, he slashed at the black heart in his hand.
