The woman slightly furrowed her brows, her eyes quickly sweeping over Wang Chengkai before a faint smile bloomed on her face.

Her voice perfectly dispelled the covetous glances around her.

"You! Lin Yuan! You're bullying us! You've gone too far!" He raised his voice, a hint of bravado mixed with underlying fear. "My sister is the successor to the Wang Group! The president of the Wang Group!"
Upon hearing this, the air in the entire water station seemed to freeze, and everyone held their breath.
Lin Yuan, his hands still casually in his pockets, his gaze as deep and cold as a still pool, fixed on Wang Chengkai, an invisible contest quietly spreading in the air.

“Mr. Lin, your gaze seems to have crossed the line.”
Upon hearing this, Lin Yuan not only did not appear embarrassed, but instead a more confident smile appeared on his lips.
"Miss Wang, someone as beautiful as you is bound to attract attention. But please believe me, Lin Yuan is no ordinary person. You should be more cautious."
Upon hearing this, Wang Qingyao's lips curled into a cold smile. The smile contained not only contempt but also a silent mockery of Lin Yuan's overestimation of his abilities.
"Mr. Lin, you overestimate yourself. I have no interest in playing this game with you."
Lin Yuan suddenly stopped, a cunning glint flashing in his eyes.
He chuckled softly, "Miss Wang, are you really not interested in me at all?"
After speaking, he calmly reached out and gently lifted Wang Qingyao's delicate chin with his fingertips, the action carrying a hint of frivolity and provocation.
"How could a beauty as stunning as you remain so indifferent to me?"
Wang Qingyao's face instantly turned icy cold.
She jerked free from Lin Yuan's grasp, her eyes flashing with icy coldness: "Lin Yuan, please have some self-respect!"
Seeing this, Lin Yuan was not angry at all.
Instead, his smile widened, and he said confidently, "Miss Wang, the more you react like this, the more amusing I find it."

She gripped the phone tightly, her fingertips trembling slightly involuntarily from the turmoil in her heart, like tender leaves swaying in the wind.
