At this moment, Lin Yuan was sitting steadily in the cockpit of the Palani Son of the Wind, a subtle smile curving his lips, and a cunning glint in his eyes.

"Are you trying to get me to be your 'firefighter'?"
Lin Yuan laughed, patted the steering wheel, and said with a smug look on his face.
"How could that be? I only thought of asking you to help because we grew up together and have a good relationship. Besides, haven't you always wanted to break free from your parents' control? Isn't this the perfect opportunity?"
Xu Lan was slightly taken aback, a complex and unreadable expression flashing across her eyes.
After a moment of silence, she whispered in a barely audible voice, "Brother Lin Yuan, you actually had this plan all along, didn't you?"
A smug smile appeared on Lin Yuan's lips, and his eyes gleamed with confidence.
"Of course! I always do things step by step, with each step carefully planned. If you help me out, I'll help you break free from your parents' control. Isn't that a win-win situation?"
Xu Lan fell into deep thought again, her eyes filled with a mixture of helplessness and resignation.
A faint smile unconsciously appeared on her lips: "Alright, I guess you're being somewhat sincere. But I'm not so easily convinced."
Upon hearing this, Lin Yuan laughed heartily, his laughter filled with confident and exhilarating joy.
"Don't worry, when have I, Lin Yuan, ever mistreated you? Salary or shares, you can choose!"
Xu Lan smiled slightly, a hint of teasing in her eyes: "Then I'll wait and see."
The car slowly drove into the neighborhood near the Global Building, and Lin Yuan stopped in front of a high-end apartment building.
He opened the car door, jumped out first, and had a "I won again today" expression on his face.
"Let's go rent a place. This place is nice, close to the Global Building, convenient for commuting."
As Lin Yuan spoke, he walked towards the apartment door.
Xu Lan followed lightly behind Lin Yuan, her eyes sparkling with curiosity, and asked softly, "Are you really sure we can find suitable accommodations here?"

Lin Yuan laughed and patted her on the shoulder: "I knew you'd like it!"
After completing the rental procedures, the two returned to their car.
Lin Yuan started the car and drove towards the Global Building.
As he drove, he said, "Xu Lan, come to my company. I'm sure you can really shine. If we work together, we might just achieve something great!"
Lin Yuan stood at the apartment door, his hands in his pockets, a slight smile playing on his lips, his eyes full of mockery.
He watched Xu Lan bustling around the room.
Xu Lan is a real treasure; with her around, life will definitely be much easier from now on.
"Hey, Xu Lan, how come you're faster than a rabbit? Are you trying to get rid of me quickly?"
Lin Yuan's words carried a hint of mockery, his laughter echoing in the air.
Upon hearing this, Xu Lan frowned slightly and turned around to give him a reproachful glare.
"You always make these kinds of jokes. I'm just eager to make my little home more cozy."
After saying that, she gently bit her lip, lowered her voice, and murmured to herself.
"Besides, who said I wanted to get rid of you, you lovable yet annoying guy."
Upon hearing this, Lin Yuan laughed heartily, patted Xu Lan's shoulder, and said with obvious affection.
"Okay, okay, stop pretending. I know you're secretly thrilled."
Then, he turned around gracefully, his gaze falling gently on Li Tianyi and Sun Xinyi.
"It's decided then and there. From now on, Xu Lan is part of our family. We'll be her strongest support."
This scene was heartwarming and somewhat lighthearted, with the trivial troubles of life being resolved by laughter.
Li Tianyi and Sun Xinyi exchanged a glance and nodded simultaneously, their faces showing an "I understand" expression.
Li Tianyi deliberately struck a serious pose: "Don't worry, Young Master Lin!"
Sun Xinyi laughed so hard she was shaking.
"Young Master Lin, the way you're talking makes it sound like she needs your protection."
