But the smile looked stiff, the curve of the corners of the mouth was unnatural, and the eyes were staring blankly.
It doesn't seem like a human being with vivid emotions; it's more like a puppet with a pre-programmed sequence.
He didn't say a word to the police officers.
He simply raised his hands, making a standard surrender gesture.
Then he took a step and walked slowly toward the camera—that is, toward the two police officers.
This action clearly surprised the police officer who was filming.
At the same time, he cautiously stopped in his tracks.
The camera shakes for a moment, as if the officer is quickly reporting or warning his colleague via communicator.
Then, he warned the foreign man to stay where he was and not to make any moves.
But the foreign man maintained his eerie smile and surrendered posture, and quickly approached step by step.
He stopped when the distance was reduced to about ten meters.
His mouth moved, and he clearly uttered two English words:
"For God."
His voice was low, but clear enough.
The officer paused for a moment, clearly not understanding what the suspect was up to.
The next second, before the police officers could react, a small burst of fire suddenly erupted from the foreign man's chest, accompanied by a muffled bang.
Flames and smoke engulfed him instantly!
The camera shakes and spins violently before finally settling on a dirty wall.
The video also includes shouts and groans of pain from police officers.
The video then ended.

Liu Huiming's voice was filled with lingering fear:
