Chapter 27 First Club Experience
I made plans with Kwon Ji-yong to go to the club last time, but it wasn't until early April that Han Yoon-sung finally had the time.
"T goes to a club? I'm so envious~"
Han Yunxing sat in front of her dressing table, preparing to apply light makeup, with her phone on the table.
She is on the phone with Yunqi.
Yunqi didn't actually like the club's atmosphere; rather, as one of the prohibited groups, she was simply curious about an environment she had never experienced before.
Han Yunxing shared the same sentiment, lightly sweeping a makeup brush across her face: "I was a bit curious, and since someone invited me, I decided to give it a try for the first time."
"Hey~ Unnie, was that an invitation from a man?"
Han Yunxing's makeup was finished. She picked up her phone to show it to Yun Qi across from her. Hearing her good friend's teasing, she didn't refute it. Instead, she changed the subject and asked Yun Qi to help her see if there was anything that needed to be changed.
"Use that plate to garnish it."
At Yunqi's suggestion, Han Yunxing applied pearlescent eyeshadow to the inner corner of her eyes, which sparkled with a crystal-clear shimmer as her eyelashes trembled in the light.
"I'll stop here and talk to you when I get back."
Looking at the time on her phone, Han Yunxing hung up the phone and ran to the dressing room to choose clothes.
The weather in April was just right, and Han Yunxing changed into a sleeveless denim top. Her denim mini skirt, which reached just above her knees, made her legs look even longer.
Han Yoon-sung arrived at the scene in Kwon Ji-yong's car, driven by a sense of curiosity and a desire to broaden her horizons.
However, Han Yunxing seemed very uncomfortable with the flashing lights and deafening music. She skipped the lively dance floor on the first floor and followed Kwon Ji-yong directly to the booths on the second floor.
Having not seen Kwon Ji-yong for a long time, his friends and friends of friends were all glancing at the corner of the sofa, intentionally or unintentionally.
With a slightly annoyed pout, Han Yunxing lowered her eyes to look at the only juice among the alcoholic beverages on the table.
"I'm an adult now~"
Although she complained that she was the only one drinking juice, Han Yunxing didn't actually want to drink alcohol. She craned her neck and curiously looked at her surroundings.
Noticing Han Yunxing frowning, Kwon Jiyong sighed, reached out and covered her ears, leaned closer, pressed his face against her hand, and said, "I knew you wouldn't be used to it."
With her ears covered, Han Yunxing could only feel the warmth of the man's palms and couldn't hear clearly what the people around her were saying.
Someone approached from a distance carrying a wine glass, and Han Yunxing gently moved Kwon Ji-yong's hand away.
"It's been a long time since I've seen you out and about."
"I've been busy lately..."
It had been a long time since Kwon Ji-yong's friend had seen him. After chatting with Kwon Ji-yong for a few minutes, he gestured to Kwon Ji-yong to introduce the person next to him.
The lighting in the room was hazy. It wasn't until Han Yunxing stood up that her friend recognized her as Kwon Ji-yong's younger sister, who had recently debuted.
After saying hello and returning, the friend shook his head under the curious gazes of those around him.
What? They immediately pinned someone down and held them tightly. I thought there was something new going on, but it turns out it's Han Yunxing.
However, it is said that the woman next to Kwon Ji-yong is Han Yoon-sung, and many people want to get to know this newly debuted female artist.
Han Yoon-sung sat on the sofa and greeted the people she had just met. Kwon Ji-yong wasn't bored, so he sat to the side and watched Han Yoon-sung's eyes sparkle as she was amused by other people's words.
"What's going on?" Jiang Dasheng walked towards his captain, saw the woman next to Kwon Ji-yong, scratched his head, took a step back, and bumped into the shoulder of the person next to him.
Dong Yongpei shrugged; he didn't know what was going on either.
After greeting the two people who came over, the friends tactfully gave up their space and went to play on the side.
They hadn't met in person many times, but Kang Daesung and Dong Yongbae had a deep impression of Han Yoon-sung. They recognized her immediately when they saw her smiling face in the dim light.
"Yunxing ah..." Kang Daesung sang Han Yunxing's latest self-composed song, his shoulders swaying.
Han Yunxing covered her face with her hands: "Oh, hajima~"
The awkwardness that had been there for a long time was chased away by Kang Daesung's performance.
Han Yunxing gradually adapted to her surroundings. Now, hearing the song playing downstairs, she blinked and looked at Kwon Ji-yong.
The three of them shuddered at the familiar intro. Although they had skipped it countless times, they felt inexplicably ashamed to hear their own song in the club, especially with Han Yunxing staring straight at them.
Let's go!
Han Yunxing pulled Kwon Ji-yong's hand and put it on her shoulder, and the four of them rode a little train down to the dance floor.
Upon recognizing the members of Big Bang, the people dancing on the dance floor cheered.
Han Yunxing excitedly swayed her waist to the beat, and the other two members followed her. Kwon Jiyong protected Han Yunxing from behind, his body swaying slightly in response to the music.
After the initial excitement wore off, Han Yunxing felt the atmosphere on the dance floor was too sticky. Looking at Jiang Dasheng and the others who were having a great time, she waved to them and turned to walk towards the stairs.
"Shall we get to know each other?"
Han Yunxing coldly stared at the two cards handed to her by the slick-haired man with a fair complexion.
A business card and a room key?
Arguing with this kind of person is a waste of time, so Han Yunxing simply ignored him.
The next moment, Han Yunxing's wrist was grabbed and pulled back violently.
Kwon Ji-yong, who came out with Han Yoon-sung but was recognized, patiently sent the people next to him away.
Hearing the familiar exclamation, he strode toward the source of the sound with a grim face.
"You need to be polite... Ah!"
The man in the suit was grabbed by the back of his collar by a hand that reached out from behind. The force was so strong that he could hardly breathe and made a loud panting sound. He let go of Han Yunxing's hand and then used both hands to forcefully pull at the collar that was stuck in his throat.
"Phew...who is it..."
Seeing Han Yoon-sung's panicked eyes in the corner, Kwon Ji-yong suddenly let go, stiffly forcing a smile as he looked at her reassuringly.
Bending down to pick up the card from the ground, Kwon Ji-yong cursed, grabbed the still-dazed man in the suit, and kicked him hard in the shin. The man in the suit was kicked to his knees. Kwon Ji-yong then slapped the man's face repeatedly with the room card, his strength increasing.
Regaining her composure from the chaos, Han Yunxing noticed the man in the suit was about to shout. She swiftly pulled out a decorative silk scarf from her waist, crumpled it into a ball, and stuffed it into the man's mouth. Without pausing, she kicked him hard.
The next second, she grabbed Kwon Ji-yong's hand and pulled him upstairs, saying, "Oppa, let's go first."
As soon as they went upstairs, Han Yoon-sung was pulled to the sink by Kwon Ji-yong. Kwon Ji-yong had a cold face but gently used running water to cool Han Yoon-sung's wrist, which had been gripped red.
"Okay, I'm fine now."
"I'm sorry, Yunxing..."
Kwon Ji-yong kept his head down, not letting Han Yoon-sung see his expression.
I brought her here myself, but I couldn't protect her.
Loud cursing came from downstairs, and Jiang Dasheng and Dong Yongpei ran up.
"I don't know what happened downstairs, but now they're clamoring to check the security footage."
"Ashi," "You little bastard!"
Kang Daesung's gossipy expression vanished completely when he met the burning anger in Kwon Ji-ryong's eyes.
"Okay," Han Yunxing said wearily, rubbing her forehead. She briefly explained what had just happened to the two of them. "My brother will handle it."
Now there were three people cursing. Han Yunxing didn't go far and called Han Daoen.
Hearing her brother's voice, all the grievances in Han Yunxing's heart welled up.
"elder brother..."
It only took Han Daoen a minute to go from surprise to panic to anger. Sensing his sister's panic, he comforted her while signaling his assistant to drive the car downstairs first.
When Han Daoen stopped the car and went upstairs, Han Yunxing was being held in Quan Zhilong's arms, who was gently wiping away her tears.
Jiang Dasheng went downstairs to find out what was going on, Dong Yongpei was communicating with his manager, and the others had already gone home, leaving only the three of them in the private room.
Han Yunxing felt disgusted, but she wasn't that fragile. However, with so many things happening at once, and worried that Kwon Ji-yong's assault would be exposed, she couldn't control her emotions when she heard Han Dao-en's gentle voice.
Now that Han Yunxing has calmed down, when she sees Han Daoen walking in with a sullen face, she just pouts and opens her arms for a hug.
Han Daoen hugged his sister tightly, then pulled her out of his arms to check for any injuries.
Han Daoen took off her suit jacket and gently draped it over Han Yunxing's shoulders. She then gestured to Quan Zhilong to go outside and talk.
As soon as he stepped out the door, Kwon Ji-yong lowered his head and apologized: "It was my fault for not protecting Yoon-sung."
Han Daoen was somewhat angry with the person in front of her, but Han Yunxing had just spoken up for Quan Zhilong, emphasizing the scene of Quan Zhilong saving the beauty.
Feeling irritated, Han Daoen lit a cigarette and asked, "Where's that bastard?"
besides,
"Next time, could you please take it to a place without security cameras to beat him up?"
When Han Daoen finally met the man in the suit, she didn't care how he panicked and bowed in apology. Instead, she had someone investigate him and found out he had evaded taxes. She immediately reported him and sent him to jail.
"It's all taken care of, go home now."
Han Daoen put his arm around Han Yunxing's shoulder, with the silent Kwon Jiyong following behind.
"Okay, don't blame yourself. It was my idea to go to the club too."
Back home, Han Daoen went to the balcony to make a phone call. Han Yunxing looked at Kwon Ji-yong, who was unusually silent on the sofa, sighed, and took out a first-aid kit from the storage room.
Looking down at the girl's soft head, Kwon Ji-yong's hand regained sensation under Han Yoon-sung's gentle touch, and the stinging pain from the wound traveled to his heart along with the flow of blood.
Kwon Ji-yong felt that Han Yoon-sung was far more thoughtful than he was, and that he seemed to be creating trouble for her.
Han Yunxing's gentle voice was in her ears, while in the distance, Han Daoen could be heard instructing his assistant to investigate.
An unprecedented feeling of unworthiness pierced Kwon Ji-yong's heart like a needle.
A princess should at least be paired with a knight.
Gently wiping the wound on Kwon Ji-yong's palm with a cotton swab, Han Yoon-sung couldn't help but recall the scene of him hitting the man in the suit with a card, her eyes filled with laughter: "Wow, speaking of which, Oppa just charged over like a knight, he was so cool!"
Kwon Ji-yong's expression softened, and he said softly, "Really?"
Of course~
As expected, Kwon Ji-yong was scolded by President Yang in the office the next day.
"What do you want to do? If it weren't for Han Daoen, news of you, as a public figure, engaging in a public brawl would be on the front page in no time!"
Watching Yang Hyun-seok pace back and forth angrily like a fighting cock, Kwon Ji-yong raised an eyebrow: "Oh, you just want me to stand there and watch that brat run around?"
Yang Hyun-suk was exhausted; he could no longer control Kwon Ji-yong as easily as before.
"Stop causing me trouble. The company has put so much effort into you." Yang Hyun-suk patted Kwon Ji-yong on the shoulder: "Stay home as much as possible lately and think things through."
While staying at home, Kwon Ji-yong wrote at least three or four diss tracks to welcome May.
For Kwon Ji-yong, May was a busy month preparing his solo album; for Han Yoon-byul, May was a month of rapid career advancement.
When Han Yoon-sung came to her senses, she realized that compared to the time when Kwon Ji-yong was on his overseas tour, they hadn't been in contact as frequently, even though they were both in Seoul.
