Chapter 23 Book Signing Event
The sky was a clear blue, without a single cloud. Sunlight streamed through the window and fell on Han Yunxing's face, casting dappled shadows on the table.
Han Yunxing wore a fitted pink round-neck long-sleeved top with delicate lace sewn around the collar, and a string of pearl heart necklace around her slender neck.
In front of her was a table, and fans in the venue were gradually taking their seats in the audience to wait for autographs.
After the show started, Han Yunxing held the microphone and sang "Luminous" amidst cheers from the fans.
Unlike the original version, Han Yunxing slowed down the song, transforming it from a dynamic dance track into an inspiring ballad.
Her warm and bright voice captivated the fans present, so beautiful it was said to make their ears pregnant.
"The stars are awesome!"
Han Yunxing was pleasantly surprised that her fans' support was able to keep up with the variation. At this moment, she smiled and made a heart shape with her hands in front of her chest, showering the fans below the stage.
After the warm-up, fans lined up with albums and small gifts to go on stage for autographs.
It can be described as a miraculous transformation scene by Yoon Sung.
"So cute bunny!"
Qiaoqiao picked out a pair of bunny ears for Han Yunxing, and paired them with today's pink top, Han Yunxing looked just like a real bunny.
"Unnie, thank you for coming today~"
Han Yunxing and Qiao Qiao held hands tightly, their clear eyes gazing tenderly at each other.
With Han Yunxing looking at her so obediently, Qiao Qiao didn't even want to cause any trouble.
But how could we not do it?
"Yunxing, I recently got a super cute rabbit."
Han Yunxing, who was signing the album with his head down, immediately stopped writing and clapped when he heard Qiao Qiao's words.
"Can you help me choose a name?"
Han Yunxing straightened her back, pouted, and thought seriously.
"Ugh...Bella!"
Han Yunxing had a sudden inspiration; he was truly a naming master!
With a touch of smugness, Han Yunxing adjusted the heart-shaped pendant on her chest and smiled at Qiao Qiao.
OK!
Qiao Qiao glanced at Han Yunxing's assistant, who was keeping time behind her, handed her the handwritten letter, picked up the album, stood up, and said goodbye: "I had a great day! See you next time, Bella~"
Han Yunxing was still obediently waving goodbye when she saw Qiao Qiao laughing so hard she almost collapsed, and heard laughter coming from the audience below the stage.
Amidst the laughter, Han Yunxing, caught off guard, crossed her arms and tilted her head back, humming softly, "Unnie is so naughty."
Wearing bunny ears, Han Yunxing gently shook her head at the audience, satisfied with the cheers from her fans. She then placed the handwritten letter into the storage box on the ground.
Sure enough, she turned her head and spotted Han Mingyou smirking.
Han Mingyou stood by the table, covering his mouth and laughing, receiving a glare from Han Yunxing.
Fans came up on stage one after another, and Han Yunxing tried on a wide variety of hair accessories, such as flower wreaths and crowns.
Rubbing his wrist, which was a little sore from writing, Han Yunxing greeted the fans sitting in front of him with great energy.
"Kim Woo-bin, it's a pleasure to meet you~"
Opposite me was a male fan with slightly long hair that covered his eyes, wearing black-rimmed glasses, a slightly overweight figure, and a plaid shirt.
"Yunxing-xi, thank you for the strength you gave me..."
Kim Woo-bin lowered his head, shyly avoiding Han Yoon-sung's gaze, and spoke in a barely audible voice.
Realizing he was speaking softly, Kim Woo-bin cleared his throat: "I was a victim of school bullying recently..."
Han Yunxing stopped signing her name, leaving a dot of ink on the album's inner page.
Realizing what was happening, Han Yunxing immediately raised her pen and looked at Kim Woo-bin with eyes full of concern, sadness, and anger.
"I'm just an ordinary person, so why do I have to endure this..."
"Those naughty kids! Woobin-ssi is definitely not someone without merit; you're shining brightly!"
Han Yoon-sung's gaze made Kim Woo-bin raise his head, his dull eyes becoming clear: "Yoon-sung's song has given me a lot of encouragement, and I've been living and studying seriously lately."
Seeing Han Yoon-sung give him a thumbs-up, Kim Woo-bin scratched his head a little embarrassedly: "I'm here today to say goodbye to Yoon-sung-ssi."
Han Yoon-sung listened attentively to him, and heard Kim Woo-bin say that he needed to study hard for his exams recently, and that they would meet again as university students.
Han Yunxing held up her little finger and shook it in front of her: "It's a promise."
Kim Woo-bin hooked his finger around Han Yoon-sung's and nodded.
After the last fan left the stage, the staff took a group photo of Han Yunxing and all the fans present.
When Han Yoon-sung said she would upload it to social media later, a voice from the audience shouted, "Yoon-sung, take selfies! Post more of your daily life!"
The loud shouts reached his ears, and Han Yunxing, standing on the stage, was taken aback: "These are all everyday photos, don't the stars find them boring?"
She's been very busy lately and barely has any time to rest. Although she likes to share her daily life, she only posts interesting things.
"Ani!"
Now it wasn't just the fans who had just shouted their opposition; all the fans in the audience were shaking their heads.
"I like even photos of Yunxing drinking water!"
Upon hearing this, Han Yunxing's eyes turned into crescent moons, and the corners of her mouth turned up, revealing her white teeth.
"Okay, I'll share more with the stars~"
*
That evening, Han Yunxing kept her promise and uploaded behind-the-scenes photos from the backstage area.
The number of likes quickly reached tens of thousands.
Han Yoon-sung's solo career has been on a good track record lately. In addition to winning her first number one on MCD, she has won four more number one spots on other music shows.
If they hadn't run into the then-booming Twice at the beginning, based on the current music charts and voting results, they would probably have won several more number one spots.
VIPs felt conflicted when they saw that Kwon Ji-yong had liked Han Yoon-sung's latest post.
My sister has good grades, and most VIPs have a tolerant attitude of loving everything about her because of her.
But, brother!
You haven't updated your social media lately, we're all getting bored, and you're still surfing the web and liking posts.
At this moment, Han Yunxing put down her phone and was painfully rushing to finish her homework. She had fallen behind in too many classes recently, and now that she finally had some time to rest, she had to use it to catch up on her homework.
With more than half a year to go, Han Yunxing rubbed his head in frustration.
Suddenly, Han Yunxing stood up and ran towards the recording studio, still clutching the pen tightly in her hand.
It's a really interesting melody. Han Yunxing went to write a song instead of finishing her homework.
The next day, Han Yunxing was awakened by a deafening doorbell outside.
Seeing Han Yunxing clearly lost in thought, Shen Lina shook her head helplessly and followed her inside.
Han Yunxing had previously registered her assistant and agent with the security guard. Shen Lina had been trying to call her but couldn't get through, so she simply went straight to Han Yunxing's house.
Didn't you get enough rest yesterday?
Han Yunxing felt a bit cold, so she went back inside, wrapped herself in a small blanket, and came out.
"I've written a really interesting song, I'll send it to the producer later."
Shen Lina nodded after hearing Han Yunxing's explanation.
"I need to go to the beauty salon."
Shen Lina looked closely at Han Yunxing's face; the price of staying up all night was dark circles under his eyes.
She took out the script from her bag and handed it to Han Yoon-sung: "Yoo Seok-yeol just called to say that it's not easy for someone who's just started out to get this show, so do your best."
Han Yunxing opened the notebook and saw the guest lineup. She wasn't the only guest; there were quite a few celebrities attending.
Han Yunxing nodded obediently, put down the script, and planned to take a closer look at it when she got home.
Because they were going to a beauty salon, Han Yunxing did a quick moisturizing treatment and then went out with Shen Lina.
Are you going out?
Shen Lina looked at the approaching person with some shock.
Does this person live in the same building as their own artist?
After being warned by Han Daoen last time, Kwon Ji-yong behaved himself for a while, mainly because Han Yun-sung had too many schedules.
Sometimes I feel like I'm inexplicably obsessed, but with Han Yunxing, I feel uncomfortable wanting to stay away, but I'm also too afraid to get close to her.
He usually enjoys flirting, but after Han Daoen exposed his infidelity, his concerns resurfaced.
However, I just want to see them more often, following my heart.
Kwon Ji-yong looked at Han Yoon-sung, whom he hadn't seen for several days. Her face was bare, and her eyes held a mixture of shock and joy as she looked at him.
"Go to Anmi's beauty salon in Jiangnan."
Han Yoon-sung was surprised to see Kwon Ji-yong this morning: "Oppa, do you have any plans today?"
Kwon Ji-yong doesn't usually get up this early unless he has an event to attend.
"Let's go together. I'm going to the company this afternoon."
Looking at Kwon Ji-yong with a hint of suspicion, Han Yoon-sung didn't think much of it and agreed to go to the beauty salon together.
Observing the interaction between the two, Shin Lina felt that Kwon Ji-yong's green hair was too eye-catching: "GDxi, will you wear a hat later?"
Seeing the manager's annoyed look, Kwon Ji-yong touched his nose sheepishly and went upstairs to get his hat.
Han Yunxing, with a face mask on, leaned back on a recliner in the VIP room, a familiar voice reaching her ears.
"Is Yunxing inside?"
It was my cousin's voice; we haven't seen each other much lately.
"Unnie, it's Yoon-sung~"
Han Yunxing tried to make a sound under the face mask, and after a few moments, she heard someone push the door open and come in.
When Jung Sung-woo came in, he saw Han Yoon-sung lying in the middle, with a beautician standing next to her bending down to remove her face mask. Her face, which had just been treated, was glowing.
Zheng Chengyou leaned back on the sofa and chatted with his sister.
"Are you going shopping later?"
Zheng Chengyou shifted his gaze from his phone to Han Yunxing, who was standing not far away, and asked, just to be on the safe side, "Do you have any plans today?"
When Jung Sung-woo suggested going shopping, Han Yoon-sung agreed without much hesitation.
The two sisters, who hadn't seen each other in a long time, were chatting happily when there was a sudden knock on the door. The next second, Kwon Ji-yong pushed the door open and came in.
He wore a fisherman's hat, revealing only his smooth jawline.
"Cheng Youxi, it's been a long time."
Kwon Ji-yong walked over to the sofa, sat down, and greeted Jung Sung-woo.
Zheng Chengyou hadn't seen him for several years, and he greeted him happily when they met.
Kwon Ji-yong sat to the side listening to the two chatting without interrupting.
When Han Yoon-sung and Jung Sung-woo started talking about which designer stores they were going to visit in Hongdae, Kwon Ji-yong finally spoke up: "I want to go too."
Someone offered to carry their bags, and Zheng Chengyou agreed without much hesitation.
The three people got out of the car. Except for Zheng Chengyou, who was dressed in a very elegant and ladylike style, the other two were dressed for comfort and wore hats and masks, making it impossible to see their faces.
So as soon as he entered, the staff greeted Zheng Chengyou with special attention.
Han Yoon-sung and Kwon Ji-yong simply strolled around the store.
The store clearly didn't have any clothes that the two of them liked. Seeing Jung Sung-woo picking out clothes, Han Yoon-sung felt that she wouldn't be leaving anytime soon, so she sat down on the sofa and flipped through the magazines that the store had placed on the table.
Kwon Ji-yong returned after making his rounds, sat down next to Han Yoon-sung, and saw that she was reading a magazine. He leaned closer to her, resting his arm on the back of the sofa as if he were wrapping his arms around her.
He didn't see anything he liked in the store, but there were a few items he wanted to buy in the catalog. Kwon Ji-yong called over a shop assistant and pointed to the items in the magazine: "Can I pre-order these?"
The shop assistant nodded excitedly and noted down the model number.
That tattoo is G-Dragon's.
After paying the deposit, Kwon Ji-yong noticed the store clerk's intense gaze.
"Excuse me... is this GDxi?"
Kwon Ji-yong reached up and touched the hat on his head, nodding slightly.
When they left the store, news of Kwon Ji-yong shopping in Hongdae had already been posted online, and the three of them almost got separated by the crowd.
