Jiang Yanxia smiled and patted him on the shoulder.
"Heh, you're just showing off!"
Then she sat down next to Su Mengmeng.
"Meng-ge'er, let's hurry up and set off too! Zhi-meng and Brother An have already gone so far!"
"Alright, let's go!"
They wanted to speed up, but the boat wasn't up to par and couldn't go fast.
Su Mengmeng smiled and looked at Jiang Yanxia.
"Hehe, never mind, Xiazi, let's take it slow! This boat isn't going fast!"
Jiang Yanxia had no choice but to agree.
"Alright, we'll just have to paddle slowly!"
Su Mengmeng suddenly thought of bicycles and discussed it with Jiang Yanxia.
"Xiazi, do you want a bicycle? How about we buy one?"
Jiang Yanxia hesitated before speaking.

They've been collecting bicycle tickets for a while now. They were originally meant for me, but now they're for both of us. They'll mail them to me in the next couple of days!
Jiang Yanxia asked Su Mengmeng shyly.
"What did you tell your family?"

"Of course, I'll just tell them not to worry about introducing me to anyone, I've already found someone myself!"
I praised you so much that my mom was laughing so hard on the other end of the phone, she couldn't stop smiling!
Jiang Yanxia felt even more embarrassed.
"You didn't exaggerate my story to your aunt, did you?"
Su Mengmeng shook her head directly.
"Don't worry, everything I'm saying is the truth about you!"
Jiang Yanxia finally breathed a sigh of relief.
"Then let's buy a bicycle when the tickets arrive. We can sell it if we're no longer here!"
"Okay, we'll do it your way!"

"Xiazi, let's take leave to visit relatives during the Spring Festival. Come home with me!"

Su Mengmeng almost choked herself to death with a mouthful of saliva.

Jiang Yanxia stopped teasing him.
"Don't worry, I've told my family that you're very good to me, and you're good-looking too!"
If Su Mengmeng hadn't been rowing the boat, she would have patted her chest in shock; he was terrified.

Jiang Yanxia smiled and glanced at him, not denying it, but happily exclaiming.
"Meng-ge'er, look over there! Zhi-meng and Brother An are over there. Let's row over there!"
Su Mengmeng saw it too, and the two of them rowed together toward Zhuang Zhimeng and An Qingbai's boat.
"Brother Qingbai, watching you row is really fun!"

Zhuang Zhimeng pointed to his muscles.
"Hehe, your muscles bulge out when you strain, it's quite funny!"
An Qingbai glanced at the muscles and smiled.
"Is it alright? As long as you like it!"
Zhuang Zhimeng was about to answer when she suddenly heard Xiazi and Mengge calling them.
He quickly looked over and waved to them.
"Brother Qingbai, I finally saw them! I thought we could only meet at the park entrance!"
An Qingbai guessed.
"I guess they couldn't catch up with us because that boat couldn't go fast!"
An Qingbai slowed down his rowing speed, and Su Mengmeng and Jiang Yanxia's boats finally came over, and the four of them successfully reunited.
Jiang Yanxia started complaining as soon as she saw Zhuang Zhimeng.
"Zhimeng, let me tell you, this boat is incredibly slow. It just won't go any faster. Even the two of us can't row it fast enough."
Zhuang Zhimeng looked at the two boats and then realized that they were different.
“Your boat is obviously older than ours; it’s probably been in use for quite some time. No problem, row slowly; it’ll take at least two hours.”
Su Mengmeng greeted Qingbai.
"Brother An, which way should we go?"
An Qingbai pointed in a direction.
"Let's walk towards the bridge. The scenery there looks quite nice. Let's go closer and take a better look."
The two boats rowed in that direction one after the other.
There's a small waterfall over there.
I paused there for a short while, and then headed back, which was just the right amount of time.
They took their food, wrapped the melon seed shells in brown paper, and then the four of them disembarked.
The four of them went to a state-run restaurant for lunch.
The blackboard reads: "Today's serving of braised beef is 8 jiao (0.8 yuan) per serving. This is a rare treat, so I must order one."
The four of them ate wontons. A bowl of wontons cost 15 cents plus one ounce of grain coupons, and there were twelve wontons in a bowl.
Zhuang Zhimeng and Jiang Yanxia only needed one bowl of wontons, while An Qingbai and Su Mengmeng added an extra baked bun, which cost 5 cents plus one tael of grain coupons.
Zhuang Zhimeng picked up a slice of braised beef, put it in her mouth, and nodded.
