Chapter Seventy-One: Borrowing the Corner



Su An rattled off a string of words, trying to comfort him in return.

The smile on Fu Zhun's lips couldn't help but feel warmer.

Seeing this, Su An, for some reason, also started to laugh.

Su An felt relieved when he heard that it was He Wangshi who had caused the mess.

What does He Wangshi's life or death have to do with her?

"Oh, then you should go find her."

She said coolly, then turned to leave. He Wangshi was probably hiding in her house to avoid trouble because she was involved in gambling.

She's certainly shrewd; does she think her house is a garbage dump?

"Wait!" Shunzi was dumbfounded by this situation. "He Wangshi works at your house, and you were engaged to her son. Why don't you pay back this money!"

Su An paused, anger rising in his heart, and glanced sideways.

That's a fallacy! Do you think she's easy to fool, or are you trying to scam her?
