Fu Zhun's eyes cleared instantly, and his brows furrowed involuntarily: "Bullying?"

Zhou Li could tell from the prince's expression that he was taking it to heart.

He nodded vigorously, hurriedly repeating the matchmaker's offensive words, and angrily gritted his teeth, saying, "She even said that such a good young boss is unwanted!"

"Your Highness, I've already agreed on your behalf. Just go ahead and propose marriage; I guarantee it will dazzle those blind fools! Once they realize how good the young master is, they'll be filled with regret!"

"Don't talk nonsense." Fu Zhun retorted indifferently, but his dark eyes were gloomy and unreadable.

Seeing Zhou Li's listless look, he composed himself, lay back in the rocking chair, and slowly explained, "There's nothing between me and Miss Su. The reason I'm staying here is because she's a good cook, which is convenient for cultivating my character."

Zhou Li chuckled coldly, "Are you sure??"

Who was that person who just looked so curious and interested?

"Of course," Fu Zhun said calmly with his eyes closed.

"Alright then." Zhou Li sighed, seemingly not saying anything more, and then turned and left.

Just as he reached the door, he suddenly exclaimed, "Oh, I hear another matchmaker coming over from next door!"

"?"

Fu Zhun suddenly opened his eyes, forgetting to move the fan in his hand, and frowned sharply as he subconsciously looked over.

But the next second, he met Zhou Li's cunning expression, as if he had known it all along.

See? This seemingly reserved guy has revealed his true colors once he's been exposed!
