The peach trees in the yard were laden with fruit, the fruit already turning slightly red. Several fluffy little foxes were playing in the woods, picking fruit, chasing dragonflies and butterflies, weaving grasshoppers, and catching lice, having a great time.
Did they really invite her over to cook?
Xu Milu put the knife away again.
"What are you doing? We have a guest who has come from afar. Why don't you come and pay your respects? This is Madam Xu from Chang'an Shan Hai Restaurant."
Hu Silang coughed, and the group of furry balls scattered in all directions, laughing and shoving each other behind a large rock. What emerged next was a group of graceful and beautiful young women.
"Our distinguished guest has arrived!"
"Oh! It's the lady who's preparing the wedding banquet for Eleventh Sister!"
"I heard that the food made by Madam Xu is impossible to buy; you have to trade it with your cultivation techniques and treasures!"
"Grandpa used a fire-spirit mushroom to invite Madam Xu!"

A group of little foxes were so frightened that they couldn't even hide their tails under their skirts, and they listened intently as Hu Silang reprimanded them.
After cursing for a long time, Hu Silang selected two calm and collected individuals to speak:
"Thirteenth Sister, Eighteenth Sister, you two stay here. The rest of you go back to cultivate and don't disturb our distinguished guests!"
A litter of little girls transformed into fox cubs and ran off chattering away, leaving Xu Milu unable to even match their faces together.
