The game character starts with 100 stamina points, which decrease by one point every hour. Stamina cannot be restored by resting or eating food from the Gourmet Continent. It can only be restored by using contribution points to buy ingredients in the Mountain and Sea Restaurant to cook food and then eating it.
Note: Contribution points are obtained by completing tasks and interacting with NPCs. The trading function will be launched later.
