Template 1 is running.
Various types of robots began to work automatically, including humanoid robots responsible for collecting samples, patrol robots with long arms and legs that resembled door frames, and construction robotic arms responsible for building observation platforms. The entire Taishan Station suddenly became lively.
Xu Milu didn't have time to take a picture to commemorate the scene before her attention was completely drawn to the strange phenomenon that suddenly appeared in the sky.
At first, there was only a dot, then it became a line, and finally it was like the Weaver Girl's dye bottle had been overturned, and the sky was reflected with the texture of silk-like blue cloth.
That light floated lightly in the night sky, flickering as if it were alive, emitting shades of purplish-blue, azure, magenta, and lilac. Each color was so clean and beautiful that even the world's best colorist could not create such a magnificent and enchanting effect.
It's the aurora borealis.
Xu Milu tiptoed and reached out to try and catch a bit of color, but it was all in vain.
She looked up at the seemingly unchanging starry sky, and although she was in the snow, she felt as if she were floating in a galaxy.
It's so beautiful.
She secretly reached out her hand, silently recited the incantation, and with a gentle flick of her two fingers, a dazzling aurora was trapped inside a transparent glass jar.
The brilliance of the aurora is different from starlight. It is in the bottle, faint and elusive. Each layer of color transitions from light to dark, and each strand has its own shape. Sometimes it looks like floating silk, sometimes like an open bow, sometimes like poplar catkins blown in spring, and sometimes like a wisp of moonlight.
Although Xu Milu was a bit greedy, she only captured this small patch of aurora as a souvenir.
During the period when the Earth's rotation stops, the number of daylight days in Antarctica will decrease. Once the Earth is fully in its preparatory orbit, the entire Southern Hemisphere will be plunged into complete darkness.
So what Xu Milu saw today was very likely the last aurora on Earth.
The beauty that blooms in the final moments between life and death, before things are annihilated, is enough to give people a tremendous shock.
It is a kind of "aesthetic evaluation" that transcends superficiality, and precisely because it is gradually disappearing, its beauty is unparalleled and irreplaceable.
This is the last aurora on Earth.
