Almost with a crisp snap, teeth made a joyful sound as the incredibly crisp abalone slices, coated with a few grains of salt, released a uniquely savory and salty flavor from the ocean.
The abalone liver, once cooked, releases an irresistible flavor with a coarse, gritty texture. It bursts with flavor on the tongue along with the shredded radish, creating an almost astonishingly delicious taste!
"So crispy!"
Wang Ni was somewhat surprised: "This is even crispier than the sashimi I had at Sakura Japanese Restaurant before!"
Seeing this, a friend also picked up a piece of silver ribbonfish sashimi with his chopsticks and put it in his mouth, immediately being won over by its smooth, sweet, and fresh taste:
