Before the two leaders could even exchange greetings, they had beaten the men who had kidnapped the girls so badly they were crying for their parents.
Originally there were more than a dozen people, but now only six remain, and each of them looks terrified.
"You, Li Ruo!"
Brother Liu behind him was terrified and fell backward to the ground, as if he had seen a ghost.
"Oh, it's Young Master Liu." Li Ruoxin thought what a coincidence, her sister-in-law had just mentioned that scoundrel last night.
Xie Xiao asked, "Do you know him?"

Zhao Hong then fainted, relieved.
Li Ruo looked at Young Master Liu.
Young Master Liu still felt a slight pain in his groin from being kicked a month ago.
Ye Sang pointed at him, "He's the one who led the men to arrest us, trying to do something to us."
Young Master Liu's heart skipped a beat. "Li Ruo, I didn't know they were your friends. Besides, they were the ones who bumped into our territory first. You can't blame me."
"Your territory?"
Li Ruo and Xie Xiao spoke almost simultaneously.
The other sleazy man next to Young Master Liu held up a knife, his hand trembling, but he still stubbornly said, "Brother Liu, what are you afraid of? They stole our territory first and even dared to kill our people. They don't respect our county lord at all."
Li Ruo glanced at Xie Xiao and laughed, "So it's the county magistrate who came to see you last time. You've started your own faction."
Xie Xiao narrowed his eyes. "What do you mean, 'looking for my county princess'? What is that?"
Oh, I remember now, the one who made him treat her like an honored guest.
Xie Xiao's gaze darkened as he looked at Young Master Liu, "Where is your territory?"
Young Master Liu had never met Xie Xiao before and did not know that this was the leader of Black Wind Stronghold. He only wanted to intimidate them. "Let me tell you, we have many people, and several major families have gathered together. If you dare to touch me, they will take revenge."
Xie Xiao laughed, "Revenge? I'm so scared. So tell me where you are, so I can go and pay my respects."
"Scared now?" Young Master Liu puffed out his chest and pointed east. "It's right on Baiyun Peak. Li Ruo, if you let me go back, I'll speak well of you to the county magistrate and the others, and get you to join us."

Young Master Liu felt two gusts of cold wind blowing around him, so cold that his teeth froze.
Li Ruo stepped forward.
Young Master Liu took a step back. "Li Ruo, we've known each other for a while now, and I even took care of your sister-in-law. You can't turn your back on me like this."
"Oh? How did you take care of my sister-in-law? Your so-called care was just tricking her into having an abortion so she could become your mistress?" Li Ru sneered. "And you dare to bully my people? How many girls from this mountain have you bullied?"
No wonder I heard that some girls have disappeared without a trace; it's probably these beasts.
Li Ruo was about to kick him.
Xie Xiao pulled her aside, "Get out of the way, don't get your feet dirty."
He even covered her eyes with his hand.
The next instant, Li Ruo heard a scream like a pig being slaughtered.
She fluttered her eyelashes slightly and brushed his hand away. She saw that Young Master Liu had a dagger stuck in his crotch, blood was flowing all over his pants, and he was barely breathing.
...It really didn't look good.
Xie Xiao had already killed him with a single blow.
Several others tried to escape, but the Black Wind Stronghold brothers grabbed them and chopped them off like chickens. The last one knelt down and almost kowtowed until his head was crushed.
"Spare me, spare me! I'm just a nobody. Those ladies can testify that I didn't lay a hand on them or say a word. I was forced to join them just to make a living."
Li Ruo asked Ye Sang, confirming that he was not lying.
Xie Xiao smiled wickedly, "Fine, go back and tell that damn county magistrate of yours that I am Xie Xiao, and I killed them all. If you're not happy, come and fight me anytime."
"Xie Xiao?! You're Xie Xiao!" The little guy was so scared that he ran away in a panic, stumbling and falling.
"Aren't you afraid they'll actually come and ambush you?" Who asked him to stand up for them?
"I'm afraid they won't come." Xie Xiao looked at her. "If you're worried, why don't you move to our Black Wind Stronghold with Grandma and the others?"
Li Ruo raised an eyebrow: "Grandma?"
Xie Xiao's lips curled into a smile, "No way?"
"Two days haven't even passed yet." Li Ruo turned to look at the three girls. "They didn't do anything to you, did they?"
The three girls looked at Li Ruo with admiration. "No, thank goodness Sister Ruo arrived quickly."
"It's because we're useless; we couldn't even handle these dozen or so people."
Li Ru patted their shoulders: "Then you'll have to practice your skills properly from now on."
"Yes, sir!" The girls stood at attention.
Li Ruo led them back to Ziyang Peak.
Xie Xiao, left behind: ...Heartbroken.
He gritted his teeth and chased after her, saying, "Hey, I showed up just in time to help you, and this is your attitude? Mr. Xie, you should have one."
"Thanks."
Xie Xiao: ... "Not enough."
As Li Ruo walked, she said, "Why are you so free? With this energy, you should go dig for wild vegetables and have some wild games—oops, I mean, hunt wild game."
