At the Wei River wharf, three large ships are ready to depart.
As dawn broke, the dock was already bustling with activity.
The wicked man personally came to see the delegation off, and looking at this group of carefully selected "oddballs" in front of him, he couldn't help but feel smug.

"Here!" A skinny young man jumped out.
"You're the best at stirring up trouble, my special task is to sow discord between the ruler and his ministers. If you can't make Yi Yusong suspicious every day, don't bother coming back!"
"Grand Commandant, just you wait and see!" Wang Pen smiled mysteriously. "You know my abilities; I guarantee the entire Baiyue region will be thrown into chaos!"

A weasel-faced fellow stepped forward and, before the wicked man could speak, shouted, "Grand Commandant, don't worry! Leave the job of causing trouble to me!"
"Good!" The wicked husband nodded in satisfaction. "Your mouth is the best at offending people; you're specifically tasked with opposing the Baiyue people. Remember, our trip south is to turn the Baiyue upside down!"
"Yes!" the crowd responded in unison, each one eager to begin their performance.
After saying that, he called Zhang Erhe aside: "Erhe, you have to keep an eye on these rascals. Let them cause trouble, but don't let anyone get killed."
Zhang Erhe nodded with a bitter face.
This task is no easy one; they have to manage these troublemakers while still maintaining the appearance of a proper diplomatic mission.
"Oh, right," the wicked husband lowered his voice again, "did you bring all the glassware?"
"They're all on the ship," Zhang Erhe said. "But Grand Commandant, aren't you worried about letting these rascals carry so many fragile items...?"
"We want them to break them!" the wicked man sneered. "These are treasures of our Great Qin. If one breaks, the Baiyue people will have to pay for it. Do you really think I'm letting them take these over as gifts?"
Zhang Erhe then understood and couldn't help but admire the Grand Commandant's good intentions.
"Also," the wicked man added, "when you get to Baiyue, go specifically to their market and buy the most expensive items. But..."
"But what?"
"We'll buy, but we have to drive the price down to their breaking point. If that doesn't work, we'll just overturn their stalls—rob them!" A sly glint flashed in the wicked man's eyes. "It'll be a good opportunity for the Baiyue merchants to experience the might of our Qin delegation!"
Zhang Erhe shook his head helplessly. This trip would probably turn the Baiyue region upside down.
As they were talking, the port flags were raised, signaling that the ships could set sail.
"All of you, get on the ship!" the wicked man commanded. "Remember this: your mission south is to represent Great Qin in causing trouble. Anyone who fails to throw the Baiyue people into chaos will be court-martialed upon their return!"
"Yes!" the crowd responded in unison and boarded the ship.
Watching the fleet gradually disappear into the distance, the wicked man had a smile on his lips.
Oh, Yi Yu Song, you must hold on! If these rascals really start causing trouble, you'll regret messing with the Great Qin!
Ten days later, the fleet finally arrived at the Baiyue waters.
Several warships approached, and the leader, dressed in a brocade robe, announced loudly, "Has the Qin delegation arrived? I have been ordered to greet them."
"Perfect timing!" Chu Ping started his performance without saying a word, "What's wrong with these waves? They made me drop something precious! You need to explain this!"

The Baiyue navy led the fleet into the port.

"Exactly!" Chu Ping chimed in, "They can't even build a decent dock, and they call themselves a maritime hegemon? Pah!"
Zhang Erhe slapped them again. These clowns really do act on a whim, without any hesitation.
The official from Baiyue looked extremely grim, but still forced a smile: "Gentlemen, you have come from afar and must be tired. My humble abode has prepared lodgings; please follow me."
"Wait!" Old Dong suddenly shouted, "I heard that your Baiyue people live in thatched huts? That won't do! Our Qin delegation can't stay in places like that. Besides, what if there's a fire?"
"Exactly!" Chu Ping chimed in, "You guys are trying to get us killed! We'll definitely report you when we get back!"
