Consort Shu was taken aback. "Have you lost weight from hunger?"
She glanced at the little one and saw his round belly.
The clothes that fit perfectly before were stretched taut after we came back from our outing, and you could see the little guy's round belly at a glance.
The little guy nodded repeatedly, "Yes, Mommy, so could you give me some chicken leg meat or something? That should improve my appetite."
Seeing the little one's expectant eyes, Consort Shu pondered for a moment and said, "Alright, I'll make you some shredded chicken drumsticks, but don't eat too much!"
The little one's face lit up with joy, and he stood up from Consort Shu's arms, saying, "Thank you, Mother!"
The movement was a bit too much, and the opening of her clothes was stretched open, revealing her round belly.
Looking at his little tummy, the little guy looked rather embarrassed. "Strange, did my tummy secretly eat something behind my back?"
He glanced at Consort Shu, and seeing that she wasn't angry, but just looking at him with a rather helpless expression, he said, "You!"
The little guy looked slightly pleased, "It seems my mother is very happy that I'm back."
Consort Shu did not hide anything and said truthfully, "Yes, I am so happy that I can eat two more chicken legs, so your chicken leg shreds may be gone."
