Chapter 214 Burn It All

"My patience is limited. Since you dared to step into this realm, don't even think about leaving safely!"

After Ye Lingtian finished speaking, a seven-colored longsword appeared in his hand, its blade radiating a dazzling light, as if it were about to tear the entire void apart.

The shadows on the floating island surged violently, and the voice rang out again.

"Are you really going to kill us all?!"

Ye Lingtian did not answer, but simply raised his longsword and swung it casually.

A beam of sword light shot into the sky, slashing straight at the floating island.

The island trembled shrouded in sword light, revealing countless ferocious demons within.

"Retreat! Retreat now!"

The deep voice finally revealed fear, and the floating island began to tremble violently, seemingly trying to break free from the suppression of the sword light.

Ye Lingtian didn't give it a chance. He swung his longsword down again, and this time, the floating island and the demons within it were all annihilated in the light, leaving not even ashes behind.

"Master, it's all done!"

Little Fire happily hopped back to Ye Lingtian's side, its tail still burning.

"These guys are really fragile; they couldn't even last the time it takes for two incense sticks to burn!"

"This is just a small outpost!"

Ye Lingtian sheathed his longsword, his tone indifferent.

"Next, the extraterrestrial demons will likely become even more frenzied!"

"That's perfect!"

Xiao Huo patted his chest.

"Master, I am ready at any time. No matter how many come, I can burn them all!"

Ye Lingtian smiled slightly, turned around and strode away into the distance.

"Let's go, there's still a lot for us to do!"

Ye Lingtian and Xiao Huo continued their journey, traversing countless star fields, and finally stopped on a planet full of ruins.

This planet was once the home of a cultivation sect, but now only ruins and ashes remain.

"Master, this place has also been ravaged by extraterrestrial demons, hasn't it?"

Little Fire stepped on the scorched ground, the flames on its tail flickering slightly.

Ye Lingtian didn't speak, but simply glanced around.

His gaze fell on a broken stone tablet.

Little Fire jumped over and circled the stone tablet.

"Master, what does this say? I can't quite understand it; it looks like some kind of ancient runes!"

"This is not a rune!"

Ye Lingtian reached out and brushed his hand across the stone tablet.

"These are traces of some kind of teleportation array. This sect must have been trying to escape using it!"

"Oh? So that means some people got away?"

Xiao Huo scratched his head.

"Master, should I look around? Maybe I can find some clues!"

"Keep searching, but be careful!"

Ye Lingtian nodded.

Upon hearing this, Little Fire immediately darted away, leaving a long trail of light in its tail.

Before long, it found a jade slip in a pile of ruins.

"Master, this thing looks quite important!"

Little Fire, with the jade slip in its mouth, ran back happily.

"Thank goodness it didn't catch fire!"

Ye Lingtian took the jade slip and casually infused it with a wisp of spiritual power. Immediately, an image appeared on the jade slip.

In the video, a middle-aged monk with a tired face is speaking hurriedly to something.

"This place is no longer safe; the demon army is approaching."

The sect elders have ordered the activation of the teleportation array, and all disciples have evacuated to the Starfire Secret Realm, hoping to temporarily avoid the enemy's advance.

Before the words were finished, the image suddenly shattered, and the jade slip split in two.

"The Starfire Secret Realm?"

Little Fire tilted its head.

"That name sounds impressive. Is it a good place?"

"A secret realm?"

Ye Lingtian frowned slightly.

"These demons don't even spare secret realms?"

He looked up into the distance, his eyes turning cold.

"Let's go check out the Starfire Secret Realm!"

"Okay!"

Little Fire responded excitedly.

After traversing several star systems, the two finally arrived at an area surrounded by endless nebulae.

The spiritual energy here is exceptionally rich, but at the same time, it is also mixed with a faint evil aura.

"Master, this place looks rather strange!"

The little fire sniffed around the void.

"The mixture of spiritual and malevolent energy has a rather pungent smell!"

Ye Lingtian ignored it.

With a wave of his hand, seven-colored light instantly pierced through the clouds and mist, revealing the entrance to the hidden secret realm.

"There was definitely something wrong!"

He said in a cold voice.

As the two entered the secret realm, the sight before them caused Xiao Huo to gasp in surprise.

"My goodness! So much random stuff!"

Xiao Huo stared wide-eyed at his surroundings, and all he could see were messy building ruins and bones scattered all over the ground.

"Not all of these disciples escaped!"

Ye Lingtian said in a low voice.

"It seems the demons have tracked us here!"

"Master, is it possible for us to find any living people?"

As Xiao Huo spoke, he hopped and skipped around, turning over the bones on the ground.

"These bones look quite old, as if they've been dead for a long time!"

"Find the center of the formation first!"

Ye Lingtian waved his hand, spreading his divine sense to envelop the entire secret realm.

Soon, his gaze settled on an altar in the distance.

At the center of the altar, there was a faint ray of light, seemingly sustaining the remaining power of the entire secret realm.

The two arrived at the altar and saw a figure sitting cross-legged in the spiritual light.

It was an old man with a face full of wrinkles and his body covered with crack-like scars.

"you...."

The old man sensed someone approaching, slowly opened his eyes, and his gaze fell on Ye Lingtian.

Who is it?

"Nine Heavens Emperor!"
