Xiao Huo followed closely behind him, leaning closer to ask curiously.
"Master, what kind of weird stuff are these guys making? They captured so many cultivators just to make evil magic? But it doesn't seem that powerful!"
Ye Lingtian did not answer. His gaze fell on the center of the tower, where a sinister array was set up, with a dark, abyss-like crystal placed in the center.
The crystal was emitting a faint black aura, closely connected to the surrounding array, and seemed to be absorbing some kind of power.
Ye Lingtian stopped, his brows furrowing slightly.
He reached out and grasped it from a distance, and the black crystal instantly broke free of the formation and floated in the air.
He looked at it carefully for a moment, then said calmly.
"This is the core array stone of the extraterrestrial demons, used to connect the Void Abyss."
These demons have set up an array here in an attempt to completely open a passage, allowing even more demons to descend!
Upon hearing this, Little Fire's tail immediately bristled.
"What? These guys are incredibly audacious! Daring to do something like this right under our master's nose? I suggest we just burn this piece of junk!"
Ye Lingtian glanced at it, his tone calm.

This demon was several meters tall, covered in thick black scales, and had two pairs of enormous wings growing from its back.
"A minion of extraterrestrial demons?"
Ye Lingtian spoke calmly, his tone completely unwavering.
The demon narrowed its eyes, sized up Ye Lingtian and Xiao Huo, and sneered.

Little Fire immediately jumped out, flicked its tail, and glared at the demon, shouting loudly.
"Are you blind?! Standing before you is the Heavenly Emperor of the Nine Heavens! How dare you speak to my master in such a tone? Believe me, I'll burn you to ashes with a single breath!"
The demon was taken aback for a moment, then burst into laughter.
"Nine Heavens Emperor? Hahaha, I've heard of that name before, it's all over the Three Realms, but I've never seen any Heavenly Emperor who could do anything to us extraterrestrial demons! Today I'll see just how capable you, this so-called Heavenly Emperor, really are!"
As he spoke, he flapped his wings, and countless sharp blades shot out.
