Chapter 1370 Purple Tower

So in the past, people built a toilet on the pigsty, and then people defecated on it, and the pigs ate below... (Just think about it!) There was also a stick next to the pit, and the explanation said that because pigs usually eat earthworms, in order to prevent men from being bitten by pigs when they are around, they had to hold the stick and be ready to beat them at any time... It's hard to evaluate...

Then Director Jin said that everyone will be able to eat this kind of black pork in a while. It's enough to think about it. Speaking of the land god, the explanation said that it was because women on Jeju Island had no status, and the only way to improve their status was to give birth to children, so women in the past would go back to pray when they had nothing to do, holding a stone like the one above to pray, and later they were seen by officials and thought it was indecent.

So the stone was carved into the shape of the Earth God. It is said that praying for children is still very effective, but now it is changed to wiping the nose, because the shape of the nose is carved... As expected, I ate black pork at noon. Although Director Jin said that pigs are no longer raised with manure, but... After lunch, I rushed to Shedi Kezhi.

I can't remember the name of this place, Yunluo, and it is said that the most beautiful time of Shedi Kezhi is when the rape flowers bloom. In fact, Shedi Kezhi is a long coastline with a black volcanic rock beach on one side and a treeless green grassland on the other side, and the end is a tall white lighthouse. However, this place is really beautiful!

I had never thought that the coastline outside the tropics could be so beautiful. When the wind blows, dragonflies fly all over the grassland and waves. It's so beautiful! After the trip, we headed to Chengshan Sunrise Peak, which is a world natural heritage site and a favorite place for me. I chose Ayutthaya instead of Phuket when I went to Thailand, and I chose Malacca instead of Sabah when I went to Malaysia.

I always love the world heritage too much. Guide Jin said that one hour is just enough time to go up and down the mountain, but suggested to just look at the observation deck halfway up the mountain, and then go down to the strait from the side to go to the Haenyeo House to eat seafood and ride yachts and submarines. Moreover, the yachts here are much cheaper than in China. 10,000 won per time, which is only RMB 60. But, there is no other way.

Yunluo climbed to the top of the mountain in one breath, overlooking Jeju Island, and then saw the volcanic crater on the top of the mountain with his own eyes, although it was covered with green grass. On the way down the mountain, he met a Korean couple who asked Yunluo for directions. They were the wrong people. In the car, Director Jin asked if anyone had reached the top of the mountain? In the end, Yunluo was the only one who reached the top of the mountain.

After coming down from Sunrise Peak, we headed to Jeju City. On the way, we passed by an orange orchard, because oranges are the famous specialty of Jeju Island, but they are a bit expensive...Fruits in Korea are very expensive, an apple costs RMB 2.30...Director Jin said that when she just went on a trip, the first thing she did was to eat all kinds of fruits.

It takes 40 minutes to drive from Sunrise Peak to Jeju City, and then stop at Yongduam Rock. It is a black coastal rock that looks like a dragon, and there is a mermaid statue next to it. I have to rush to Halla University to watch the graffiti show at 5 o'clock. The show lasts for 1 and a half hours. You can't take pictures during it. I didn't expect it very much, but it turned out to be very good!

A comedy show with 4 men, but the handsome guys who can dance, draw, and have such a sense of humor and can blend all of them perfectly are really amazing. The 1.5 hour show was full of non-stop moments, and I laughed until I cried. We left Halla University at 6:30 and headed for the mysterious road, which was actually an upside-down road caused by visual error.

When we arrived at the starting point, the driver turned off the bus. Yunluo and An Chuyu watched the bus slide to a "higher place". After getting off the bus, Director Jin also took a bottle of water and poured it for Yunluo and An Chuyu, so Yunluo and An Chuyu watched the water go to a "higher place" again... Dinner was squid, pork and seafood hot pot. There was no limit on the amount of pork.

After dark, I sneaked out alone and stood on a hillside without street lights, but I didn't feel scared. In the distance, the lights of New Jeju were dim, and the smell of green grass was all around my nose. There were also hydrangeas all over the world under the moonlight.

We left for Gimpo Airport at 8:30, and then flew from Jeju to Seoul at 11:00 am. Today I started to visit the shopping spots on the itinerary. In the morning, I even visited the Ginseng Monopoly Bureau and the Liver Protection Store. However, I didn't stay for long, and I could come out and rest if I didn't want to. It was only then that I realized that everyone I was traveling with was rich.

At least compared to Yunluo and An Chuyu, although Yunluo and An Chuyu didn't buy anything, they were still not treated differently, which was really great. Lunch was stone pot bibimbap, so the general representative food was almost eaten, and the side dish was the same as usual spicy cabbage. In the afternoon, it was a cosmetics store and Lotte Duty Free.

Compared to China, it's really cheap! But Yunluo can only marvel at it, because she can't afford it. The cosmetics are excellent, but it's a pity that Yunluo doesn't use them. At 4 o'clock, I came out of Lotte Duty Free and went to Lotte World. Because today is the National Day holiday, there are many locals in Lotte World! It was agreed to be a 2-hour tour, but in the end I just queued up to play a dinosaur shooting and bumper car game...

And there were Koreans all around me... Objectively speaking, Koreans are very polite, speak softly and gently, have fair skin and are very good-looking... And when I was playing bumper cars, I couldn't bear to crash into these fair and tender little boys and girls, for fear that knocking them over would cause an international dispute - Yunluo really thought too much.

Then Lotte came out around 8 o'clock, and the lights dominated the night of the city again. Next is Yunluo's favorite spot, Myeongdong! Director Jin gave Yunluo and An Chuyu an hour and a half, which was not enough! All kinds of snacks and fun things. Fortunately, we stayed in Seoul tonight, and the hotel only took 10 minutes to walk to Myeongdong.

On the way to the hotel, Director Jin said that she met other groups on the same flight as Yunluo and An Chuyu. When she asked them about it, they said that their accommodation was very bad. They stayed in a business hotel in Jeju Island, and the TV had to be manually tuned. The place they stayed on the last night was also an hour away from Seoul...

Later, Yunluo and An Chuyu talked with other groups on the plane and said that their tour guides and leaders didn't care much about them... It seems that Yunluo and An Chuyu are lucky, the tour leader and tour guide are great. After taking a bath at the hotel, I couldn't wait to escape from the hotel and walked to Myeongdong, eating all the way!

However, the stalls in Myeongdong gradually closed after 11 o'clock, but even so, I still went shopping until 1 o'clock before returning. I met two drunk Korean youths. One of them ran to stop a taxi, then bowed to the driver and said hello, and the driver didn't get angry. He even responded with a smile... This drunken madness is really unique.

Then we walked back to the hotel and found that there were quite a lot of drunk Koreans... We met several on the way. The 38th Parallel was a self-funded project, but Yunluo was happy to participate because he was very interested in these things; and because everyone liked Director Jin, no one said anything when the whole group signed up. Breakfast was Korean dumplings.

Then I went to Shilla Duty Free. Today is the 70th anniversary of South Korea's National Day, so there are national flags and lanterns everywhere, and there are many people gathering... The 38th parallel is the northernmost point in the west of South Korea. It's an hour's drive from Seoul. I wanted to have fun in Myeongdong last night, so I slept all the way. Then I gradually saw the sentry post and the separation wall.

When we were almost at Imjingak, Director Kim said that there were bombs in the rice fields on both sides, ready to be detonated at any time if North Korea attacked. Then Director Kim also said that North Korea was upstream, and if they opened the floodgates, Seoul would be flooded, so many people in South Korea have been proposing to move the capital. However, although the two countries are incompatible, they are the same nation after all.

Originally, we could go to Panmunjom on the 38th parallel, but during the days when Yunluo and An Chuyu went there, North Korea killed several South Korean soldiers with mines in the DMZ zone (the demilitarized zone within two kilometers on both sides of the temporary military demarcation line), so the situation has been quite tense recently, so we couldn't go to Panmunjom. Then we saw a locomotive full of bullet holes at Imjingak.

There is also the Freedom Bridge, which was bombed to the point that only the piers remain, and the railway tracks that were repaired but refused to be opened to traffic by North Korea. At the bridgehead, someone was offering sacrifices. Director Kim said that they were people who missed their hometown. They had been separated for 70 years, and perhaps they would never see their relatives again in this life. They didn't know whether their relatives had passed away, so they could only pay their respects across the 38th parallel.

This kind of separation. It's really sad to talk about it. There were still many people gathered in Imjingak, singing loud songs, and I don't know what they were swearing. An old lady was handing out books written entirely in Korean... and the books were all covered with national flags. A friend asked Director Jin why there were no national flags of Yunluo and Anchuyu's countries on them, and Director Jin said, because they were on opposite sides at that time...

Time has passed. Then, we rushed to the next stop. Wudu Mountain Observatory. It is called an observation tower, but it is actually a small museum. The studio on the top of the building played propaganda videos in Korean, Japanese and Chinese. It was just an introduction to North Korea from a distance. After all, I had just been to North Korea last year.

I have a better understanding of the situation over there after seeing and hearing it. Then I looked at North Korea on the other side through the telescope at the observation tower. It was foggy today and I couldn't see clearly, but it didn't matter.

After all, I have also set foot on the territory of the opposite country. Then in the museum exhibition hall, Director Jin gave Yunluo and An Chuyu a detailed explanation. One floor also displays North Korean coins, clothing and current life scenes. Director Jin said that around the 1960s, North Korea was richer than South Korea.

I remember hearing the tour guide in North Korea last year say that North Korea was richer than Japan in the 1960s. Some South Korean consortium bosses went to North Korea to invest in Mount Kumgang a few years ago, but because a woman was shot and killed by North Korean soldiers, they stopped going there and all their properties were confiscated. Write your own blessings on the wings of the wish.

No matter what kind of suffering, it is all caused by war, so I still prefer to stay in peace. Get the train ticket and move to downtown Seoul. There are three main modes of transportation from Incheon Airport to Seoul: Airport bus 10,000 krw, direct train to Seoul Station 8,000 krw, and ordinary train 4,250 krw.

Yunluo and An Chuyu had to go to Hongdae to store their luggage first, and they were not in a hurry, so they chose a regular train. Regular trains can be taken with t-money cards, similar to subways. (The automatic ticket machines in Korean subways can buy tickets and recharge t-money, and all have Chinese operation pages) Near Exit 7 of Hongdae Station on the Airport Line.

Raonbaggagegestorage (no need to leave the ground, just on the underground floor) provides short-term and long-term luggage storage. A medium-sized suitcase (22-30 inches) is 5,000 krw per day, and an additional day is 2,000 krw. Yunluo and An Chuyu went to store their 24-inch suitcase at 8 pm and picked it up at noon the next day.

I was charged 7000 (“a day” is defined as a natural day, not an hour). After storing my luggage, I rushed to Myeongdong to exchange money. I quickly found the money exchange opposite the red gate of the embassy recommended online, but it was closed. However, there are actually quite a few money exchange offices nearby, so you can check out a few to compare prices.

Later, I saw the exchange rate of 183.3 next to the Seaweed Paradise, so I changed money there. After changing the money, I went to the Seaweed Paradise for dinner. During the meal, the Chinese tourists at the next table asked Yunluo and An Chuyu to borrow a mobile power bank. After using it, they gave them foot pads to express their gratitude. It was really useful for Yunluo and An Chuyu who were about to start their rampage trip.

Take the first right at Exit 5 of Myeongdong Station. There are many money exchange offices on the road in front of the Hwajo Primary School and the embassy. We arrived at Cheongnyangni Railway Station at nearly 10 o'clock, and the train was only a dozen minutes away. If this happened in China, I would probably miss the train~~ But Yunluo was still calm in Korea.

There is no mistake in the poem, post, content, and read the book on 6, 9, and bar!

Because I had taken the train on my previous trip to Korea, I knew that Korean trains have no security checks! No ticket checks! It is more convenient than taking the subway, and it takes only ten minutes to catch the train. After getting on the train, I found that Yunluo and An Chuyu's seats were special seats, which were super wide and could almost lie flat, so they could have a comfortable sleep on the train.

According to the regulations, Korailpass can only be used for ordinary seats. I really want to thank the staff of AirportRailRoadTravelCenter for giving Yunluo and An Chuyu a surprise of free upgrade from economy class to first class~~◎I remember the first time I took a train in Korea was taking KTX from Yongsan to Suncheon. From entering the station to getting on the train to getting off the train.

There was no ticket inspection or random inspection during the whole journey. For those who are used to taking the train in China, it was really hard to adapt. I always felt something was missing. I was also curious. If there was no ticket inspection, how to prevent fare evasion? Is it just based on self-consciousness? Later I heard that the staff on the train would have a machine to show which seats have been sold.

If an unsold seat is occupied, it may be subject to random inspection. I made a special observation on the train from Jeongdongjin back to Seoul. Indeed, after the train leaves at each station, a staff member will walk through the carriage with a machine.

The train to Jeongdongjin stops at many stations and many people get off. At about 3am, the train finally stops at Jeongdongjin. There is a sign on the platform showing the sunrise time of the day. Walk to the right for 1 or 2 minutes after exiting the station and you will see Coffeesun, which appeared in "Yunluo and Anchuyu Got Married".

The environment of the coffee shop is nice. The coffee is a bit expensive (7000 per cup), but for those who want to stay up late to wait for the sunrise, there is a comfortable long sofa to take a nap, which is still good~~ It's past 5 o'clock, and I packed up to go out to watch the sunrise. I never expected that the moment I went out, I was frozen like a dog~~ My legs were shaking, and my hand holding the camera was shaking too.

As a result, I took a bunch of blurry photos~~ I was using the air conditioner at 30 degrees Celsius a few hours ago. I never expected that it would be so cold in the early morning of September in Jeongdongjin! It was probably only 10 degrees Celsius. Many people around me came in coats. Yunluo and An Chuyu were still wearing thin autumn clothes~~ Fortunately, the human body has a strong adaptability, and with the sunrise time approaching.

The temperature also rose a little. After walking for a while at the station and the beach, I finally stopped shivering =_= (The closest train station to the sea in the world - Jeongdongjin in South Korea, is said to have entered the Guinness World Records for this reason.) (It was a little after 6 o'clock, the sun had risen completely, and a beautiful day began again~~) (Although the station is small, it is very "loving") Watched the sunrise in the cold weather.

Have a bowl of hot ramen at the snack bar next to the station, and you will feel happy~~ ※Jeongdongjin Railway Station: It is a small railway station in the east of South Korea. It is also the railway station closest to the sea in the world. It is famous for watching the sunrise. The scenery is fresh and clean. It has appeared in the famous Korean variety show "Yunluo and Anchuyu got married".

From Seoul to Jeongdongjin, you can take the Mugunghwa train which departs at 10 or 11 pm and takes about 5 hours. There are coffee shops and convenience stores next to Jeongdongjin Railway Station that are open in the early morning, where you can wait for the sunrise. It is important to note that Jeongdongjin is located in Gangwon Province, South Korea, where the temperature is usually lower than Seoul.

In autumn, winter and spring, you should be careful to protect yourself from the cold when watching the sunrise. It was already noon when I returned to Seoul from Jeongdongjin. After picking up my luggage in Hongdae, I went to Seoul Station to meet another friend and took the KTX to Busan. The seats in the KTX in Korea are very comfortable, and there is wifi in the car~~ I continued to take the subway to the B&B next to Haeundae.

I heard a few male students chatting in Busan dialect on the subway. It felt like I was watching Reply 1997. After finding a homestay and taking a short rest, I had pork rice soup at the nearby Haeundae Market for dinner. (Pork rice soup is a specialty of Busan. Unlike the spicy Korean cuisine in general, it is light.

But it tastes good. Even someone like Yunluo who hates fatty meat doesn't feel greasy at all. The price is also quite affordable. Yunluo and An Chuyu ate at 6,000 per bowl, and the ingredients were quite generous. After eating the pork soup rice, we went for a walk in Haeundae. Although it was not the peak season in midsummer, the beach was still very lively.

There was a performance of the Hanbok Festival going on, but it was almost over when Yunluo and Anchuyu arrived. Later, they met a group of street singers performing on the steps next to the beach. The lead singer sang well and was handsome, haha~~ After walking, they ran to Haeundae Market and bought a big bowl of fish cake as a midnight snack. (Fish cake is a specialty of Busan).

Busan's blue is as beautiful as a painting. Busan Haeundae Gamcheon Culture Village. Jeju Island's morning itinerary is still Haeundae. Although I didn't go in the water, the scenery of the blue sea, blue sky and white sand is enough to satisfy me~~ Especially the clouds are super beautiful~~ (I bought shrimp strips to feed the pigeons~~ The pigeons in Haeundae are really not afraid of people~~). (To be continued..)
