The scenery behind the hotel, you can enjoy the waterfall while taking a bath. You can enjoy the creek in front of the hotel directly if you book a private bath. Since it was still early, Yunluo and An Chuyu decided to take the Hakone Tozan Tram to Gora Park for a look.

You can't bring your mobile phone when taking a hot spring bath. Can you imagine the happiness of taking an open-air hot spring bath in this drizzling weather with a temperature of only 2 degrees, facing such a scenery?
[Lunch] I made a plan in advance. There is a super famous Tamura Ginkatsu-tei near Gora Park, which specializes in tofu hotpot. If it hadn't rained and the temperature was only 2 degrees, Yunluo thought that Yunluo and An Chuyu would not have been able to taste it in such a short time that day. This is a favorite store for locals, and we were waiting in line.
There were hardly any tourists like Yunluo and An Chuyu. Even when the numbers were called, Yunluo and An Chuyu had to listen to the numbers he called out. To avoid missing out. The tofu pot in his restaurant was made in a similar way to pork chop and child donburi. It was another day with full plans and skinny reality. The plan was good, but when I arrived in Kyoto, I was delayed for a long time to find a locker to store my luggage. As a result, it was almost noon when I finished storing my luggage. In order to enjoy the last hot spring bath, I woke up early in the morning to enjoy it, remembering this comfort and embracing the feeling of nature. After having a buffet at the hotel, I returned to Odawara Station and took the Shinkansen to start my Kyoto trip. [Lunch] I originally planned to go to Kawaramachi to eat Wakasa's eel rice after arriving at Kyoto Station to store my luggage as planned, but it turned out that the cherry blossom season was full of people.
It was a luxury to find an empty luggage locker. I ran around the huge Kyoto Station, up and down, and even waited for someone to open the locker and take my luggage. Fortunately, my hard work paid off and I finally found a locker. After storing my luggage, there was another big challenge, which was to buy the ticket first. When I arrived, I found that there was still a long queue.
By the time I bought the ticket, it was almost 13:00. So I changed my mind and moved tomorrow's lunch to today. It just so happened that this pork chop restaurant was on the 11th floor of Isetan Department Store in Kyoto Station. When I found this restaurant, it was just after lunch time and there was a long queue, so I waited less than 20 minutes and was seated. I ordered a super pork chop set meal and a crab meat pork chop set meal.
This restaurant is very popular in Japan, and many locals will rush to line up after shopping in the mall. I also saw many tourists like Yunluo and An Chuyu. This restaurant is probably used to it, so the menu is specially printed in Chinese, English and Japanese. There is no need to worry about not being able to order food because you don’t know Japanese. When you are in line, the waiter will ask you in advance if you want a Chinese menu.
The unique way of eating here is that you need to grind and fry the sesame seeds yourself. You can smell the strong aroma of sesame seeds when grinding. Then pour the pork chop sauce into the bowl with sesame seeds. The sauce is divided into spicy or non-spicy. In addition to the two flavors of pork chop sauce, there is also a bottle of salad dressing and a bottle of pickled mustard greens on the table. While waiting for the pork chops, you can pick up some mustard greens to whet your appetite.
When the pork chop is served, you can pick up a piece of pork chop and dip it in the sesame pork chop sauce that you just prepared. The taste is simply amazing. The rice, miso soup and salad are all free and unlimited, which is very worthwhile. The fried pork chop with a super large pork chop is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fried crab meat is also delicious. When you bite it open, there is crab meat paste wrapped in white sauce, which flows out along the skin when you bite it.

Still bone soup ramen, hot and filling. The soup was rich. After dinner, I dragged my luggage and the purchased cosmetics back to the hotel early and started packing. Although I didn't visit many attractions on the first day in Kyoto, I made up for the regret with the delicious food.
Since the route was changed yesterday, today's plan was relatively complete, but it was still modified temporarily. I found that going up the mountain was really a physically demanding exercise. One is the Kyoto Station store, which only allows takeout and no dine-in service. I hadn't found the parfait in advance, so I decided to go to the Uji store. On the way to Uji, I also gained precious memories along the way. It turns out that you need to walk around to know how wonderful the world is. The Uji electric railway is the color of the matcha logo, which is a delight for matcha lovers.
【Itokyuemon】I arrived on time 1 hour before the store closed. I heard that there would be a long queue, but I felt blessed by God and ordered food as soon as I walked in. I was really happy. I had the courage to leave at any time. After arriving, I caught up with the store before closing. I felt extremely satisfied and lucky, and my happiness was overwhelming. The light matcha cake roll is paired with the rich matcha milk tea and the green powder on the matcha parfait.
It was matcha powder. Now when I think back, I still remember the rich taste of matcha. Parfait contains many fruits, jellies, matcha ice cream, cream and other ingredients. When sprinkled with matcha powder, I can't feel the astringency and bitterness of matcha, but it blends well with the sweet cream and ice cream. After enjoying the desserts at [花たぬき] Izakaya, I didn't feel hungry at all.
So I planned to walk back to Kyoto to have some more fun. The way back was really unfortunate. The JR train was not as easy to reverse as I imagined. The transfer station required walking another 1 km along the path to reach it. So I also took photos of the railway that I was satisfied with. It turns out that taking good photos requires running wild and courage. The station was empty and I once suspected that I had taken the wrong train.

It was almost 20:00 when they arrived at the izakaya. Yunluo and An Chuyu were not very hungry. After the long journey, they were a little tired. There were still many people there. During the chat, we learned that the boy was a college student who came to this restaurant to work part-time at night.
The closest thing to the iron plate on the table is the scallop meat in the luxurious seafood. It is amazing that the half-cooked scallops are served and placed on the iron plate on Yunluo and Anchuyu's table to heat. When it is almost cooked, you can stir-fry it yourself with a spatula. Finally, with the end of the delicious food, we ushered in the last day in Kyoto. I feel that time is too tight, and there are many planned attractions.
I didn't visit Nijo Castle, Arashiyama, Yasaka Shrine, and Gion, which was a little regretful. I had to postpone my unfinished tour of Kyoto to my next trip to Kansai. On the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Kyoto, Yunluo and An Chuyu hoped to find Mount Fuji in the scenery along the way, but they failed to do so due to heavy rain. On the way back, Yunluo and An Chuyu said that if they didn't see it, it would be the biggest regret of this trip to Kanto. On the way back, it was still rainy and they sat on the Shinkansen all the way, holding their phones all the way.
When the map showed that we were approaching Mount Fuji, we looked out the window in anticipation.
