Chapter 882 The most beautiful thing is a girl

You can buy a one-day ticket, but it's quite expensive and not worth it. It's better to buy the tickets sold in sheets, which are valid for one trip. One ticket is 1.5 euros, and if you buy 10 tickets at a time, there is a discount, a total of 13.7 euros. If converted into RMB, the train ride in Paris is still quite expensive, but people can afford it, so we don't always worry about the exchange rate.

You buy tickets from the ticket vending machine. First, select the language - of course we have to choose English; then select the type of ticket you want to buy, An Qingju and An Chuyu only choose one ticket; then select the quantity, choose 10 to get a direct discount; after confirmation, you can pay.

Please note that the ticket machines at the subway station do not support An Qingjue and An Chuyu's magnetic stripe credit cards. Those without chip credit cards can only pay in cash. The maximum amount the machine can support seems to be 50 euros.

After paying, just like a vending machine, a handful of tickets will be dispensed from the bottom of the machine. Take them out and store them in your wallet. Every time you need to use the ticket, take one and put it in the gate. The gate will automatically print a date on the ticket to indicate that it is valid and usable, and the gate will open.

Once you enter the gate, you will enter the Paris metro network. As long as you stay in, this ticket can take you to almost any corner of Paris. This per-use metro ticket has no expiration date; to give an extreme example, you can bring this ticket back to Beijing and use it the next time you go to Paris.

However, you will encounter two problems underground. One is getting lost; the other is that the station is under maintenance. At this time, you need two other things. One is to pay attention to the light box prompts on the subway, which always have the latest maintenance information of the subway station.

Now that we have the map, how do we take the subway? Those who have taken the subway in Beijing know this, and the same is true in Paris. Take the following picture as an example. The red circle on the left of this picture is the subway stop for An Chuyu's apartment. If the destination is Ed'ivry in Huaguocheng, just get off.

After entering the station, first find the line you are taking by looking at the color. Then make sure you know which direction you are going to, so as not to take the wrong bus. Also, for one-way buses like Line 7 that go in two directions, there is usually one bus in each direction, so pay attention to the LED display on the platform. This does not involve the question of whether you understand French or not, just read the large characters.

Okay, the subway strategy is clear. Now let's go to Huaguo City! Going to Huaguo City means there are authentic Chinese restaurants, large Huaguo supermarkets, and many Huaguo banks.

On the way to Chinatown, I gradually noticed that Chinatown is not just for Chinese people. The majority of people here are Chinese, and there are also many Asians such as Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Thais. In fact, there are also some Mexicans living here. When you get here, you can see the vegetable stalls set up by Chinese people on the roadside. They sell Anqing oranges and vegetables that An Chuyu is familiar with.

Chinese supermarkets are the main stores on these two streets. They don't have many daily necessities (good daily necessities can probably be found in European supermarkets). They mainly sell food, or more precisely, Asian food (not just Chinese food). The variety is richer than what An Qingju and An Chuyu have seen in domestic supermarkets.

The best thing is that meat is also cheaper than in China. Pork, beef, mutton, and seafood are all cheaper than in China. The frozen shrimps (without heads) are very fresh and big. A bag of them costs only a dozen euros. It's perfect for making spicy hot pot!

The largest supermarket here is Chen's Supermarket, which is the one in the photo. Next to Chen's is a store called "Paris Store", which is also quite large.

Chen's business hours are very long, and it seems that they can close until 8 o'clock in the evening. In addition to purchasing food, An Qingju and An Chuyu will naturally not forget to buy the essential seasonings in Chinese cuisine. Dark soy sauce, chives, ginger, garlic. They are all here.

An Qingju and An Chuyu went to Chinatown twice during their stay in Paris, both times to buy food or to enjoy Chinese food. Interestingly, many French people also go to Chinatown to buy things on weekends. The area around Chen's in Chinatown on weekends is just like the outside of Carrefour in Zhongguancun.

The crowd was crowded together, and all those who drove were queuing up slowly for parking spaces; in the supermarket, things were taken as if they were free, and even to buy meat one had to get a receipt and queue up for a number. But everyone was still relatively orderly.

There were also many vegetable stalls outside the supermarket on weekends. An Qingju and An Chuyu also saw two Chinese people arguing over the "territory" issue until An Chuyu bit and punched and kicked them, attracting a crowd of onlookers.

After buying groceries, the excitement of arriving in Paris for the first time also passed. The two marmots began to feel tired, and they were afraid that they would not have enough energy to cook tonight. It happened that they went into a nearby Vietnamese restaurant and ate two large bowls of noodle soup and returned home comfortably.

On the first day, the Palace of Versailles is in the suburbs. From the suburbs, we can go back to see the Eiffel Tower. Is that right? Both the Palace of Versailles and the Eiffel Tower are notorious for long queues. So the first day is actually a queuing trip, right?

The next day, Notre Dame Cathedral is on the Ile de la Cité, and I guess you will have to queue up there. You can't see anything at the Louvre in two hours, okay? The Tuileries Garden is a great place for a picnic, and it's silly to just queue up with the group and walk by! Also, outside the Tuileries Garden is the Place de la Concorde, which is free, and you'll definitely see it if you stay in Paris for a long time.

On the third day, it was normal to go from the Arc de Triomphe to the Champs Elysees. However, going north to Montmartre to see the Sacre Coeur was like going from Wangfujing to the Summer Palace. If you wanted to go shopping on this day, you would just run all the way.

Summary: An Qingju and An Chuyu could no longer accept the itinerary arranged by others.

An Qingjue and An Chuyu spent ten days in Paris. They were able to focus on the important things and relax in moderation. Of course, they also slept in a lot.

1. "Strolling" lp recommends "strolling" routes for one, two, three days, etc. in Paris, which is really good. Paris is worth a closer look. Even if you don't have much time, walking on the streets of Paris is definitely the best way to experience the "Paris style".

Choose a stop and take a good look with your own two feet, and you can have a close contact with the Paris in your heart. Record the experience of An Qingju and An Chuyu and several routes that are particularly suitable for your own stroll.

Wandering route 1. See the “Paris” of Paris.

Luxembourg Gardens --> Pass by St. Sulpice Church --> Come to the Seine River. Walk along the Seine River for a short distance, cross the Pont des Arts with many love locks --> See the exterior of the Louvre --> Go west from the Louvre, walk through the Arc de Triomphe and walk to the Tuileries Garden --> Come to the Place de la Concorde.

This was the first time that An Qingju and An Chuyu strolled around Paris. The sights along this stroll were all beautiful. The things you see along this route can always be seen in various Paris movies.

Wandering route 2. See the luxury of Paris, starting from the Arc de Triomphe --> walk along the Champs Elysees and look at the high-end shops on both sides --> come to the Place de la Concorde, walk along the north wall of the Louvre --> go north to the Place Vendôme, see the luxurious hotels around --> the magnificent Paris Opera House --> come to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department store.

This route has the most Chinese tycoons. Of course, it is worth seeing. Route 3: Go to the Ile de la Cité and go to the Ile de la Cité from the Pont Neuf. It is quite nice to see Notre Dame de Paris, the Paris Supreme Court, and the Prison.

Wandering route 3. Go to the northern highlands to see the flea market and visit the "Panjiayuan" in Paris. An Qingju and An Chuyu went there and it was really nice. I haven't visited Panjiayuan in Beijing, so it's hard to compare. But the old goods here are really interesting.

Looking at the places above, it actually doesn’t cost a dime. There are so many places to hang out in Paris, and the LP introduces many routes. They are really great.

2. mustgo Which places in Paris are must-visits? It depends on one’s opinion. This is what An Qingju and An Chuyu think.

The Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay. The exhibits of the Musee d'Orsay also come from the Louvre. It is almost like the Louvre has moved all the artworks since the "Romanticism" period here. So here you can have a bombardment of artworks from the masters of Impressionism and Post-Impressionism.

As for the Louvre, that goes without saying. It is not just about the "three treasures", it is too luxurious. An Qingju and An Chuyu spent three days in Paris at the Louvre and went to the Orsay Museum twice.

The Eiffel Tower. It is really beautiful, not only worth seeing, but also worth climbing to the top. Although there are replicas of it all over the world, this one is unique. This one is set against the wide Champ de Mars. This one can be climbed to the top to have a panoramic view.

Have a picnic on the grass. All parks in Paris are free. Luxembourg Gardens and Tuileries Gardens are great, and almost all museums have large lawns and green areas outside for picnics.

Not only tourists come here for picnics, but working Parisians also like to take a lunch box and sit down for a picnic at noon. Bring simple food and have a picnic in the park of Paris. It is really unforgettable.

After ten days of traveling in Paris, An Qingju and An Chuyu already knew that they would come to Paris again.

The Paris Museum Pass costs 42 euros for a 2-day ticket, 56 euros for a 4-day ticket, and 69 euros for a 6-day ticket. You can buy it at all tourist service centers and at the entrance of the museums included in the Museum Pass.

There is no mistake in the poem, post, content, and read the book on 6, 9, and bar!

The museum pass looks like this, with a complete museum pass map sandwiched between two hard cards. When you use it on the first day, just write the date on the back of the ticket and sign your name. Note: Do not tear off the map on the pass, otherwise it will be invalid.

Of course you can use it if you have a pass. But how can you make the most of it? An Qingju and An Chuyu really put a lot of thought into it. Here are their thoughts.

1. Places where the Museum Pass can and cannot be used These places are not applicable to the Museum Pass, and you have to buy a separate ticket if you want to go. For An Qingju and An Chuyu, the following places are not suitable for the Museum Pass: Eiffel Tower, Paris Opera House.

Most other places in Paris that require a ticket are eligible for the Museum Pass. Some places may be overlooked by tourists just to see the exterior. The top of the Arc de Triomphe; the bell tower of Notre Dame and the prison on the Île de la Cité; the Palace of Versailles and the Palace of Fontainebleau.

2. Pay attention to the museum's closing hours

Museums in Paris are not open seven days a week, so pay attention to which museums are closed on which days, and plan your trip accordingly. Most places are closed on Mondays or Tuesdays. However, the Galeries Lafayette in Paris is closed on Sundays.

The following places are closed on Mondays: Palace of Versailles, Musee d'Orsay, Musee Monet, Catacombs of Notre Dame de Paris, Museum of Modern Art of Paris, Aquarium.

The museums that are closed on Tuesday include the Louvre, the Pompidou Center, the Orangerie, the Picasso Museum, and the Oceanographic Museum.

3. Extend the validity period of the pass

After arriving in Paris, I found that these museums have all-day free days and free time periods. All you need to do is read every line on the museum pass carefully and make a good plan. An Qingju and An Chuyu discovered that there are.

All museums are free all day on the first Sunday of every month. The Louvre closes at 10pm on Wednesdays and is free after 6pm. The Orsay Museum closes at 9pm on Thursdays and is free after 6pm.

4. "Fast Entry" channel

Museum pass holders can skip the lines at most museums and go straight to the "fast entry" lane. This is really great for those who go to the Louvre.

However, An Qingju and An Chuyu have proven that there are two very popular attractions that do not offer any special treatment to pass holders. The Palace of Versailles and Notre Dame de Paris. It's so annoying! During the peak tourist season in summer, these two places are packed with people, and the queues at each place take more than an hour. As a result, An Qingju and An Chuyu did not enter either of these two places.

We just arrived in Paris, so there is no rush. There is no car, so today we need to stretch our legs and see Paris with our eyes. Then we will buy a museum pass for Paris.

After buying rice from Huaguo City yesterday, I tried to cook it in an ordinary pot - no matter how complete the cooking utensils are, it is probably difficult to find an electric rice cooker in a French kitchen.

The pots in Europe have thick walls, the ratio of rice to water remains the same, and the lid is covered with a towel to prevent air leakage. Once the water is boiled, turn the heat down to a very low level (An Chuyu's kitchen is a high-power induction cooker, so it's actually set to "1") and simmer slowly. In half an hour, you can have a great pot of rice. Maybe it's because of the pot, there's not even the "rice crust" I saw when I was a kid.

So today's breakfast is. Fried rice with egg! After the meal, the two lazy bugs took a nap at home, it was so comfortable. An Chuyu's college classmate W's family also came to Paris to play, they left today. An Qingju and An Chuyu agreed to meet at the Luxembourg Gardens Children's Park. (To be continued...)
