1. If you want to sign up for a local tour group, it is best to contact them before 5:00. Although some small travel agencies can close at 6:00, the big travel agencies have to close at 5:00.
2. If you need to store your luggage, you can do so at a familiar travel agency, which is very safe.
3. The shuttle bus between Perth Airport and the city can only stop at hotels in Perth. It does not stop at other places, even if it is on the way. In addition, there are not many buses to pick up passengers in the city. Therefore, when Yunluo called to book a bus to pick up An Qingju and Yunluo in the morning, he could only take the bus departing from the city at 2:00 pm.
An Qingju and Yunluo's plane was to take off at 5:00. When they arrived at the airport at 2:35, the boarding procedures for their flight had not even started.
Therefore, if your residence or the place where you get on the bus is not far from Bus No. 37, you can take Bus No. 37, which runs about once an hour and costs only yuan, which is much cheaper than the airport bus.
4. There is free and unlimited supply of wine, coffee, tea and snacks on the boat from Fremantle town to Perth, but they start to collect them about 20 minutes in advance, so if you want to eat, you have to go early.
5. After passing through customs at Perth Airport, there was no hot water in the waiting area. If you wanted to buy hot water, it was 1 Australian dollar per cup! In order to fill up An Qingju and Yunluo's thermos cups, Yunluo spent 2 Australian dollars. In fact, An Qingju and Yunluo later found out that there was free hot water on Jetstar planes.
An Qingju and Yunluo thought that there was no such thing at the time, thinking that things on the plane were more expensive than on the ground, but that was not the case. The prices of things on the plane were basically the same as on the ground, and there was free hot water.
2. Buy bread in the town of Fremantel (very delicious bread): about RMB 30, 3. Tourist souvenirs (dolphin bracelet, black swan sculpture): AUD 7, about RMB 40. 4. Airport drinks (large cup of chocolate + 2 cups of hot water AUD 1*2): about RMB 43
5. Perth-Adelaidee Jetstar flight: (=169*two people + 8.5*two people booking service fee + 20.5*2 (40kg luggage allowance), about RMB 3223.
6. Adelaide Airport - Hotel in the city center (about 6 km): el (Ambassador Hotel), 2 nights including breakfast: RMB
8. In the evening, I went to Chinatown in Adelaide to buy dinner (beef noodles and Tom Yum noodles aud12):, about RMB 122.
Sightseeing: City tour by car (without getting off the car. When Yunluo first looked at their website, he thought it was a tour by getting off the car. But after contacting them by email, he found out it was just a tour by car): Pass by Victoria Square (the center of the city), the observation deck on St Frances, enjoy the famous scenery of the Adelaide Hills, overlook the Adelaide city and the bay near the city, and arrive at the town of Hahndorf, the earliest German immigrant settlement in Australia.
Stay in the town for about 2 hours. Yunluo and Anqingju can fully enjoy the beauty of this small town full of German rural atmosphere far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and have afternoon tea (including a drink - coffee or tea, a piece of cake - you can choose from multiple varieties of cakes) in a famous local German pub -el.
Price: AUD 68 per adult, AUD 34 per child, including lunch, car, tickets, guide and transfer.
Because of the time difference, when I woke up in the morning, it was already 9:40 in Adelaide local time (Adelaide is 1.5 hours ahead of Perth). I quickly washed up and went downstairs to have breakfast. I had breakfast in the cafe on the ground floor, which was completely decorated like the living room of a British country villa, and there was a working fireplace:
This is the Adelaide Tourism Information Center located at the intersection north of the hotel where Yunluo and An Qingjue are staying. Because they have to catch the 12:20 The Ghan train tomorrow, Yunluo wants to ask how to get there by bus today. As a result, he learned that the bus runs about every half an hour.
And I had to inform the driver one stop in advance before I could get off at my stop, so I finally thought about it and decided to take a taxi, otherwise, if I missed the train, it would be terrible.
This is the largest Haigh's Chocolate & ES in downtown Adelaide, located at the junction of Rundle Mall and King William Street (this is the main street that runs through Adelaide from north to south. Yunluo and Anqingju Hotel are on this street, only 5 minutes' walk away). It is said that it is one of the few in the world that still directly makes cocoa beans from its own roasting. It has a long history. It was founded in 1915 and is now the fourth generation.
But it is very expensive. A small bag of a few frog-shaped chocolates costs about ten Australian dollars. This is the interior view of the store. The chocolates bought by Yunluo and An Qingjue are in the brown paper bag on the counter.
The boarding point for Yunluo and Anqingju's half-day tour of Adelaide is: Bus Center. Turn west at Flinders Street, and after passing King William Street, the street is renamed Franklin Street.
On Franklin Street, near the Adelaide Tourist Distribution Center, Yunluo saw a modern church. Seeing this church, he knew that the Adelaide Tourist Distribution Center was at the intersection west of the church, but Yunluo and An Qingjue didn't know it at the time.
We asked many people along the way. Although according to the address, it seemed that the tourist distribution center was just ahead. But we just couldn't find it. Later, we happened to meet a pair of local Chinese students (this IAL is actually just to the north of Huaguo City, across the street from Huaguo City.), who told Yunluo and An Qingjue that it was just ahead.
This is the interior of the Adelaide Tourism Distribution Center. There are many counters of local travel agencies in this hall (this photo was actually taken after Yunluo came back. It was late at night and everyone had gone off work, so there were not many people in the hall. In fact, it can’t be said that this place is bustling during the day, but there are still many people.
We boarded Yunluo and Anqingju's tour bus, and our first stop was along Kh tce.
This is Torrens Lake (or Torrens River) and King William & Re), but I didn't take a picture of it.
The German afternoon tea included a drink (coffee or tea) and a delicious cake for each person. Yunluo bought a beer separately. It was very cold that day and hail had just fallen. Yunluo and An Qingjue both felt a little uncomfortable in their stomachs and could not eat too much cold and greasy food, so they only ordered a small beer.
I went to Adelaide Chinatown to eat in the evening. After arriving in Adelaide last night, although it was windy and rainy, Yunluo still went to Chinatown to take out 2 bowls of noodles (beef noodles and Tom Yum noodles, aud12).
Especially the bowl of beef noodles was only 9.8 Australian dollars. But there were 6 or 7 big pieces of beef, and the beef soup in the noodles was also very delicious, so I specially went to eat it with my family today.
Because he was leaving Adelaide at noon the next day, Yunluo went to Hindley St that night, which was only a 5-minute walk from Yunluo and Anqingju Hotel (this street was the second cross street north of Yunluo and Anqingju Hotel). This street was the center of Adelaide's nightlife, and Yunluo was afraid that it was a red-light district.
So I didn't dare to bring a camera. Yunluo and An Qingju's hotel was too close to here, so the bar on the ground floor of the Yunluo and An Qingju hotel (the bar where Yunluo and An Qingju had breakfast) was also full of young girls in revealing clothes at night. Yunluo originally thought that they all did that kind of business.
There is no mistake in the poem, post, content, and read the book on 6, 9, and bar!
But after going out that night, I realized that it was not like that! This is what local young men and women wear when socializing at night. Even though it had just hailed that afternoon, it was even colder at night (and it rained a little later that night, which made Yunluo feel even colder). Yunluo put on all the clothes she had originally planned to wear at night in the desert of the Red Centre of Australia.
And they, especially the young girls, were all wearing revealing summer clothes, some even wearing belly-baring tops and super short shorts. This really surprised Yunluo. Anyone who saw girls dressed like this on a winter night for the first time would think they were doing that kind of work, but Yunluo saw
Men and women on the street gathered together, just like young people, except that every girl was wearing revealing clothes and the boys were not wearing much either, wearing summer and autumn outfits, so Yun Luo knew that this was their habit.
Maybe it was because of the venue, there was a long queue at the entrance of the disco, and people were only allowed in after some people came out. Yunluo did not take any photos that night.
I could only go to a disco on Hindley St (near King William Street) early the next morning to take some photos. This disco was in the basement, and you could see the lines drawn on the ground for queuing:
1. The time difference between Adelaide and Perth: According to the time zone map, Adelaide is one hour ahead of Perth, but in fact, it is on the northwest corner of Perth, so you should still go from Franklin Street. When you see clouds falling on the church seen in the previous picture, you will arrive at the intersection west of the church.
3. If you have an appetite, you should order a classic German barbecue meal in the tavern in the Hahand Inn in the town of Hahndorf. Unfortunately, the weather was freezing cold that day, and Yunluo and An Qingjue both felt uncomfortable in their stomachs, so they didn't dare to try this greasy food.
4. If you have time, you must go to Hindley St at night to feel the charm of Adelaide's nightlife, but don't think that the girls wearing revealing clothes there are doing shady business.
1. Haigh's Chocolate: AUD105, about RMB590
2. Adelaide highlights half-day tour: AUD&Y Summit I bought a 3D postcard with an Australian bird pattern at the store on the viewing platform: AUD 5.95, about RMB 33,439. (To be continued...)
