It's totally different from the boiled eggs you imagine. It's very chewy and has three different flavors. You can buy them together. If you can eat more eggs, Yunluo can probably eat ten! In short, the consumption of the whole building is to swipe the key and pay when you leave! I specifically asked the hotel front desk to call in advance to inquire whether I could bring children under 1 year old into the lobby.
Later I found that the lobby was not very hot, the temperature was very good, the point is that I can finally free my hands, well, other people must be very surprised, why there is a strange little thing crawling around. I finally tasted the so-called steam room must have rice wine, in fact, it is rice dew, no wine taste, ate two bottles, can not stop!
It's really delicious! In October, there is an annual fireworks show in Seoul. I originally wanted to go to Yeouido Hangang Park to watch it, but I gave up because of the weather and safety issues. If you happen to go to Seoul during the National Day, you can check the date of the fireworks festival in advance and arrange your itinerary. It's different every year. Local people especially like this kind of activities.
So there must be a lot of people at the fireworks scene, so be sure to keep warm and stay safe! Yunluo and An Chuyu went directly to the rooftop garden of Longshan Steam Room, where they could see clearly. Of course, it was still a little cold to wear a sauna suit. There was also a restaurant on the top floor, with reasonable prices and hamburgers.
But it was basically occupied by young couples. Yunluo really felt that Seoul seemed to be full of sweet couples! Finally, you just need to swipe your key to check out. The later it gets, the more people there are. They are already queuing to enter. It can be seen that there are many people staying overnight. Yongsan Station is also a very large station with many line entrances. If you don’t ask for directions, you can’t find the subway entrance back.
So everyone should pay special attention! Because they have no need to buy brand names or have plastic surgery, Yunluo and An Chuyu decisively gave up the wealthy areas of Apgujeong and other places, and went to the legendary beautiful boulevard. Boulevard refers to a street 300 meters before Exit 8 of Xinsha (??) Station on Subway Line 3. This street is about 700 meters long, with green leaves and colorful fallen leaves in autumn.
A very bourgeois Korean-style street. There is a flagship store of Baijiahao right after the subway station. The styles are generally good and the prices are much better than those in China. After Baijiahao, you will reach the entrance of Linyin Road. I saw schoolfood with good reputation on the Internet and decided to go there! I must recommend this store. First of all, the environment is great.
There is a Chinese menu but no Chinese service. After a short wait, I ordered cheese rice cake (pay special attention to the spicy hint on the menu). This is no longer the hell fried rice cake, but it is still super spicy. The egg rice roll and fish cake udon are ordered for the baby. The rice roll is average, the udon soup is not bad, but the best thing is the fried chicken salad!
Then one day I really wanted to eat this fried chicken, and the next day I saw a branch of schoolfood in Hong Kong. The taste was not as good, and the portion was not enough. Yunluo and Anchuyu were basically not full, but overall, schoolfood in Seoul is still very delicious and worth going to. The menu price is between 5000-8000, which is very reasonable.
It is cheap in Seoul. The last thing you must try is this big glass jar of drink, green pineapple flavor, it is so delicious! It is available on every table. It is really delicious and not expensive! The whole Sinsadong Boulevard is very fun to visit, in addition to a few larger brand flagship stores. The small shop is also a local brand chain, not expensive, good looking and not crowded.
There are even fewer people in the cosmetics store, and the service is very thoughtful, so there is no need to go to Myeongdong to grab it. Yunluo bought a highly moisturizing set from Kiehl's here. Yunluo didn't like the sample that came with it, so she asked the Chinese clerk to ask the store manager to replace it with what Yunluo wanted. It means that you can get whatever you want! You can also get tax refunds at the airport, which is cheaper than anywhere else!
The items in the duty-free shop on board are even cheaper! Lu Xinyuan's doll shop is in the alley of the Boulevard, which is quite obvious and easy to find! The Boulevard is very short, and it is super pleasant to shop and walk around. Yunluo and An Chuyu still transferred to join the crowd in Myeongdong. In addition to shopping, the biggest attraction of Myeongdong is the various stalls on the street.
Fried rice cakes, fish cakes, tornado potatoes, egg cakes, sugar cakes, grilled sausages, grilled squid, noodles with soybean paste, waffles, and many other kinds. Most snacks are 3,000 each. At 4 o'clock, all the snack stalls are out. Regarding the popular Myeongdong food map on the Internet, I really think it is unnecessary and not completely accurate. Myeongdong is not as big as everyone imagines.
Eat it when you see it, and eat it after you finish it. The tornado potatoes are better than you thought. The waffle ice cream is delicious but a little greasy. What I like most is the sausage stuffed with fish cakes or other cakes, big hot dogs, etc. I have to order a bunch every night at the Dongdaemun night market. It is super delicious with yellow mustard! Apart from cosmetics, there is really nothing special to visit in Myeongdong.
Several sporting goods stores were crowded with Chinese tourists buying 574. I took a look at the price, which was about the same as in Hong Kong and Macau. Yunluo thought, it's really hard to carry, isn't it? So Yunluo's best advice to everyone is to eat! Just go shopping and stroll around. There is no need to make any strategy! It's much smaller than you think. There are delicious food shops in various alleys.
Don't be obsessed with gifts in cosmetics stores, just buy what you like and need, because the next branch may not have it in stock! In the end, Yunluo and An Chuyu took a taxi back to the hotel to rest for a while. On the last night, they went to Dongdaemun. Any store with many locals has delicious food. The following is a collection of fried dumplings.
The spicy noodles cost RMB60, which were more like dry cold noodles with vinegar flavor. The dumpling soup was for eating, and the dumplings were really as big as the legend says! The cold noodles were really delicious, and I had to complain about Halla Mountain. Hmm? Why are all the pictures of food? I must forgive Yunluo! The parent-child tour was so busy eating that I didn't take many pictures of the scenery.
Yunluo decided to add more pictures! So Lotte World is a must-go project. There aren't many people there. You can book tickets on Ctrip and Taobao. Relatively speaking, Taobao's prices are more cost-effective. One-day passes are around 200, with little difference. You can see the following building after exiting Jamsil Station No. 3 on Subway Line 3 or 8.
Turn right again and you will find the place to exchange your voucher for tickets. If you have a cash ticket, there is a door in the subway station that allows you to enter the park directly. Lotte World is divided into two areas: indoor and outdoor. There is a very clear Chinese map with marked paid and free items. The performances and parades every hour are all indoors. Some amusement rides are outdoors.
There are also some large ones that are interconnected inside and outside. The indoor entertainment has a strong foreign style. There is a large lake outside and the surrounding environment is also super beautiful. The ice rink is on the third floor underground of Lotte World and is open all year round! Lotte World is the filming location for many Korean dramas. The currently popular "Hyde, Jekyll and Cloudfall" is also set in Lotte. The South Gate appears very frequently!
After entering the park from the south gate and reaching the indoor area, you can see the big stage. The performance schedule can be seen on the posters and the signboards next to it. There are large and small performances every once in a while. There are not many tourists during the day, and there are a lot of people entering in the evening. So you don’t need to reserve a seat in advance to watch the performance during the day, and every performance is quite exciting.
The night ticket price is cheaper than the one-day pass, so if you have a nighttime Rakuten itinerary, you can enter after 16:00. This girl looks so much like the Japanese girl that I couldn't help but take a sneak shot. There is a big parade of more than 200 people at 14:00 and 19:30 every day, similar to Disney, and very popular!
The soft playground is the best place for little ones to play in the indoor hall. All the facilities are made of soft materials, which is really lovely. It is a paradise for children to free their hands and climb and run around without fear. The carousel has a child safety belt and must be accompanied by a parent! You can't play a carousel without queuing anywhere else. I played here many times and had a lot of fun!
Basically, you don't need to queue for the entire indoor project, but I don't recommend going to the museum. It feels like you can't get out once you enter, and you just walk all the way to the dark. You can't go back or leave halfway. Halfway through, there are many simulated buildings and statues inside, but there is no tourist at all. Yunluo was so scared.
There is not much to see. Lotte World has cuisines from all over the world, distributed in different areas. The average price is about 10,000 yuan, which is very reasonable for a scenic spot in Seoul. I think it is much better than those in Disney and Ocean Park, and you don't have to queue up if you want to eat at a particular restaurant. The map is very clear.
But if there is no special demand, there are delicious snacks or restaurants everywhere. The price of snacks is around 5000. The only thing you need to queue up for is the roller coaster on the second floor, which is connected to the indoor and outdoor areas. Yunluo and An Chuyu had to wait for their father in the 3D painting exhibition hall. It was a pity that they didn't ride the hot air balloon. This kid cried as soon as he was put on it.
It's so fitting, the little one looks so pitiful. As soon as you leave the outdoor pavilion, you can see the super dreamy castles, the opening of "Hyde, Jekyll and Cloudfall"! It was getting dark when we got outside, and there were more people. Many students can actually see a very beautiful lake park during the day, and there are swans and so on. The most crowded and fun thing outdoors is the new high-altitude landing.
His dad was a little silly and played it wrong. The older player said, "Why isn't it scary at all?" Finally, Yunluo and An Chuyu took a small train to tour the indoor and outdoor areas. They went out of the north gate and turned left to reach Lotte Mart. If you need to go to a duty-free shop, you can go there. There are fewer people than in Myeongdong, and popular products are not easily out of stock! But Yunluo got everything online.
So I went straight to the supermarket. Most of the things in Lotte Mart are more expensive than those in the community supermarket near the hotel. I think the consumption level in Korea is really quite high. However, Lotte Mart provides tax refund and free packaging services. You can pack the things you buy here directly! It is quite convenient if you have a lot of stock! There are also fewer people than Lotte Mart in the city.
In response to the needs of my clients, I wanted to take advantage of this trip to learn about the clothing supply in Dongdaemun, South Korea. Before departure, I looked up a lot of information but couldn't find a particularly pertinent and detailed guide, so I chose a hotel in Dongdaemun to facilitate evening activities. I wanted to visit the entire place, and ended up staying there for five nights, rushing back every night.
One night I even pushed a cart (amazing), I was really hardworking! This post only represents my personal thoughts and suggestions, please don’t criticize if you don’t like it. I just hope to provide some reference information for friends who go to Seoul to buy clothes and purchase goods. Please don’t reprint it at will, otherwise you will be held accountable! Most of the online guide posts only post the types of business in various shopping malls in Dongdaemun.
There is no detailed introduction or evaluation. Yunluo mainly introduces the shopping malls in the five areas of abcde in the above picture. Taking the Dongdaemun Design Plaza in the above picture as the boundary, the Douta, Merile, HelloAPM, and LotteFitin on the left are all retail malls. U:US, APM, Nuzzon, etc. on the right are the hottest wholesale malls at night (closed during the day and Saturday night).
a: The most famous and well-decorated mall in Dongdaemun, Doota, each floor is small, but the prices are not low. There is a small food court and cafe upstairs, most of the people are tourists, few locals, but still different from domestic malls, each store is a private store, the facade has its own style. Most of them are run by the owners themselves, and there are many repeated styles.
However, the quality and price are different. Although there are some brand stores, most of them are no-brand or self-brand stores. To put it bluntly, half of them are brand stores, and most of them are miscellaneous clothing stores. And all the styles in miscellaneous clothing stores are basically available in wholesale malls open at night.
There is no mistake in the poem, post, content, and read the book on 6, 9, and bar!
Although the price is slightly higher than other shopping malls, it is much more reasonable than those scary prices in China. The design and price of men's clothing downstairs are still good. The men's clothing market in Dongdaemun is much inferior to women's clothing, so if you see something you like or it is suitable, you can buy it directly. After all, most wholesale markets require a minimum purchase of 2 pieces.
As for children's clothing, there is a children's clothing wholesale mall in area e in the picture above, but the minimum order for children's clothing is not 2 pieces, but a whole lot (usually 5, 6 or even 11 pieces), so if you want to buy children's clothing in Dongdaemun, there is almost only one choice, Douta. It is a little expensive, but the styles are beautiful and trendy. In addition to Dongdaemun, there is an area in Namdaemun that focuses on children's clothing, which is relatively cheap.
You can also buy it in retail. If you don't like women's clothing very much, it's best to compare prices from different stores. As mentioned above, there are many repeated styles and the quality of the materials varies greatly. If your schedule is tight, just buy whatever you want. Except for those with particularly good materials, the price is no more than 500 or 600 yuan, which is cheaper than the discounted prices of domestic brands. c:lottefitin is a newly renovated retail mall under Lotte.
There are many specialty stores of brands such as Little Bear. There are many promotional activities for Chinese tourists, so its popularity is gradually surpassing that of Douta. There are more trendy brands, the clothes are more fashionable and eye-catching, the prices are reasonable, and the mall has unified management and charges. It is the only retail mall worth visiting in Zuopian besides Douta. Helloapm and Merilai in the middle are both medium and low-end.
I really don't like it. Most of the people who buy cheap goods in Meililai are locals. But for the same quality, the prices of Shangxiajiu in Qipu Road, Sihai City, and Zoo in Beijing may not be that high, because more than half of them are made in China. b:u:us is the most popular wholesale mall. The clothing is above average. If you only have time to visit one mall.
That's it! There weren't many people at 8 or 9 o'clock, but by 11 o'clock, there were already mountains of goods at the door. There were various logistics stations downstairs, and the names of the buyers were written on the bags, with a lot of Chinese characters. The girls at Dongdaemun Korean Dai worked hard, so please don't bargain with them anymore, it's really not easy. Almost all shops are cash transactions.
The minimum order is 2 pieces, and you can choose the color and size. You don't need 2 identical pieces, so it's a good idea to share an order with friends or give it as a gift. The mall looks big, and you can actually visit everything in a short stroll. Unlike domestic wholesale markets, there are fewer identical and repeated styles. If you see something you like, it's best to remember the store's location.
As for the price, there are no price tags at all. You can ask the clerk directly. Sometimes they will proactively tell you the price and how many colors there are. They will not quote different prices just because you think you are buying wholesale or not. Their time is very precious and they will not waste time on bargaining. So there is no need to haggle. Whatever you say is what it is.
Most of the store clerks can speak simple Chinese and English, and there are occasionally Chinese clerks, so communication is not a problem. The basic English words used are size and color. As long as you can understand their poor English pronunciation, you can almost understand what they mean, so there is no need to worry. The goods purchased by customers are placed at the door of each store, and the bags have names on them.
If you buy a lot, you can leave it in the store and pick it up later, or arrange for a cooperative logistics guy to pick it up for you at the designated store. You can see that many girls who buy on behalf of others are walking around in the store with a notebook in hand, recording everything. It is really hard to stay up all night. d:apmapm has two buildings, one for women's clothing and the other for men's clothing. The ones with better business still have a minimum order of 2 pieces.
The business is average. They can actually sell single items and provide try-ons. The men's clothing building is not very popular, the quality is also average, and there are many similar styles. The women's clothing is slightly inferior to u:us, and the price is a little cheaper, but there are many branches of the same brand or the same owner as u:us in the building, and the quotes are exactly the same. APM women's clothing is on the basement floor.
There are also wholesale jewelry, which are more expensive, mostly made in Korea, and the cheaper ones are made in China. So the advantage of apm over u:us is that some items can be purchased individually, and although the stalls are a bit crowded, there are fewer people than u:us, and the clerks at u:us are very busy, and the service is quick and decisive.
Nuzzon, between area B and D, has a lot of goods outside, but most of them are Korean customers, and there are very few Chinese purchasing agents, because the clothes inside are of low quality, most of them are made in China, but there are some pretty Korean maternity clothes wholesale on the first floor of the basement, those who are in this business can go and have a look, it is relatively concentrated. (To be continued...)
