Chapter 26 Look at the handsome guy

Qi Nuan, who was still angry with her sister, wanted to ask another question, but when she looked up, she found that her young master Lu had fallen asleep leaning against the chair.

His eyelids were motionless, as still as a perfect statue without breathing.

Perhaps in order to sleep more comfortably, he unbuttoned two more buttons on his chest, and some colorful lines could be vaguely seen.

Qi Nuan remembered that day in the villa, she saw a colorful tattoo on his left chest extending to the back of his shoulder.

Because the lines are discontinuous and don't seem to be intentional.

She guessed that Lu Yin might have gotten the tattoo when he was a gangster before he returned to the Lu family.

That is why the pattern is stretched and deformed and loses its original appearance as age and body size increase.

At this moment, Qi Nuan stared at his exposed chest and felt that those faintly visible lines revealed some sexiness.

"What are you looking at?"

When she thought the man was sleeping, he suddenly made a sound and scared her.

Glancing at his still closed eyes, Qi Nuan was certain that he was simply acutely aware of the sight.

"Look at the handsome guy!"

Lu Yin opened his eyes and frowned: "Now you are trying to please me, what else do you want?"

However, Qi Nuan still knows how to read people's expressions.

Shaking her head, she gave a thumbs-up and smiled as sincerely as possible: "Absolutely true, my husband has a great figure, it's worth admiring."

Lu Yin stared at her for a moment, with an expression as if he wanted to say "stop it" to her.

"It's so great, but I didn't see you take a second look at it."

He muttered something, but his frown relaxed and he continued to close his eyes.

"No need to be sneaky. You can see the whole thing if you want, or even touch it if you want, but I can only satisfy you after we get home."

If you want her to shut up, just say it.

Qi Nuan quickly turned her face away, using the bright lights rising from the window to dissipate the heat on her face.

After receiving Qi Zhangkai, Liu Cheng gave him a bunch of precautions and dietary requirements as usual, and Qi Nuan took careful notes.

Before leaving, he gave two adults a piece of advice: if possible, try to let little Zhang Kai spend more time with the elderly and children, who are gentler than them, and don't let him develop a mental illness at such a young age.

Qi Nuan thanked Dr. Liu again. She also noticed that Qi Zhangkai was more sensitive than his peers of the same age. He even paid special attention to the atmosphere and read people's expressions like an adult who had been in society for a long time.

But my grandmother didn't relax her strictness just because she was old.

Qi Meng has such a carefree personality that she is very afraid of her grandmother. She really doesn't dare to send the little guy to her grandmother to raise easily.

"Bear with it a little longer, and you can eat when you get there."

What Lu Yin said to little Zhang Kai brought Qi Nuan back to his senses.

She looked around and realized that the route they took was not the one they usually took to go home.

"Where are we going? Are we eating out today?"

Lu Yin glanced at her and said, "I'll take you to meet someone and have dinner together."

In response to her look asking "Who do you want to meet?", Lu Yin did not answer.

The car quickly drove into the gate of a large manor. Qi Nuan recognized that this was the Lu family's old house.

After passing through the woods, bypassing the garden, and driving on a narrow gravel road up the mountain for a while, the car finally stopped.

A "click" sound happened to come in through the half-open window on Qi Nuan's side.

Qi Nuan also remembered that Grandpa Lu’s first wife was from an ethnic minority. There was a spring in the yard where he lived, and her favorite bamboo shoots were specially placed next to it to draw water to the pond in the garden outside the yard.

The crisp clicking sound is the sound of the bamboos by the pond swaying in the water and hitting the rocks.

Qi Zhangkai was carried out of the car by Zhao Yu who opened the door. He looked around curiously and asked Lu Yin, "Uncle, are we there yet?"

Lu Yin took his little hand and held it, motioning Zhao Yu to open the door for Qi Nuan.

"See that house over there? After you go in and say hello, you can have dinner."

Lu Yin pointed to the quaint Chinese courtyard not far ahead and explained to the little guy.

Qi Nuan didn't ask Special Assistant Zhao to open the car door for her.

She was no longer so delicate and got out of the car first. When her high heels stepped on the gravel road, she unconsciously let out a light cry and frowned.

Fortunately, someone from the Lu family was able to drive up directly, otherwise this gravel road up the mountain would have ruined her inappropriate high heels.

Now there was only a short distance left before entering the yard, and she could still walk it with difficulty.

Special Assistant Zhao closed the car door for the boss and his wife, and waited by a nearby pool while enjoying the night view.

Lu Yin held Qi Zhangkai with one hand and raised his arm with the other.

Qi Nuan glanced at him in the light of the garden, and this time she didn't hesitate to help him up.

The Lu family's old house is a very exquisite five-courtyard quadrangle.

The two, one big and one small, were led by Lu Yin, walking around the screen wall, the screen door, and the hanging flower door, turning left and right and entering the main courtyard in the fourth courtyard.

Qi Nuan walked and observed. In this ancient house, apart from the fact that the electric lanterns were replaced with vertical pole-shaped street lamps with a wider lighting range, there was basically no change in other places.

"It's finally here."

Aunt Ji Hong, the kind-looking cook, came to greet us. She was still as plump as ever.

"It's been a while since I last visited you. Thank you for your hard work."

Lu Yin changed his cold attitude and greeted her with a smile.

"It's not hard, it's not hard. Welcome back, Master."

Ji Hong smiled warmly. After returning the greeting to Lu Yin, she immediately greeted Qi Nuan: "Hello, Miss Qi. Long time no see."

Qi Nuan was not surprised that the Lu family's cook still remembered her, and she quickly returned the greeting. At the same time, she bent down and pulled Qi Zhangkai over, asking him to say "Hello, Grandma Hong".

Ji Hong was very happy and liked the two people who came back with the eldest young master even more.

"Is Grandpa in the study?"

Lu Yin looked towards the lighted study and asked Aunt Ji Hong.

"Yes, the master has been waiting for you for a while. Go quickly. Dinner will be served when you come out."

Nodding to the cook again, Lu Yin gestured for Qi Nuan and Qi Zhangkai to go over together.

When they reached the door, the bodyguard standing outside opened it for them.

Lu Yin took off his shoes in the corridor and walked in.

Qi Nuan and Qi Zhangkai followed suit and entered the study.

As soon as he entered the house, he felt the floor beneath his feet emitting just the right warmth. Qi Nuan guessed that they might have turned on the floor heating because they were worried that the old man would feel cold.

The three of them walked around the screen into the inner room and saw the old man sitting at the desk.

Grandpa Lu was dressed more casually than when Qi Nuan saw him at the group celebration night, and he looked very energetic.

As soon as he saw people coming, he waved with a stern face, asking the three people to come closer.

Lu Yin smiled at the old man who was pretending to be angry: "Grandpa, I haven't seen you for a few days. Are you still as happy as before?"

"What a joke, you little bastard. Once you go out, you never come back. You don't miss an old man like me at all."
