Chapter 195 Old Wife

A patrol of soldiers was conducting their routine inspection of the area around the sacred mountain when they suddenly heard a lot of footsteps and then saw many familiar faces.

"Nugalen?"

Weren't they going to gather information?

"Why are so many people missing?" a soldier asked, his eyes wide.

"They're in such a panic, they must have encountered a powerful enemy and run back."

"Let's go take a look," said a squad leader.

Fifty men instantly drew their swords and ran over.

"Ah, Kirk, God of Angels, I'm finally back!" a dust-covered soldier cried weakly, collapsing to the ground.

“Fitch, quick, take us to see the God-King, we have important news to report,” a burly man said, his voice very hoarse.

Hamilton?

I see.

"Hurry up and help the rest of the brothers to rest," the squad leader shouted.

He then carried Hamilton on his back and headed up the mountainside.

A soldier took out a bottle filled with green liquid and handed it to the dust-covered Maren, saying with a sigh, "Even the captain looks like this, Maren, what have you been through?"

"Ah, holy water, give it to me quickly." Maren took the bottle as soon as he saw it.

He gulped it down in one go.

"Damn it, I only let you have a sip, how did you drink it all?"

"This is my harvest of half a month," the soldier said, shaking his head.

"Cough cough, Nelson, I'll make it up to you next month," Maren said, feeling dizzy.

"Damn it, tell me what happened, or I'll cut you up," Nelson said, gripping his greatsword.

Startled, Maren quickly cleared his throat, about to speak.

With a bang.

A figure in golden armor landed on the ground; it was the squad leader who had just come up the mountain.

He grabbed Malen by the neck and dashed off again.

Nelson's face twitched at the sight.

Captain, are you afraid he won't die...?

"Honestly, Hamilton is unreliable. He's in such a hurry even though he doesn't know it's important intelligence," Nelson muttered discontentedly, increasing his speed again until he was almost a blur.

Maren: Captain, could you please let go of my hand...?

Hamilton, abandoned at the foot of some mountain: Be grateful, even your own captain has disappeared...

...

Inside the main hall.

A tall figure wearing a crown and golden armor stood there, his brows furrowed, seemingly deep in thought.

“Your Majesty, with Grandmother in charge, the Divine Realm is safe. We only need to gather information; there’s no need to be so serious,” a beautiful blonde woman with blue eyes said, clinging to his arm.

“Hera, you are right, but I still feel uneasy, as if something is about to happen,” Zeus said, holding her small hand.

My mind was instantly stirred, and my eyes involuntarily swept over there.

She was wearing a light blue off-shoulder dress, her blonde hair casually draped down her back, revealing her fair shoulders.

"What's wrong, Your Majesty the God-King?" Hera asked sweetly, her elegant face lightly made up, her sexy and charming red lips moving up and down.

Zeus swallowed hard at the sight.

Yes, his empress was also a top beauty back then, but after sixty years, she's become a bit tiresome.

But that doesn't stop him from trying it occasionally.

"Haha, that's true. I should relax." Zeus laughed loudly.

He picked up the beauty in front of him and carried her to the throne of the god-king.

Hera's red lips curved slightly upward as she languidly reclined on the regal throne, tossing aside a ribbon with her small hand, causing her pale blue dress to instantly slip down to either side...
