As I thought about it, my eyes welled up with tears, but I managed to suppress them.
"Miss Xue'er, I was rude," Gu Yan said, suppressing his thoughts.
Mu Xue'er blushed and said, "It was Xue'er who shouldn't have stopped suddenly."
My heart was filled with surprise and doubt. How could it be so astonishing? And so tough? Could my mother and I handle it?
She walked forward with small steps, her body trembling slightly.
Reading this ancient romance makes me want to pin this little white rabbit to the ground and ravage it.
He simply closed his eyes to see what this pretty girl was going to do with him.
Before long, they arrived at a place with beautiful mountains and clear waters, where there was no sunlight.
Mu Xue'er sat on the rock, her pretty face still slightly flushed, thankfully covered by her veil.
Gu Yan sat on a stone stool, looking at the curve pressed down by the stone, and shouted in his heart, "Come at me if you dare!"
"Young Master Gu, could you please give Xue'er a bottle of pills to take a look?" Mu Xue'er asked, wanting to confirm it herself.
"This bottle of Qi-Nourishing Pills is for you, young lady." Gu Yan walked to the side and handed over a bottle of Qi-Nourishing Pills of good quality.
After Mu Xue'er took the bottle, her ears turned slightly red. How could someone so blatantly take advantage of her?
He then took a small sniff, and his eyes immediately lit up.
It's you, no doubt about it. She's determined to bring this golden turtle back.
"Miss Xue'er, is she alright?" Gu Yan asked.
Mu Xue'er suddenly stood up, looked at Gu Yan and said, "If you really need century-old herbs, my Medicine King Valley has plenty. We can make a long-term deal."
Gu Yan looked at the somewhat serious woman, and gently blew a breeze from his palm, just enough to blow away the veil.
That flawless, exquisitely beautiful face was displayed before him without any concealment.
"Ah." Mu Xue'er suddenly grabbed the disobedient veil, quite angry. This veil was making it impossible for her to maintain her mystery.
"Ahem, I haven't been to Medicine King Valley yet, this deal won't be easy," Gu Yan said leisurely.
"When it's time to go back, you can go with Xue'er, young master," Mu Xue'er said, blushing.
Thinking to herself, "I've already said all this, don't you understand how much we want your body?"
“Then I shall accept your kind offer. Consider this a small gift as our first meeting,” Gu Yan said, then took out a large bottle.
Mu Xue'er took it and smelled it, which immediately invigorated her.
He was certain that even her mother couldn't refine it.
"Young Master, how did you refine this? Could you tell Xue'er?" Mu Xue'er asked softly, unsure if she would reveal such a secret.
“Hehe, easy.” Gu Yan finished speaking.
With a bang, a golden fireball appeared in his hand, and he threw all the low-level herbs from his bag into it.
A crackling sound.
Mu Xue'er was so frightened that she took a few steps back, then stared at Gu Yan with wide eyes in great surprise.
She had never even heard of such a method of starting a fire out of thin air. She was determined to bring Gu Yan back, even if it meant sacrificing herself here.
Just as her thoughts were racing, she smelled a faint fragrance, and she knew that the impurities had been removed.
The speed and quality made her swallow hard, and the way she looked at Gu Yan was like a wolf eyeing a little lamb.
Gu Yan was so frightened that he trembled slightly.
He had seen that look before; it was the same look his maids gave him.
Is my charm really that great?
He naturally had no idea that Mu Xue'er was stunned by this divine skill with fire.
Within minutes, a ball of extremely pure medicinal liquid floated in the air, which he collected into a bottle.
"Miss Xue'er, have you learned it?" Gu Yan asked, thinking it shouldn't be too difficult.
"Young master, what is this called?" Mu Xue'er asked, suppressing her curiosity.
"The flames of alchemy, don't you know how to refine pills?" Gu Yan looked at the blushing beauty with curiosity. This shouldn't be the case.
"Hmph, you, you dare to laugh at me!" Mu Xue'er said, her pretty face flushed red.
“Let me demonstrate again, watch carefully,” Gu Yan said.
Then he threw out dozens more herbs and began refining them again.
Mu Xue'er stared wide-eyed, not understanding how the flames appeared.
Just as she was wondering, pills appeared in Gu Yan's hand.
Moreover, the quality was excellent, much better than the pills she refined; she felt it was comparable to her mother's.
But it takes her mother half a day, several hours, to do it.
In just a few minutes, the man had finished refining it.
"Young master, are you currently engaged?" Mu Xue'er asked sweetly, clinging to Gu Yan's arm.
"Um, we're not married yet," Gu Yan said, snuggling closer. "This is so soft... ah..."
"What do you think of Xue'er?" Mu Xue'er asked, blushing.
No matter what methods are used, this person must return to Medicine King Valley with him.
"Ah, is that even a question? Miss Xue'er is naturally a beauty of unparalleled grace," Gu Yan said, holding a soft, boneless little hand.
"Then how about you come back to Medicine King Valley with me? There will be plenty of century-old medicinal herbs there," Mu Xue'er said, her little hand wrapping around Gu Yan's arm.
“Yes, I couldn’t be happier,” Gu Yan said without hesitation.
Just then, an old woman suddenly appeared. She was startled by the scene, and after taking a second look at Gu Yan, she realized that he was a stranger and definitely not from a major sect.
