0107 Bad Guys
The next day, Jiang Jifan woke up in the afternoon.
Realizing she was completely naked under the covers, she was startled. If she hadn't opened her eyes and seen the familiar surroundings, she would have almost thought she had been drunk and had sex with someone.
She felt weak all over and struggled to sit up in bed.
Jiang Jifan groaned in pain, his head throbbing as if it were being pricked with needles. He clutched his head with both hands and buried his face in the blanket, trying to relieve the pain.
Just then, Tantai Qing pushed the door open and came in. Seeing that she was awake, he came over and helped her up. "What's wrong?"
"Headache..." she said softly, her brows furrowed, as she leaned on his shoulder.
"After drinking so much last night, it's no wonder it hurts," Tantai Qing thought to himself, but said nothing on the surface. He held her naked body in his arms and gently massaged her temples with his fingers.
Are you feeling any better?
She gave a muffled reply.
"I made you some hangover soup. Drink some later, it should help."
"Mmm." Jiang Jifan hugged him, snuggling against him affectionately, and said in a slightly hoarse voice, "Thank you, Taiqing."
She was so docile that it was impossible to be angry with her, despite some unpleasant things that happened last night.
"By the way, how did I get home last night?"
"I brought you back to someone else's house."
"Someone else's house? Who is it?" She subconsciously thought it was Chen Xun and her group.
Tantai Qing looked at her, his face unreadable, and said indifferently, "That intern from your company, surnamed Xu."
Jiang Jifan was taken aback, and immediately frowned.
Why would she be staying at his house?

Since he wouldn't tell her, she decided to guess.
"Taiqing, what are you worried about?"

Although he didn't consider that kid to be a "bad guy" yet, he was pretty close.

She didn't know what had happened between Tantai Qing and Xu Zhengyan when Tantai Qing picked her up last night.
But her intuition told her that it couldn't be anything good.

He said yes.
She realized something and her face turned pale instantly.

"But I feel a little uncomfortable down there..." she said softly, staring blankly at him, her hands unconsciously gripping the blanket tighter.
Tantai Qing chuckled softly upon hearing this, patted her head, and reminded her, "You forgot, we were in the bathroom last night..."
He recounted the intimate scene between the two of them last night. As Jiang Jifan gradually recalled it, she became extremely embarrassed, bit her lip, and slapped him, saying as if she had just been scared, "You scared me to death!"
She knew it! How could Xu Zhengyan be that kind of hypocritical person?

Tantai Qing gently stroked her face, "I was really worried about you last night."

Although Xu Zhengyan posed no threat to her, she still felt a little scared thinking about being in a room with another man while she was drunk and unconscious last night.

"What are you laughing at?" she asked, puzzled.
The man then leaned close to her ear and whispered.
The sounds of "stick" and "poke" are vaguely revealed.
Jiang Jifan initially denied it, but seeing his seemingly genuine expression, she blushed and suddenly buried her head in the pillow, pretending to be dead.
"Do you remember now?" Tantai Qing stroked her smooth shoulder with a half-smile.
"I didn't say that!" She was determined to deny it to the death.
He gently tugged at her flushed earlobe, not forcing her to admit it, his voice trailing off with a hint of amusement: "Okay, then I'll remember to record next time."
"Don't record!" Jiang Jifan jumped up suddenly, covered him with the blanket, and then took the opportunity to escape to the bathroom.
Tantai Qing pulled the blanket off her head, looked at the tightly closed bathroom door, and shook her head with a smile.
