0139 Disturbance
Yao Man called Jiang Jifan and said that a male friend of Jiang Jiping had been frequently coming to their house to cause trouble in the past few days. She also said that the man was mentally unstable and acted crazy, and kept saying that Jiang Jiping still owed him something.

Intermittent groans of pain came from the phone, as if the other person was enduring some immense suffering.
Tan Gaolang rolled around on the ground, desperately clutching his phone in front of him as if seeking help, and mumbled a few words.
Jiang Jifan even turned on the speakerphone, but she still couldn't hear what he was saying. She frowned, starting to get impatient, and said in a cold voice, "Tan Gaolang, what are you saying?"
"Calm down before answering my question."
After a long while, the person on the other end of the phone seemed to have finally calmed down from the excruciating pain, and breathed heavily as they uttered a short sentence with a slightly trembling voice.
Upon hearing those words clearly, Jiang Jifan suddenly froze.
"Quick, quick! Help me find him! I'm going to die, I'm really going to die! Please! Please!" His desperate screams, as if he had nowhere to turn, came through the phone, piercing her eardrums.
Jiang Jifan was so frightened that he took the phone away as if he had seen a ghost. He dared not listen anymore and immediately hung up the phone with trembling hands.
She stood there, clutching her phone tightly, her eyes trembling, her face filled with disbelief.

She immediately called him several more times, but the calls never went through; the phone was switched off.
Jiang Jifan paced back and forth in the room several times in frustration. After thinking it over again and again, he decided to instruct Yao Man first.
"Mom, you and my sister-in-law should try to stay home as much as possible these next few days, especially if Tan Gaolang comes again..."
She paused for a moment, closed her eyes, and said in a strained voice, "If he causes trouble again, call the police immediately."
Yao Man agreed.
