◎A large white cat throwing a tantrum◎
"Looks like going out with Yuta makes you happy?" Gojo Satoru put down his comic book and said.
Gojo Satoru crossed his right leg over his left and sat on a chair in Yuuki Matsuna's dormitory.
“Of course, this is going out with Yuta!” Yuuki Matsuna closed the door behind her.
She suddenly remembered something important.
Yuuki Matsuna stood in front of Gojo Satoru, put her hands on her hips, and said, "Teacher, why are you barging into my dorm again!"
Gojo Satoru seemed to have developed a strong interest in Yuuki Matsuna's manga. He continued flipping through the book and casually replied, "What's wrong? Yuuki won't let the teacher into your dorm?"
"The teacher is a man, and I am a girl. Doesn't the teacher know that there is a difference between men and women? I am a girl, and your entering my room like this will cause misunderstandings!"
She snatched the comic book and said, "Also, teacher, don't touch other people's things without permission. If you want to read comic books, go buy them yourself. Don't you even know that?"
Gojo Satoru narrowed his eyes, rested his chin on one hand, and said, "Yuki, something seems off about you."
"You should be very happy that others misunderstand your relationship with the teacher, so why are you reacting like this today?"
Yuuki Matsuna, caught off guard, paused for a moment, but quickly recovered and retorted, "No way! I like you, teacher, but I want a real boyfriend-girlfriend relationship with you, not a misunderstanding. Do you even understand that, teacher?!"
"Your acting is a bit clumsy," Gojo Satoru bluntly pointed out.
He suddenly stood up, leaned down and looked Yuki Matsuna in the eye. Because he felt guilty, Yuki Matsuna's eyes darted away.
Matsuna Yuuki took a few steps back, saying in a panic, "What are you saying, teacher? I wasn't acting!"
"Hmm..." Gojo Satoru seemed to be thinking about something. He suddenly chuckled and said, "Yuki, are you neglecting someone you like because of someone else? Teacher is so sad."
"Let me think, who could it be that made Yuuki willing to drive away such a beloved teacher?"
Gojo Satoru grabbed Yuuki Matsuna's arm and said the names one by one with a smile: "Is it Megumi? It shouldn't be, Yuuki doesn't seem to have talked to Megumi at all these past two days."
"Is that a dog roll? It doesn't seem like it, but it's not impossible."
Gojo Satoru paused for a moment, then said, "But the most likely culprit is still Etotsu, right? Yuuki clearly wanted to go on a date with Sensei alone when he went out today, but when he came back he wanted to kick Sensei out. It can only be because of Etotsu, right?"
That's absolutely right.
Yuuki Matsuna tried to bluff her way out of it: "T-Teacher, what are you talking about? I don't understand at all."
But Gojo Satoru didn't expect her answer either. He speculated on his own, "Is it because Otsuko said something that Yuuki was in such a hurry to send the teacher away?"
"Are you coming to Yuuki's dorm? I don't think Otsuko is the kind of kid who would do something like this, but you never know, after all, that kid is a scary person."
But... you're the scary one!
Looking at Gojo Satoru's smiling face, Yuki Matsuna swallowed hard.
"What could it be? Let me think, what would a kid this age do?" Gojo Satoru pretended to be thinking seriously and said, "Oh~ that can only be because you're going to call your crush, Otsuko-kun, at night, right?"
Are adults really this terrifying?!
How can they be so accurate, predicting everything from the person they're talking about to what they're supposed to do?
"Judging from his expression, it seems he guessed correctly?" Gojo Satoru said again.
He sighed, feigning disappointment: "I thought Yuuki really liked me that much. I even had a little expectation for you, but it's really heartbreaking that you ignored me so soon after saying those things."
"No...that's not it!" Yuuki Matsuna took the bait, explaining anxiously, "I didn't mean to neglect you, teacher. I really like you!"
"How does it compare to the Bone?" Gojo Satoru asked.
Yuki Matsuna suddenly froze. She looked up and met Gojo Satoru's eyes through the blindfold.
"Don't you like everyone equally?" Gojo Satoru's voice was devoid of emotion. "Then why is Yuuki ignoring the teacher because of Etotsu?"
Yuki Matsuna suddenly remembered a big cat her grandmother used to keep when she was a child.
That big cat gets jealous easily. Whenever Grandma gets the smell of other animals outside, it will bristle its fur and hiss menacingly at her.
At this point, Grandma has to apologize to it, hug it, say nice things, and coax it for a long time before the big cat will return to its previous state.
It wasn't very attached to Grandma, but every time Grandma sat in the yard, it would jump down from the tree, lie on Grandma's lap, and let Grandma pet it.
After Grandma passed away, the big cat refused to eat anything. No matter what it was fed, even its favorite food, it would just lower its eyes, turn its head away, and ignore everyone.
Not long after, the big cat also left with Grandma.
The current Gojo-sensei is just like that big cat when it throws a tantrum.
"Is Gojo-sensei... throwing a tantrum?" Yuuki Matsuna asked after a moment's hesitation.
"Huh?" Gojo Satoru raised an eyebrow and denied it. "Yuki, are you saying I'm angry because of you and Etotsu?"
Kids are so naive; they actually think he's angry because he's jealous.
Gojo Satoru sneered, mocking, "Don't joke around. Although I've been playing along with you, you're still just a child at heart. How could I possibly..."
“But I didn’t say that.” Yuuki Matsuna was completely unaffected by his sarcastic words. She looked directly at Gojo Satoru and said, “Sensei, I didn’t say that you were angry with me and Yuta.”
"You said it yourself, and you believe it yourself, teacher."
Gojo Satoru suddenly froze.
But he quickly realized that, unlike children, adults are multifaceted people who can disguise themselves. He denied it, saying, "The teacher wasn't angry or upset; she was just stating the facts."
His tone suddenly returned to its usual cadence, and a smile appeared on his face: "However, since Yuuki is going to call Otsuko to develop their relationship, it's not appropriate for you to stay here any longer, sir~"
“After all, youth is very precious.” Gojo Satoru nodded, seemingly having convinced himself.
He wasn't going to listen to what Matsuna Yuuki had to say next; he finished speaking and prepared to leave.
Gojo Satoru's back looked like he was fleeing in panic.
The children's side has temporarily won the game again.
