Chapter 13

Chapter 13

Cheng Hui couldn't dodge and took the blow head on.

He touched his face and looked at the woman in front of him. He was really fed up with her behavior.

Cheng Hui's voice was like ice: "I just said one word, and you accused me of slander. You've kept the things you did secret so well. You use the term 'turning the blame on someone else' so skillfully."

"What did I hide from you?"

"You know it clearly."

"I haven't done it, I don't know."

Cheng Hui looked at her straight.

Qin Limin met his gaze and refused to back down.

Cheng Hui sneered repeatedly. What else could he expect? Some people were just stubborn and refused to repent even when facing death.

Some people are ignorant and fearless, while others refuse to plead guilty. I wonder which category Qin Limin belongs to?

He uttered a few words slowly: "Last week, in the alley behind the house."

Qin Liming's face turned pale in an instant, as if all the blood had been drained from her, without a trace of blood left.

Cheng Hui asked, "Do you have anything else to say?"

Qin Limin felt as if all her strength had been drained from her body, and she collapsed to the ground. Her lips trembled, and she couldn't utter a single word for a long time.

Her tears rolled down and fell into the mud, creating several small holes.

Unfortunately, Cheng Hui's self-torture trick was useless. He could not feel the slightest sympathy for her.

"If you insist on doing this, either talk about it openly here, or go back and talk behind closed doors. It's your choice." Cheng Hui didn't want to look at her any more.

Qin Limin stood up, patted his butt, turned around and went into the house.

Cheng Hui followed behind and closed the door, blocking the view from other people on the wall.

Old Mrs. Qin was originally in the main room, but seeing that the atmosphere was not right, she tactfully went to her room.

Qin Limin also knew that Cheng Hui would never enter her room again, so they both sat down in the main room.

Qin Limin spoke first: "I was forced."

"Including after marriage?"

Cheng Hui felt his heart burning with endless anger, as if it was about to erupt like a volcano.

He glared at me, "Qin Limin, I treat you well, and I treat your Qin family well too. If you ask for money, I give you money; if you ask for things, I give you things. To put it bluntly, even if you raise a pug, it might not be as obedient as me."

"What about you? How did you treat me? How did you treat my parents? With all the effort our family has put in over the years, even if we raised an animal, we'd probably be able to warm its heart. But you, your hearts are made of stone, right? Apart from cold money, love means nothing to you!"

"Otherwise, you wouldn't do such a disgusting thing. Do you think it's right or wrong?"

Cheng Hui stared at her, not missing a single expression on her face.

But he lowered his head in disappointment.

"What do you want after saying so much?" Qin Limin didn't want to be judged. Everything was caused by her father, and she was forced into it. What could she have done wrong?

"Let's get a divorce. It's obviously mine."

Qin Limin jumped up and said, "You wish! I carried him for ten months and gave birth to him. Don't even think about taking my son away."

Cheng Hui was very calm: "So you agree to the divorce?"

"Why? I'm a victim too."

"You swear?"

"I swear, and you believe it?"

"I don't believe it."

"Are you kidding me?"

"I just want to see how shameless a person can be when he has no sense of shame."

For the first time, Qin Limin realized that Cheng Hui was so eloquent.

"It's no use provoking me. I have done my best for you, Cheng Hui."

"Then what do you want in exchange for a divorce?"

"It's simple. Give me 100,000."

"Don't ask for too much. You don't have any money."

"I'm not blind. I saw your mother withdraw money from the bank with my own eyes."

"My mother's money has nothing to do with me."

Qin Limin sneered at him, "You're so pedantic. Who doesn't leave their money to their children and grandchildren? So, you still want to be a good big brother?"

"In the end, you're just doing it for the money."

"What else? You can't even fart with these three sticks. Who wouldn't be bored living with you?"

"It's hard for you to pretend to be a good wife every day. It seems that you are really working hard."

"You don't have to be sarcastic. My conditions are here."

"I told you, I don't have any money."

"If I don't have money, I'll just keep living. I don't have anything to lose anyway."

Cheng Hui felt as uncomfortable as if he had swallowed a fly raw.

"Mingming is following me?"

"There's no room for negotiation on this. I gave birth to the child, so I'll take him away. You just need to pay child support."

Cheng Hui sneered repeatedly: "You? You're the one taking care of her? Do you look like a mother at all?"

"That's my own son."

Cheng Hui's eyes had turned blood red without him noticing. He grabbed Qin Limin's neck and gritted his teeth, "So, you were having sex with someone else in my house right in front of your own son? In my house, on my bed, doing something shameful?"

Qin Limin was terrified. How could Cheng Hui know this? The whole family had gone to the wedding, leaving only her and her son at home. That man had waited until all his colleagues had left, then lingered until last to come upstairs.

It was dusk, and to avoid being seen, they didn't even turn on the lights.

But in the moment of joy, she couldn't help herself and behaved rather wildly, which attracted her son.

But she reacted quickly. When she pushed open the door, she saw that the quilt covered them tightly, not a single bit of their underwear was exposed.

Mingming asked, "Mom, what's wrong with you?"

Qin Limin said calmly, "My uncle gave Mom the injection, and it was a little painful, but Mom couldn't bear it."

"Then clearly give mom a hug." After saying this, the son wanted to climb onto the bed.

Qin Limin coaxed him, "You have to wait until the fight is over before you can do that. Mingming, go to the living room first and snooze later, okay?"

Mingming thought for a moment and said, "Then mom, promise me that if it hurts, remember to call Mingming."

Qin Limin just wanted him to leave quickly: "Yes, I will."

When Mingming's footsteps faded, the two of them hurriedly ended their conversation. They agreed to meet at the village office, and then the man quietly left.

What she said last week didn't count. The village office was her trouble, but it was also her source of joy. She had met her soulmate. Her father had tried to push her into the fire, but a protector had saved her, and she had willingly given herself over to him, both physically and mentally.

Therefore, her feelings towards Old Man Qin are very complicated. She herself cannot tell whether it is love or hate.

After all, if the other party's family was not poor and did not dare to propose marriage, how could Cheng Hui have a chance?

If this goes well and she can get divorce compensation, the two of them can fly together.

Before, she would go back to Qinjia Village, and then mix honey with oil in his house, and they would talk to each other from the heart and pour out their thoughts, which always made her look radiant.

After all the planning, it only happened that one time at home, and because she hadn't been back to the village for a long time, the two of them could only see each other but not touch each other. The man was so impatient that he took the risk, but he didn't expect that Cheng Hui would find out.

Qin Limin's face flushed red. She slapped with all her might, tried desperately to pull Cheng Hui's hand, and even bent down to bite and nibble, using every possible means to make him let go.

But Cheng Hui seemed to be in a trance. He gradually lost his mind and kept increasing the strength of his hands. There was only one sentence in his mind: "Solve it once and for all."

Old Mrs. Qin was frightened by the sound of a heavy object falling to the ground. She was worried that the two would start fighting after a disagreement, so she ran out to see what was going on.

This sight nearly frightened her to death. Qin Limin's lips turned purple, and her eyes were rolling back. She couldn't think of a better solution, so she ran over, put her arms around Cheng Hui's neck, and strangled him. Because she was so weak, she had to use her head to support Cheng Hui's head to better leverage and exert force.

It must be said that Qin Limin was not destined to die. Mrs. Qin accidentally pressed Cheng Hui's carotid artery, and in just ten seconds, he fainted due to lack of oxygen to the brain.

Mrs. Qin was exhausted. She pushed Cheng Hui aside and sat down on the floor. After a short rest, she crawled over, felt her daughter's head and face, and sniffed her nose. Thankfully, she was still breathing. She finally relaxed, leaning against the table leg and catching her breath.

Qin Liming woke up first. She covered her neck and coughed. Old Mrs. Qin poured her a glass of water and told her not to be anxious and to drink it slowly.

Qin Limin's throat was stinging, and even if she wanted to drink, she couldn't. After finally swallowing a few mouthfuls of water, she went to her room, fetched a mirror, and looked at her neck. The obvious finger marks on her neck were obvious.

She had just escaped death and was scared to death. Cheng Hui really wanted to kill her.

If she had known earlier that Cheng Hui would want to kill her because of her affair, she would never dare to play with fire and get burned.

Qin Limin was completely defeated. She didn't dare to gamble on how much Cheng Hui knew, nor did she dare to make any more demands. She just wanted to get divorced and put it to rest. After all, no matter how important money was, if you didn't have the life to spend it, what was the point of having it?

Not long after, Cheng Hui also woke up slowly. He shook his head and couldn't tell where he was for a moment.

Old Mrs. Qin and Qin Limin both stayed away from him.

Cheng Hui came to his senses and thought about what had just happened. He was glad that he had not caused any major disaster, otherwise Ms. Tao would have beaten him to death first.

He had someone look up information, of course, this was from Ms. Tao. It can only be said that Qin Limin is also a miserable person. Her relatives and friends either want to sell her for a high price or want to benefit from her. Except for Old Lady Qin, no one treats her sincerely. That so-called "Mr. Right"... Haha, Cheng Hui couldn't help but raise the corner of his mouth with a sneer.

Few men could resist such an illicit relationship, and they would always brag about it to their buddies. A few drinks would pry his mouth open, and he'd spill all the beans about Qin Limin.

There is a reason why people are poor. A woman gives her heart and soul to a man, but he doesn't cherish her and even uses it as a topic of conversation to show off.

Even if we take a step back, one family owns a factory, and the other is an ordinary worker. Oh, and Cheng Hui fired him when he got home. Starting tomorrow, he won't even be a worker anymore. If you say Qin Limin is smart, she chose such a person. But if you say she's stupid, she also knows how to make money from the Cheng family.

The Cheng family treated her so well, giving her both money and power, yet Qin Limin didn't cherish them. She acted tyrannically, offending the entire family and taking things too far. They say you should always leave a way out for others, but seeing her act this way, I can only say she's seriously ill.

Since love is more valuable, Cheng Hui decided to help them and planned to lend her a helping hand.
