Gu Xinglang wiped the sweat off his face. He was dirty all over now, with blood, mud and sweat mixed together. His clothes barely covered his body. "The Second Young Master asked us all to come out," a servant saw the butler coming back and hurriedly whispered to the butler.
The housekeeper sighed and stood in front of the door and said, "Second Young Master, the three mountain people took the reward money and have been sent out of the mansion."
"Come in," Young Master Gu responded in the hall.
When the housekeeper walked into the hall, he saw his second young master sitting there with a gloomy face. The housekeeper served a cup of tea to the second young master Gu and whispered, "Second young master, what do you think about this?"
The second young master Gu looked up at the butler. This was the person his eldest brother could use. Naturally, he could trust anyone who could gain his eldest brother's trust.
The housekeeper was also preoccupied with something. He didn't know what to call Gu Xinglang. Should he continue to call him the Third Young Master? Or should he call him by his name?
"Don't ask anything," Young Master Gu whispered to the housekeeper, "Go out and spread the news that Gu Xinglang killed someone in the mountains. I sent hundreds of soldiers to the mountains to capture him."
The butler really didn't ask anything. He just answered yes and walked out.
