Chapter 214 Black Mist Man

Lin Hong walked to the other side and walked along the road inside.

I soon arrived outside a row of rooms and heard occasional snoring coming from inside the rooms, and I made a judgment in my mind.

"It's the dormitory."

He walked over carefully, keeping his head low, for fear of disturbing the people who were still sleeping inside.

I took a look inside when I passed by and saw four people. There were 12 rooms in total, which means 48 people.

His heart was pounding as he hurried through the dormitory area. Fortunately, everything was fine.

I just walked through the dormitory and my tense heart relaxed.

Just as I was about to take a breath, I saw a suit of black clothes flash by in front of me.

"What? A ghost?"

The man in black seemed to have heard the noise and turned around to look at Lin Hong.

"Oh my god, it's a ghost!"

Lin Hong looked at the black hole in front of him, the clothes emitting black air, as if someone was holding it up inside, and he gasped in fear.

He quickly took the initiative, took out a few talismans given by Xu Yi, and threw them at the thing in front of him.

The ghost thing in front of him didn't expect to be attacked, and a yellow talisman fell right on it.

As soon as the yellow talisman touched it, the black energy spread out in all directions as if it was scalded by boiling water.

The clothes fell to the ground and the ghost disappeared in an instant.

Lin Hong took a few deep breaths and wiped the sweat from his forehead. It was a close call. He was almost beaten by this strange ghost thing.

"What the hell is this thing? It's like a ghost, but it's not? And it seems to be conscious? Just now, when that black energy turned around, I felt like it was staring at me. It gave me goosebumps all over the floor."

He looked at the dark cave entrance in front of him, then looked at the thick stack of yellow talismans in his bag, and instantly felt confident.

"With the Yellow Talisman in hand, the world is mine. Let's go in and take a look."

"If you really can't beat them, it's never too late to run away!"

Lin Hong walked in the direction the ghost thing had just gone.

After throwing a few lighting talismans and walking for several minutes, the road was blocked by a closed stone gate.

The stone door was covered with reddish-brown marks. Lin Hong scratched it with his fingernails and sniffed it, but there was no smell.

He licked it again on the tip of his tongue.

"Ugh...Pah...Pah...The smell of blood is so strong! It's blood!"

Looking at the reddish-brown marks on the stone gate that looked like they were splashed all over, my heart skipped a beat.

"Was that ghost thing planning to come here? What the hell is this place?"

Suddenly a cold wind blew, and the stone door suddenly creaked and opened from the inside.

Lin Hong leaped up, hid in the dark, and took out an invisibility talisman and put it on himself.

Despite this, my heart still beat like a drum.

Just like the black fog just now, there were about ten or so men in black, walking out in an orderly manner.

The black fog man at the end seemed to sense the presence of an outsider and looked in the direction of Lin Hong, but found nothing. He turned around and followed the black fog man in front of him.

After seeing them all pass by, Lin Hong finally breathed a sigh of relief after a long while.

"These Black Mist people always give me the feeling that they are not good people. It was a close call. I almost died here."

While the invisibility talisman was still effective, Lin Hong bravely walked towards the stone gate.

After carefully checking to make sure that there was no one around, he began to look around with confidence.

It was empty inside, with nothing in it. The flat ground was covered with a reddish-brown substance. He scratched it and confirmed that it was the same as on the stone door: blood.

He stood up, threw a lighting talisman into the sky, and looked up.

This sight frightened Lin Hong so much that he felt powerless all over.

All I saw were rows of white bones, tied with hemp ropes hanging from the ceiling, hanging there in a haphazard manner.

There were dozens of them, densely packed together.

Right in front of him was a skeleton that seemed to have just been formed, as there was some fresh blood underneath the skeleton.

As a Taoist priest, this was the most horrifying scene he had ever seen in his career.

"What on earth is this Shadow Gate trying to do?! What the hell was that black shadow guy just now?! Luckily I ran away quickly, otherwise, I would have become their meal."

Lin Hong didn't dare to stay for long, fearing that those ghostly figures would suddenly come back, so he had to return immediately to discuss with Xu Yi.

He said to the sky above: "Brothers, I'm sorry to bother you. Today something unexpected happened and I can't get you out. I will come back to save you later and let you rest in peace. Don't worry."

The white bones moved without wind, as if they were talking.

Lin Hong's scalp tingled as he watched. He buried his head, hugged his bag, and ran outside. "Sorry, I'll leave first."

The bones' black eye sockets watched Lin Hong run away.

Lin Hong just walked out when the stone door closed automatically with a bang.

Lin Hong broke out in a cold sweat, and his heart went numb when he thought of the scene just now.

"Master, where have you been? Could it be that you were also...?"

"No, no... Master, good fortune will come to you. It's okay. Maybe he's already out waiting for us."

He moved quickly and ran towards the fork in the road where he and Xu Yi came in.

At this time, Xu Yi was in a room, staring at the portrait in front of her in a daze.

A woman in palace dress is looking at herself tenderly in the portrait.

As if possessed by a ghost, she rolled up the portrait and put it in her bag.

The room was large, but there wasn't much in it except a chair, a desk, a portrait, and a bed.

But these items are very exquisite and look very expensive.

Just as she was about to go out, Xu Yi suddenly saw something sticking out from under the pillow on the bed out of the corner of her eye.

She walked over and lifted the pillow, and saw a cell phone.

She was very familiar with this phone, having once given one like this to someone.

She turned on her phone and saw the woman in the painting she had just seen was used as her screensaver. She looked at the album again and saw only three photos. Xu Yi frowned as she looked at one of them.

That's her back, I don't know when the photo was taken.

"Lu Fang?"

Xu Yi was in a heavy mood and didn't dare to think too much. He put his phone in his pocket and walked outside.

As I walked to the door of the room, I saw the fat man in black who had spoken before sneaking out of the passage in front.

Xu Yi yelled in a hoarse voice: "Hey, what are you doing!"

Dapang was startled by the sudden voice, "Nothing! I was hungry, so I went to eat something."

"It's the middle of the night, why aren't you going to bed yet!" Xu Yi shouted in a low voice.

Big Fatty lowered his head, nodded frantically, and quickly slipped away.

There was no doubt about Xu Yi's identity at all.

After running for a while, seeing that Xu Yi hadn't caught up, Big Fat breathed a sigh of relief and complained, "Where the hell has Eleven gone? I can't find him anywhere. Really? He's living a good life, but he's acting so foolishly! Could he have run off to the forbidden area out back?"

"That's the end!!!"
