Chapter 1: Clear and Stupid College Student

Walking into the gate of Imperial Capital University of Technology, the lush trees on both sides of the road block out the hot sunlight.

"Hello, is this the right way to go for freshman registration?"

It was midday, the sun was blazing brightly. Tian Li, feeling a little exhausted after a morning of welcoming new students, leaned against a bench and fell asleep. He half-heartedly heard a gentle voice saying something.

Tian Li quietly wiped the saliva from the corner of his mouth, slowly opened his eyes, and was stunned when he saw the person in front of him.

The junior sister in front of me is so cute. Her face is round and red, with a few drops of sweat on her forehead.

Although she has a few freckles, she looks even more playful and cute.

Her black hair cascaded down like a waterfall, and she was wearing a red dress that was neither new nor old, but it set off her fair skin.

A pair of hiking shoes were washed snow-white, and a black suitcase was placed next to his feet.

A pair of big, watery eyes looked at Tian Li.

Xu Yi saw that the boy in front of her was still in a daze, so she asked again.

"Hello, senior, how do I get to the new student registration area?"

Tian Li finally came back to his senses and blushed slightly.

"Oh, are you a freshman? It's noon and no one is at the registration office. Let me take you to your dormitory first. Which college are you from? What's your name?"

"Law school, majoring in law."

Tian Li looked at the documents on the table, looked up and said to Xu Yi:

"Junior, you're in Law Class 2, and your dormitory is in Building 3. Come on, I'll take you there."

After saying that, he took the suitcase and dragged it forward, introducing the school as he walked.

"We're a polytechnic school, so there are more boys. Buildings 1-5 are female dormitories, and buildings 6-18 are male dormitories. I'm Tian Li, a sophomore studying mechanical engineering.

On the left is the teaching building, and in front is the cafeteria. There are quite a lot of cafeterias, 8 in total, and they serve all kinds of food from all over the world. You can try them all, and they taste pretty good.

On the right is the lab building, and that's the library. There's an artificial lake over there. The school is huge, and you should be able to ride a bike, so you can go for a ride. Classes won't officially start for another two days anyway."

Xu Yi has just been in this world for a week and doesn't have a deep understanding of the outside world.

In my previous life, I was an ancient Feng Shui master with profound Taoist skills, but I did not have any systematic learning and did not have the conditions. In an era when people could not even get enough to eat, how could I have the extra money to study?

Fortunately, I was lucky enough to meet a good master who taught me how to read and write and taught me the secrets of Feng Shui, which enabled me to acquire a lot of skills.

A few days ago, the village chief urged me to report to the school, and only then did I know that my former master had been admitted to university.

Xu Yi hadn't originally planned to come. With her own abilities, she believed that she would have no problem surviving.

But when I saw the villagers' eager eyes, earnest hopes, and their repeated instructions, as well as the tuition fees that a group of villagers had pooled together, I could no longer say no.

I am the only person in the village who was admitted to university.

Oh, no, it was the previous owner Xu Yi. Her name was the same as mine. She died in a stuffy brick kiln on the way to earn tuition.

I don’t know what happened, but when I was fighting zombies, my soul suddenly came to this world and lived in Xu Yi’s body.

Now that you are here, just take things as they come and live your life to the fullest.

"Okay, now that we're here, go find the dorm manager at the door and she'll tell you your dorm number.

I can't get into the girls' dormitory, so you have to take it up there yourself." Tian Li's voice came, and Xu Yi came back to her senses from her memories.

"Thank you, Senior! I'll go up first then."

"You're welcome. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. I'll be there these days." Tian Li scratched his crew cut, feeling a little shy.

"By the way, new student registration is in the lobby of the faculty building. Just bring your admission letter and ID card, as well as your tuition. Keep it safe and don't lose it. There will be people there by 1:30 pm."

"Pack up and go to the cafeteria to eat quickly, otherwise there won't be much food after this time. There are also many snacks and supermarkets in the streets in front of the school. You can go and have a look at what you want to buy."

Xu Yi looked at the big boy in front of her.

"Thank you, Tian Li. Please take some time today to call your family and ask them not to go out tonight."

Tian Li was the first person Xu Yi met when she arrived at the Imperial Capital University of Technology. He helped her a lot. Xu Yi had nothing to give him in return, so she could only repay him with fortune-telling, which she was best at.

His face shows that his parents will suffer a bloody disaster tonight.

Whether he believes it or not is up to him.

After Xu Yi finished speaking, she picked up her suitcase and left without looking back.

Tian Li was left standing there, completely confused.

What does it mean?

Tell your family members not to go out?

Why?

Tian Li didn't think much about it. He watched Xu Yi disappear around the corner of the dormitory building and left.

It was noon and there were very few new students registering. Tian Li waited for more than ten minutes and felt a little bored. Thinking that he hadn't called home for a few days, he took out his cell phone.

In your heart, flying freely...

After a burst of ringtones, Mother Tian's hurried voice rang out, "Little one, what's wrong? How's school going? Do you miss your mother?"

Tian Li's face was filled with black lines and a red cloud rose on his face. He looked around and saw that there was no one around, so he breathed a sigh of relief.

"Mom, I'm already 19, please don't..."

"Okay, okay, Mom gets it. If you have something to say, tell me now. Don't get in my way while I'm building the Great Wall."

Mother Tian didn't take her son's words to heart. No matter how old her son is, he is still the youngest! It's normal for him to miss his mother.

"Nothing, just checking in on you guys. Oh, by the way, Mom, you and Dad shouldn't go out at night. Don't go out to play mahjong. I met a master who told me so."
