Ouyang's words irritated him. She had trusted him before, but now she was a little skeptical. It was because of this doubt that he realized that his actions were not only responsible for himself, but also for his family.
"Are you really willing to believe the rumors outside? Why don't you ask Uncle Zhuo whether those things are true?" She never asked about his private affairs before.
In the argument, Ouyang gained the upper hand. In her opinion, Uncle Zhuo should find someone who can take care of him and also be taken care of by him.
The conversation was like time slipping into an hourglass, ticking slowly into the next day. Both of them were a little hungry, so Ouyang went to the kitchen to make two bowls of noodles. After their midnight snack, neither of them could remember what they had just said, and they each went back to their rooms to sleep.
When I woke up this morning, the ground outside was covered in a blanket of snow, which crunched as I stepped on it. Grandpa had already risen early and was standing outside on the road, slowly shoveling snow. This was one of the few exercises he got that year. Grandma was sitting inside, busy preparing breakfast. She wanted everyone in the family to have a good breakfast, so that they would have the energy and mood to get through the day.
At eight o'clock, Ouyang came downstairs, looked at the vast expanse of white outside the window, put on her coat and went out. But she didn't go out to remove the snow, she wanted to build a white doll.
Ten minutes later, she had already made several small snowmen on the ground. They stood in pairs under the bare tree, which was quite charming. Grandpa stood by and grinned: "Who are you making these for?"
"Can't you see?" Ouyang stood aside, "This is grandpa, grandma, uncle, and me!"
"Why do you make one for your eccentric uncle?" Grandpa said, "You might as well make one for your aunt." After saying this, the aunt who had finished her work in the kitchen came out and told them to go back and have breakfast.
"Haha!" The two laughed.
The aunt didn't know what was going on, so she could only turn around and go back upstairs to see if Zhuo Qiang had gotten up.
