Gu Weiwei specially dressed the two children in matching hats, each with two cute little ears on it.
The little ones have round faces and big eyes, and they're wearing matching twin outfits in the same color scheme. They're incredibly cute together.
Gu Weiwei straightened her son's askew hat and said to Madam Fu.
"This bag contains their water bottle, baby bottle, and formula. The nanny can prepare their lunch."
"Tian Tian has a sweet tooth, so don't feed her too much, or she'll get indigestion."
"They might take a nap around 2 p.m.
...
"Okay, we understand," Mrs. Fu said with a smile, holding Youyou in her arms.
Gu Weiwei gave the nanny a few instructions and then spoke to Madam Fu.
"You take them inside, I'll come back to pick them up tonight."
"Okay, drive carefully." Mrs. Fu grabbed Youyou's arm and waved goodbye to her.
Gu Weiwei got into the car and leaned out to speak.
"Call me anytime if you need anything. I'm leaving now."
Madam Fu nodded, and she and Fu Shengying carried the two adorable little buns into the house.
The relatives and friends in the living room had been eagerly waiting, and when they heard them enter, they all gathered around them.
"Wow, these two little guys are really well-fed."
"He's definitely a biological son; he looks exactly like Han Zheng when he was a child."
"You've been waiting for this for so many years, and now it's finally here. You have a grandson and a granddaughter in one birth. You're truly blessed."
...
Youyou, on the other hand, remained calm, blinking her round eyes as she curiously observed the people around her.
Tian Tian looked around at the people, then tilted her head and leaned on Fu Shengying's shoulder.
Fu Shengying gently patted his granddaughter's back, his heart filled with pride at becoming a grandfather.
"You all stay away, don't scare my granddaughter."
"This little girl has such beautiful features, she'll be so gorgeous when she grows up," someone praised Tian Tian.
"Brother Shengying, we agreed to a marriage alliance back then, but your family has three sons, and mine are all sons too." Old Master Zhou said with a smile while teasing Tiantian, "It just so happens that my eldest grandson is two years older than your granddaughter, so how about..."
"What are you thinking about?" Fu Shengying glared at him and snorted, "Trying to make a move on my granddaughter? No way."
"We had all agreed on this back then," Old Master Zhou accused Fu Shengying of breaking her promise.
“Did I say that?” Fu Shengying denied it outright.
He couldn't bear to part with such an adorable granddaughter.
“If Grandpa Zhou’s grandson isn’t good enough, what about my grandson? You’ve always praised him for being smart.” Another person chimed in.
Fu Shengying sat down on the sofa with her granddaughter in her arms and snorted in disdain.
"Your grandson is already six years old, he's way too old for you, don't even think about it."
Madam Fu found it amusing; he must have forgotten how many years apart Han Zheng and his wife were.
Madam Qin looked enviously at the grandson that Madam Fu was holding and asked curiously.
"By the way, where is the child's mother?"
"Yeah, didn't you bring the child over? Why didn't they come in?"
"Your family didn't say a word about the marriage and having children. We still don't know what kind of person Han Zheng married, Mrs. Fu."
...
When Madam Qin mentioned the mysterious Mrs. Fu, the others also became curious.
The crowd looked at Fu Shengying and her husband with curiosity, wondering if there was a conflict between the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, or if the two children were illegitimate.
Otherwise, how could the Fu family have remained completely silent from the time they got married until now, with their child already this big?
