After finishing her meal, the first thing Gu Weiwei did was go back to her room and cut up the maid outfit and the unworn bunny girl outfit in the dressing room, leaving them completely clean.
Since her child wasn't home, she was bored, so she went to her study to continue working on the storyboards for her novel.
It was rare for him to be able to concentrate on his work, and he lost track of time, so much so that he didn't even realize that Fu Hanzheng had picked up his two children after get off work.
Yuan Meng was playing on her phone in the living room when she saw Fu Hanzheng and Fu Shiqin each carrying a child come in and greeted them.
Seeing that no one was in the living room, Fu Hanzheng took his son to the master bedroom, but still couldn't find anyone.
Yuan Meng pointed upstairs, "They're taking possession of the house, I don't know what they're doing."
Upon hearing this, Fu Hanzheng carried his son upstairs and, sure enough, found his wife drawing movie storyboards in the study.
Before he could even utter a sound, his son had already started babbling.
Gu Weiwei looked up when she heard the sound and saw the father and son who had come in. She quickly put down the paper and pen in her hand, went over and took her son in her arms.
However, he ignored the child's father the entire time.
Fu Hanzheng put his arm around her waist and asked with a smile.
"Are you still angry about what happened last night?"
"No," Gu Weiwei denied, but her tone clearly showed anger.
But Fu Hanzheng looked completely innocent. "It's not entirely my fault. After all... you were the one who took the initiative last night, and you wouldn't give up even after I rejected you."
Gu Weiwei glared at her angrily, "You still dare to talk?"
He refused my ass; he clearly wanted even more.
Knowing that she was shy, Fu Hanzheng immediately changed the subject.
"Let's go, dinner is ready."
After saying that, he reached out to take the son from her arms.
"I'll carry it myself," Gu Weiwei said.
"Is he too heavy?"
As Fu Hanzheng spoke, he picked up his son, afraid that she would get tired.
The two took their son downstairs, where Fu Shiqin was already sitting in the dining room with Tian Tian. He gave the little girl a cookie, which she was enjoying.
Fu Hanzheng put his son in the high chair, gave him a cookie, and then sat down to eat.
Fu Shiqin glanced at Gu Weiwei, who looked somewhat listless, and muttered to himself.
"Sister-in-law, are you sick? You look so pale."
"Really?" Gu Weiwei asked with a smile.
Yuan Meng immediately put some food on her plate and said, suppressing a laugh.
"Eat more to replenish your energy."
Gu Weiwei gritted her teeth and glared at him fiercely.
Fu Hanzheng served her soup and subtly changed the subject.
"The old lady said that the resort in Nanhu is nice, and suggested that you take your child and stay there with them for a couple of days in a while."
“Yes, the food at the restaurants there is also very good,” Fu Shiqin chimed in.
Gu Weiwei thought for a moment and then asked.
"Aren't you going?"
“There’s an important signing ceremony abroad that day. My brother and I are going together, so we might not be able to make it back,” Fu Shiqin said.
Fu Hanzheng reached out and gave his daughter, who had dropped her cookie and was crying out, another cookie, and said gently.
"The children haven't been out much, so it would be good to take them out for a stroll."
“Grandma has spoken to the resort staff, and they said they won’t be accepting guests that day. It’ll just be our family, so you can all have a great time,” Fu Shiqin said.
I don't want to go to crowded places, firstly because I don't want to be followed by the media, and secondly because I want to avoid Gu Jia.
Therefore, we specifically negotiated with them to only receive them.
Gu Weiwei thought about it and realized that the place the two children frequented most was probably the park in this villa area.
Moreover, the two of them really enjoy going out.
"Okay, I'll take them."
"You can stay there for now. I'll pick you up when I'm back in China after I finish my business," Fu Hanzheng said.
