Inside the room, a girl in a nude pink organza gown was tilting her head back to kiss the man embracing her. The straps at the back of the gown were loose, as if she was about to take it off.
The man kissing her, dressed in a sharp suit, looked down and gently kissed the girl in his arms.
Because Fu Shiyi barged in, Gu Weiwei turned her back in a panic, feeling extremely embarrassed.
Fu Hanzheng blocked her back and gave Fu Shiyi, who was still standing dumbfounded at the door, a cold glance.
"Can't learn to knock?"
Fu Shiyi slammed the door shut and ran all the way to the restaurant to sit down.
"Oh no, I've offended my brother again."
Yuan Meng was opening a bottle of red wine when she glanced at him.
"What did you see? Share it with us!"
Fu Shiyi picked up the red wine and took a big gulp. "Let me give myself a little courage first."
How unlucky he is, he ruined his brother's good deed again.
In the bedroom, Gu Weiwei blushed and glared at Fu Hanzheng.
"It's all your fault, why are you kissing me now..."
Fu Hanzheng chuckled softly, "You change your clothes first, I'll wait for you outside."
After saying that, he prepared to leave.
"Wait a minute." Gu Weiwei grabbed him.
Fu Hanzheng turned his head and asked with a smile, "Want to continue?"
"Continue what?" Gu Weiwei pulled a tissue from the table and said, "You got lipstick on it."
As she spoke, she took a tissue and wiped away some lipstick marks from his lips.
Fu Hanzheng let her clean it up before going out to sit down in the restaurant.
When Fu Shiyi saw him coming, he shrank back timidly and said in a low voice.
"Brother, I really just wanted to invite you guys to dinner, I didn't mean it..."
Ding Dongdong was completely confused, not understanding what had happened to him that made him so scared.
Fu Hanzheng glanced at Quan sideways, "If you still can't learn how to knock on a door, do you want me to teach you myself?"
Fu Shiyi shook his head vigorously, like a rattle-drum, and immediately raised his hand to swear an oath.
"I promise I'll learn it, so there's no need for you, my brother, to teach me personally."
The way his brother taught him must have been brutal, and he had no desire to experience it at all.
The dishes were all served, and Yuanmeng had also poured the wine.
"Your wife should hurry up."
"Changing clothes and removing makeup takes time."
Nearly ten minutes later, Gu Weiwei changed her clothes and removed her makeup. Her hair was tied up in a neat ponytail. Gone was the elegant and ethereal aura she had on the red carpet; instead, she exuded a youthful and playful charm.
Seeing him sit down, Fu Shiyi picked up his glass of red wine and raised it.
"Come on, everyone, let's have a toast to celebrate winning two major awards tonight."
Gu Weiwei glanced at the table, then turned to the maid and asked for a glass of water.
Fu Shiyi immediately objected, "Sister-in-law, it's really inappropriate for you to celebrate with water on such a joyous day."
"I've given up alcohol; I'll drink water instead," Gu Weiwei said.
"Drinking water is no fun, let's drink!" Fu Shiyi insisted.
Gu Weiwei said with a serious expression, "I really quit."
“What’s there to quit? You don’t have an alcohol problem,” Fu Shiyi said, picking up her wine glass to hand it to her.
However, Gu Weiwei still refused.
"I have to go back early tomorrow morning, and I don't want to drink."
“You’ve had too much to drink, but I still have my brother to take care of you. What are you afraid of?” Fu Shiyi said.
Yuan Meng suppressed a laugh, took a small sip of her wine, and said meaningfully.
"She just doesn't want to be taken care of by your brother."
When she's drunk, she truly lets loose, and Fu Hanzheng's attempts to take care of her only involve taking her to bed.
Fu Hanzheng noticed the strange looks the others were giving him and Fu Hanzheng, and immediately explained.
"His...his hand injury hasn't healed yet, and I've had too much to drink, so it's inconvenient for him to take care of me."
Fu Hanzheng: "It's quite convenient for me."
