When Fu Hanzheng finished his work and returned to his room, Gu Weiwei was already asleep.
However, he sighed as he looked at the sleeping person next to him, feeling depressed and unable to sleep.
As a result, I was still in a bad mood the next day.
At the breakfast table, Yuan Shuo quietly asked Gu Weiwei while she was feeding the two children egg custard.
"Did you have a fight?"
"She found the divorce certificate," Fu Hanzheng said in a low voice.
Yuan Shuo was startled. If she found out about the divorce certificate, her reaction was... way too calm.
Although she was forced into divorce by circumstances, she may not be able to understand the situation at the time now.
"So... what does she mean now?"
"I don't know," Fu Hanzheng said.
I used to think it was easy to guess what she was thinking, but now it's getting harder and harder to guess.
Yuan Shuo gave him a sympathetic look. "Did you explain it to her?"
"I did explain, but she didn't believe it completely," Fu Hanzheng said helplessly.
Because of his previous act of faking an injury, his credibility with her has been greatly diminished.
Yuan Shuo glanced at Gu Weiwei, who was taking care of the child, and said softly.
"We've weathered so many years, there's no rush."
Based on his understanding of Weiwei, he knew she was willing to listen to Fu Hanzheng's explanation and wasn't making a scene about leaving. At most, she was just teasing him and wouldn't really back out of the marriage.
Fu Hanzheng ate his breakfast in silence, and after being urged repeatedly by Xu Qian over the phone, he said something to Gu Weiwei.
"I'm going to work."
"Okay, drive carefully," Gu Weiwei replied absentmindedly.
Fu Hanzheng left the house with a gloomy expression and rushed to work.
After he left, Gu Weiwei finally finished taking care of the two children and had breakfast.
Yuan Shuo asked, seemingly casually, "You and Fu Hanzheng... had a fight?"
"Really?" Gu Weiwei asked innocently, "When have you ever seen us argue?"
“You ignored me last night, and you were so perfunctory this morning, yet you still say you didn’t argue?” Yuan Meng chimed in.
Gu Weiwei said while eating breakfast.
"We see each other all the time, how can we not have a moment when we don't like each other?"
"Fine, fine, do as you please, whatever makes you happy." Yuan Meng had an expression that said, "I'm completely convinced."
Fu Hanzheng had no objections, so what objections could they possibly have? After all, it was his own fault for spoiling him.
Gu Weiwei picked up her phone, checked the time, and said.
"You don't have anything to do at noon, right?"
“No,” Yuan Shuo said.
"Then please watch the child for me, I need to go out and take care of some things," Gu Weiwei said.
Yuan Meng glanced at her. "What could you possibly want?"
"What is it that I need to report to you about?" Gu Weiwei asked back.
“No, if you’re going out alone, you need to report to Fu Hanzheng as well as us,” Yuan Meng reminded her.
Because her relationship with Fu Hanzheng is public, there are countless paparazzi waiting outside to take pictures of her.
If she goes out alone and gets into trouble, Fu Hanzheng won't be able to scold her; he'll just cause trouble for them.
"Lei Ning, come out with me," Gu Weiwei said directly.
Yuan Meng listened and had no further objections.
"Leave the childcare to the two of them."
Her son was raised by Yuan Shuo; she has no idea how to raise children.
However, with the nanny, Yuan Shuo, and Kaman Dorrance all there, she probably wouldn't need to help with anything.
But Gu Weiwei has already stopped working, so what could possibly warrant her going out in person?
